Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this gym enough. After 3 years of not being near a gym, I was so nervous to start again given my lack of knowledge of equipment/exercises. I decided to jump the gun today and I’m so glad I did. I was met with a warm welcome from Liz who gave me a tour of the equipment and helped me with exercises. It certainly feels like a family whilst training here and I’m so glad I chose this place. Thank you Liz for all your help and showing me that I can enjoy going to the gym again!

Fantastic experience: Great friendly gym with everything you need

Fantastic experience: Went on spec as my Son's usual gym was closed for two days. Wow!!! What a superbly equipped gym, the two guys behind the "counter" were very friendly and helpful and even asked what we were training and pointed us towards all the relevant machines etc. Really friendly atmosphere and if I didn't live 10 miles away I would definitely join !!!! A gem of a proper free weights and machines body builders gym. Only downside is the dumbbells need a bit of mathematical sort out!!!! That aside, and let's be honest, that's small beans really, it's a fantastic gym and highly highly recommended!!
