Negative experience: very poor quality gym. Mould in the roof, dangerous machines, no benches or squat racks especially as a girl I find them vital to my session. Smells in there and is pretty dirty. No space for stretching or doing cab workouts or plyometrics. Do not feel very comfortable in there and to top it all off run by some very lazy ignorant people

Fantastic experience: Oxygen fitness is by far the best gym around Chris, Kerry, Josh, and the whole family are so friendly and always on hand to help you try out new machines, build strength and break PB's. The music is always spot on which makes a massive difference when you're training hard. I really look forward to my gym time, which I something I never thought I'd say! ....and I adore my gym family. You will never see me anywhere else ⭐️

Fantastic experience: First time going to a commercial gym in years so was a bit anxious at first but didn’t take long to settle in and start to enjoy the session. Had a friendly atmosphere with a good mix of people in various stages of fitness from newbies to advanced. The equipment there is brand new and of excellent quality (awesome dumbbell rack!) I only paid for a day pass but will definitely be signing up for a membership. Top notch gym

Fantastic experience: In my opinion it's the best gym I've ever used, with a family run values, space to grow and a place of knowledge which is shared with new and old gym goers, there's something for every kind of lifter hear, with a good community background with allowing everyone from any walk of life to train and feel safe, I would 100% recommend if your in the area to used this gym.

I have been given some of my best training advice from staff there. I train here about 5-6 times a week, it is basically my second home. By far the best facility around. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I love coming here, I was out of the gym for a while and needed to get back into it, felt so nervous doing so. But this is such a lovely gym to come too! Defiantly bigger inside than it looks from the outside, lots of equipment to use but not over whelming like the larger gyms. The owner and his family are very friendly, so is everyone else. Worth its 5 stars ⭐️
