Fantastic experience: I'm so happy to of discovered this place on my doorstep, you're treated as family from the get go, everyone's welcoming and happy to help you on your journey whether it's big or small goals, this isn't just another gym this is titans lair. And they are different.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of commercial gyms in my time, and really not enjoyed it! But Titans layer has to be the best gym I've been to I'm so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined this friendly strong man layer!! Nothing is to much for the owner to help anyone as well as the members taking time out just to help me and point me in the right direction! Massive 5 stars from me!!!!

Fantastic experience: Having procrastinated for months, I finally took the plunge and joined Titan’s Lair in February. I’m 50 years old and was simply looking to resume training, after several years of doing nothing, to lose a bit of weight, add a bit of strength and slow down the aging process. I honestly wasn’t sure how things would go as there are some very serious strongmen training there, and I did wonder how welcome I would feel. My concerns were misplaced! Rob and Nat make you feel very welcome. Rob discussed my objectives and wrote a specific training program for me. He took the time to ensure I performed each exercise safely and correctly and has been a constant source of guidance over the last three months. As for my fellow Titans, they have been very welcoming offering support and encouragement when needed. It’s the best training environment I have been in and I feel at home training at the Lair. I have been surprised by my results and, as my numbers show, I am stronger than ever. This is down to being part of a community of people that just want to improve with each session and celebrate each other’s successes. It’s a very unique environment. But if you take that first step through the door, be consistent and focus on being the best you can be then you will understand how special this place is.

Fantastic experience: Titans Lair is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. Its not a commercial gym, it's a gym were people talk, laugh, have fun and have people to push you. The owner Rob has been wonderful, so welcoming to me and with no judgement at all. I cant recommend this gym enough. What Rob and everyone at Titans Lair is building is a community of like minded individuals.

Fantastic experience: This is the friendliest gym I’ve ever been to! Very clean. The owner, Rob, is helpful demonstrating equipment and suggesting exercises when I look a bit lost. I’ve been made to feel very welcome in the short time I’ve been going. I’d highly recommend for all abilities and strengths. Absolutely no judgements made there.

Fantastic experience: Titans Lair has a great strongman set up! Great equipment from Yoke, farmers to range of stones and platform heights, lots of other great strongman things for a great training session. The conans wheel was an exciting piece of equipment to train on! Warm welcome awaits, range of tacky, remover and salts available to buy as well as drinks and snacks. Highly recommend a visit!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, awesome people and awesome equipment, there is something for everyone of all abilities here and Rob makes you feel more than welcome, it's a very positive place to be and doing the strongman class was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon

Fantastic experience: Definitely not your average gym! this place is like every strong man/women's wet dream, stones, logs, farmers walk, Conan's wheel, shield carry etc. All great quality kit. Friendly and welcoming, a sense of community you don't get at the bigger places. Beginner or total unit, there is something here for you and importantly someone to give you encouragement at every stage.

Fantastic experience: Went to a strongman session after 4 years of not going to the gym and never doing anything like this before. Rob was excellent there was no pressure on any of the lifts and always encouraged throughout the session. Great atmosphere, highly recommend

Snacks / supplements from local businesses are available to purchase, so you know you're supporting local people. Membership and day pass prices are well worth their money, and beat out some big chain gyms.

Fantastic experience: I went to titans liar gym on the opening day and it was amazing there is a rage of different thing from if you are just starting out to experienced power lifters and it is wonderful that they are going to be holding more events there. Overall wonderful gym.
