Fantastic experience: Amazing boxing gym! You can get really good membership deals or they’re on ClassPass too. My favourite is the basics class on Monday (still very hard tho!) and strongyal which is more like weightlifting. Everyone there is so nice and all the coaches are amazing too! Would definitely recommend to come try it as it’s suitable for every level of boxing!

Fantastic experience: Signed up a month ago and couldn’t recommend it higher. I went for the entry level £60 per month membership, which includes 6 classes, unlimited access to the very good (and quiet) gym and sauna. Everyone is welcoming and nice, classes are hard and sweaty but there’s lots of variety. Genuinely love it and it’s just what Peckham and Camberwell needed

Fantastic experience: This place is great! Perfect to get your fitness fix! I visited a lunchtime session there were 4 in our class so it felt like small group training. I'm guessing evenings are busier but the gym area has plenty of bags and floor space to fit many more in and the high ceilings means it doesn't feel like a dingy basement. Nice changing area and great toilets (that work! A rarity in some London locations) The workout Skipping stretching to start with then on the bags to warm up the shoulders. Then 4 rounds of pads with increasing complexity we were a pretty experienced group so we're able to do try some tricky combos. We finished with some abs and a good stretch off. Great encouragement from the coach and not too shouty. (Which I can't stand personally) If you are in the area I'd throughly recommend. I paid £10 for an hours session which is an absolute steal. Most London boxing studios charge £20 or £25! They also run sparring and advanced sessions but I didn't try those so there is something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I joined the Bronx few weeks back, had 5 sessions so far and enjoyed each of them. You never get bored as each coach have different approach and techniques to teach.

Fantastic experience: An absolute gem! There's a unique charm about Bronx, a sense of community, great skill-focused sessions and Marnie's infectious warm personality. The only downside is it's fairly addictive.

Fantastic experience: Really love the sessions at Bronx Boxing, a real workout and learning correct techniques and form. Everyone is really friendly, keeping you feeling motivated and make you feel right at home! Already booked more sessions!

Fantastic experience: Really love the club and the structure of the classes. Attended both Hit & Mitts and BronxBox session and they are both really enjoyable, inclusive of any boxing experience. I have been to many gritty boxing gyms and a few ‘boxersize’ gyms and this is a beautifully unique blend of them both. Great bunch of people. Will be going to at least 3 sessions a week!

Fantastic experience: Amazing training. Marnie Swindells really pushed us to the limit and taught us each moves and positions in great details. Amazing teacher! I attended the BadGyal session and it was great. All the females were lovely and encouraging. We all work as a great team! I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: The gym you need! Brilliant use of space, brand new kit and great coaches and owner. The sessions are fun and friendly but prepare to sweat. Love it already.

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend this to anyone. The staff were very pleasant to me from the get go. The coach pushed all of us to improve and to dig deep for every drill. Also, he focused on everyone independently at times to improve their form. It’s a test for everyone but I have to say this is one of the most rewarding things you can do. This is definitely going to be the future of boxing gyms.
