Fantastic experience: Great friendly gym with great equipment. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend PT with Jo. I had a couple of injuries and she structured a training programme around those injuries and has adapted it to be more challenging as I have progressed. Jo changes the exercises regularly to keep it interesting and challenging and geared towards my goals. The whole team at The Fitness Space are friendly, welcoming and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly and well run local gym. Excellent trainers and clean/well maintained equipment. It’s a welcoming space that is indoors/outdoors and is an encouraging place to exercise. Good access and parking.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a good place to get back into it after putting on a few boulders… Really fun intensive classes that are incredibly addictive!! Doesn’t help that they comprise of a very warm, helpful, and supportive community!! Good facilities and helpful trainers and staff. Overall, very grateful to have found this gym.

Fantastic experience: Fitness Space is not only an awesome gym, super close to the train station, town and taxi ranks (not to mention the beautiful Henley river) but is also a really genuine, welcoming and warm space full of friendly and knowledgeable faces. If you love classes, there are plenty to choose from at great times (early and also late into the evening) but if you prefer to use equipment or personal training, that’s really easy too. There’s even a brand new sunbed, massage therapists (sports, lymphatic and relaxing) and plenty of social events. Jo & Dermot have built a genuinely enjoyable space to be in, with no judgement and lots of support - even when they’re pushing you for that final rep that you can’t wait to finish! Absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with lovely, easy to talk to owners and a fab set of trainers! There's a wide range of cardio based as well as weights focussed classes to choose from. The highlight of my work from home days! And like that they do socials as well.

Fantastic experience: I joined FS Henley last year. This gym is great. Its clean and tidy, plenty of equipment and the classes are a must. I'm spoilt for choice as each trainer has their own unique approach to fitness and training and all push and motivate you to achieve your goals. I try to go to as much classes with a different trainer to switch things up and gotta give props to the members as they contribute to a community feeling. However if you're not into that then you can train downstairs or upstairs and there is plenty of space and and gear to get in a good workout. In my opinion, the best gym in Henley. Pop in and try their 10 day class pass. You wont regret it.

Fantastic experience: This place is where Arnold would be proud to train. The most advanced machines, the best coaches and staff and what a great atmosphere. In particular, I spent time with Ashley who is probably the best person I've worked with. Highly motivational and took time to understand me and what I wanted to achieve. He set me on the right path and I haven't looked back ever since. Thanks Ashley.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make sure you have a good session! If you go at the right time you will have the place to yourself. The gym also has modern and top-spec Technogym kit, everything you could possibly need!

Fantastic experience: Had a PT session with the manager Ash. Everyone working here has a great attitude and I love the focus on technique. I’ve been weight training for 10 years and still learned some things.

Fantastic experience: Best gym around, they are so friendly and even at peak times its not too busy, never have to wait for equipment! the most comfortable place to work out, not judgement here at all. The trainers are all lovely and friendly too, highly recommend, and it is definitely worth the money as it is a gym you will want to use.

Fantastic experience: Day pass visitor. Book on the payasugym app as it's nearly half price! Good gym in small space. Enough free weights for a decent lifting session. Very fancy cardio equipment. Tommy on reception was a good man with good advice.
