Fantastic experience: What a GYM! Me and my pal came on a Tuesday morning around 10AM. It wasn't very busy at all which meant pretty much all the equipment was available. Muscle Madness is a proper back street GYM, it's equipment is top tier. The whole place is well looked after by the owners who are both down to earth, lovely people. I spoke to the gent a bit and he really knows his stuff and doesn't walk around with a big ego like a lot of other places. You get a vibe that only serious lifters train here and you can see why. They have plenty of over the counter pre workouts and protein shakes you can buy at a reasonable price. Start to finish it's a 5* experience, you're made to feel welcome and you'll get the help you need if you need it. Definitely going back for another session soon. I'd make it my regular gym if I lived closer. There's some parking on site and also plenty of space roadside too.

Owners/ staff are really friendly and are always there for you should you need help or advice. Been training here for over a year now and I will never leave. Theres a reason this gym was voted best in Sheffield

What really sets this gym apart, however, is the amazing atmosphere. The staff and other gym-goers are friendly, supportive, and welcoming, creating a positive and motivating environment that makes you excited to work out. Despite being a popular gym, it never feels overcrowded or intimidating, which can be a rare find in the fitness world especially in the more bodybuilding oriented gyms. Additionally, the rates are highly competitive and offer great value for the services provided the Over 60’s & NHS/Bluelight have amazing offers to utilise. I cannot recommend Muscle Madness Gym enough. If you are looking for a top-notch gym that is well-run, well-equipped, and above all, welcoming especially if the owner Dave is in. (Wonderful bloke) then this is the gym for you.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience. Booked a week pass with my partner whilst we were away and honestly couldn't fault anything. The vibe is clean/modern but with old school ethics and equipment, everything you need for bodybuilding. Even some custom made kit! The owner is literally the nicest chap in the world and sorted us right out with everything including dextrose, protein and a lift to where we needed to go. Everything is clean and functional and spacious and the tunes are banging. 10/10 will go again every time we're in town.

Fantastic experience: Originally I popped in for a one off. Dave the manager was very welcoming. As a PT he gave me an opportunity to train clients in his facility for an amazing price. I’ve been taking my clients there ever since and due to Dave I have built a successful PT business. So can’t thank or praise the man enough. It’s great to see other PT’s doing the same there. The kit is great and Dave is always investing in new equipment which is exciting to see. Also the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in, Dave and Jade are always cleaning. Great atmosphere it’s like a family. Cannot recommend enough. I also got a free tshirt on my first visit which I’ve never seen in any other gym during my 20 years in fitness. Fantastic experience: Love training here always clean and staff are very approachable and welcoming. All machines work as they should and any rips in pads on machines is always replaced promptly using high quality supple material (assume it's leather) that doesn't irritate the skin. A few members who suffer with what is medically known as ILS (Invisible Lat Syndrome) and talk by shouting at each other's faces but you get that everywhere. Membership also has a cap ensuring the gym isn't over subscribed which is also good.

Good range of equipment well maintained and updated with regularly new additions . would recommend anyone to come and have a session you won't be disappointed. Friendly family members and staff, effortly keeping everything in check nothing is too much trouble, just ask. Recently refurbished counter with a large variety of supplements and refreshments including cappuccino! Credit to Dave ,Caz and brilliant staff.

The gym team are helpful and know a lot about training and always offer help and motivation where needed. Lots of serious bodybuilders here but it shouldn't put anyone off, the people are really friendly and will help you out not at all intimidating like some gyms.
