Fantastic experience: Had three sessions here on a holiday in Cornwall and it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Super tidy and some top quality equipment - lots of strength shop, Penatta and primal equipment. Great for serious lifters. Really friendly group of lads and easy to access 24/7. Will return next time I’m in cornwall!

Fantastic experience: Whilst staying locally we were keen to find a reasonably priced gym to fill the gap whilst being away from home. Having read the reviews and noted the daily £5 charge I used the gyms chat service to confirm the attendance details. This chat was answered in minutes and we went for our first visit an hour later. The reviews do not do the gym justice, as good as they are the gym is better than described. It is immaculate. The entry system ideal and location of the gym perfect. The range of equipment will easily cater for everyone from pure beginner to seasoned 'meat-head'. Not surprisingly we visited for a second time today and intend to go each day whilst staying in Wadebridge. Congrats to the team who run the gym and the supporting app aapp. site

Fantastic experience: Visited for a session whilst on holiday to Cornwall. Excellent strength training facility, clean and friendly. Website is really user friendly too which sets it apart from other non-corporate gyms. Cannot recommend highly enough and I wish we had something similar back home! A hidden gem which we’ll be using from now on on all our visits to Cornwall.
