Fantastic experience: Member now for nearly 10years. Great gym. Excellent range of equipment. Friendly. Goal orientated. Non intimidating. Will, Ben and now Matt are top class trainers. Always make time. Loads of regular added benefits (events/challenges/offers) Premium gym without the price tag.

Fantastic experience: I love being a member at Fitness Plus, its local to me and has everything that I could want in a gym. Other members are really friendly and you never feel intimidated when you are in unlike some other gyms that I have worked out in. There is plenty of equipment and everything is very clean, including the showers and toilets. The staff are also brilliant, always on hand to talk to or help with anything I may need. I cant recommend Fitness Plus enough - I am so glad that I joined x

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Very local and handy. Great price and plenty of time to visit either during the day or at weekend. Equipment is great quality. Recently had PT sessions which I massively enjoyed and gave me shout more confidence to use the weights rather than just crack on with the cardio Staff all friendly and helpful too. Keep it up!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Fitness Plus since its inception and indeed before that. I have always been impressed by the level of professionalism, communication and cleanliness. There is a friendly and welcoming attitude and unparalleled personal service. I am a retiree in my seventies and feel entirely at home in this gym.

Fantastic experience: After 16 weeks and a lot of hard work and determination I have reached 3 1/2 stone loss. I hit a brick wall and was struggling at 2 1/2 stone to loose anymore so I messaged Rachael from Fitness Plus and she gave me some amazing dietary advice. Rachel talked me through my food intake and looked at what foods I was eating. My diet was a shambles but now I can eat more and enjoy foods I didn’t think I could. Iv levelled out my carbs, taking in more protein and most importantly upped my water intake. Also being active has massively helped too. I feel so much more confident and healthy now. Fantastic experience: Very professional as well as very friendly place. Good variery of equipment and classes to choose from. Love the lights and big screens on the wall while you're on treadmill. Everything looks just pretty cool. Will was my coach for almost a year and you could't ask for a better one. He motivated me, gave me support and helped me with nutrition. He's focused on the client but also nice guy. Never looked and felt better then while training with Will. Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say?! It's a fantastic space to build your health, fitness and reach your goals! The team are there for you and are human and ever so professional. The human element is very important- it means they are approachable and are attentive too. The place itself is personal and has everything you need. I love that it is 24 hour accessible too - really important for me. I have been a member for a while and it has helped me drop a further 2.5 stone and exchange some of that for muscle and strength....cool.

Fantastic experience: Personal Professional Gym, lovely atmosphere- love the yoga classes with Susan so much so i got my mum and she got her friends to join on a Wednesday night and currently having PT 121 sessions with Will who is very informative and knowledgeable regards fitness techniques and nutrition. Already seeing positive changes.Would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new gym!
