Fantastic experience: 1 year in and blown away. Having tried several gyms in the City over the last 10 years, this is without doubt the best training experience I’ve had. Special shout out to Jason, Georgie, Ben and Erin who are all outstanding coaches.

Fantastic experience: I've in my 3rd week at The Foundry and it's so much better than other gymns I've used in the past. They have small group personal training sessions which really help with getting you stronger but taking into account any injuries you have as well as various classes focusing on certain activities. All the trainers have been really welcoming, they all know your name and it really seems like you're part of a community rather than just another membership number.

Positive experience: I used to love this place. Unfortunately, the business changed and the classes are not as good as it used to be. It used to have a lot of options and times. Now, it's very hard to book a class as it has only one class in the afternoon. Miss the old days. Due to the lack of number of classes I'm not going to Foundry anymore. It is a shame!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the Foundry! It's the first gym I've gone to that has made me want to fully commit and return again and again. As someone who is looking to lose weight, I often feel insecure when joining gym classes, but the Foundry's classes are arranged in a way that make me feel motivated but also comfortable with my own fitness level. The gym is also top notch and beyond worth the price of the classes.

Fantastic experience: Used to come here quite a lot through class pass and by far the best of all the different places I tried. The workouts are TOUGH but so much fun. What I love about the trainers at the foundry is that they bring their personality to the workout. All of them have great energy, will push you but also make sure you enjoy the workout. Also it has a great community vibe and met some awesome people through the Foundry as they encourage group workouts. I’ve moved abroad but I really miss it and have been trying to find a replacement where I live now but with no luck

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a place where I could train consistently and get the support of professional coaches to increase my Strength and Conditioning levels. I started my 21-day challenge in October 2021 and it was a great experience. During those 3 weeks, I trained 5 days every week and focused on my nutrition. At the end of it, I could already see great results on my body and mind. The Foundry Bank is a community of people, who are prepared, supportive and willing to help. I am now a member of this gym and I am looking forward to seeing the long-term results on my health and fitness level!

Fantastic experience: The foundry is hands down my favorite gym. Between the friendly staff, knowledgeable coaches and all around positive atmosphere there isn’t anywhere else I want to train. They have a good variety of classes that easily scale to your abilities. Everyone is always encouraging and leaves with a (exhausted) smile on their face.

Fantastic experience: Amazing training that is well-planned and effective. But really, it's the personal touch and community that makes this place amazing. The trainers all knew my name within a week, and the locker room is always friendly and chatty. I've already made new friends via the gym - can't say that about any other gym I've joined!

Fantastic experience: Love the classes at the Foundry. Each one is really different to the other and we're working in different energy systems. The instructors are very knowledgeable and most of all its really fun. Last Friday's Christmas Fun finisher was very festive indeed ;)

Fantastic experience: PTs at The Foundry are very knowledgeable and know how and when to push you in the right way. Believe me when I say nothing escapes their eyes..miss that rep? Using too light a weight? They can spot you from a mile (even virtually, yep). This place isn't just a gym, it's a community made up of positive people who help each other to become better, not just physically but also mentally. Also props to them for making it a COVID safe place to workout!

Fantastic experience: As a recovering salad dodger and a certified non morning person, I never thought I would see the day I would bounce out of bed at 7am to get to the GYM and EXERCISE! I cannot thank the team at The Foundry enough for their support and their carefully constructed classes. From the FOH staff to the trainers, everyone takes the time to get to know you and make it feel like a second home that you actually want to visit!

Fantastic experience: Just haven't been able to find a gym I love more. I don't know how they create such a good atmosphere but my goodness it makes a difference. They remember your name, they know if you're new (in a good way). Your current level of fitness absolutely doesn't matter. Go have fun.

Fantastic experience: Did the promo trial and LOVED it. Have signed up for a membership to pick up when my trial ends. Both classes and PT are absolutely banging, everyone there is really nice and helpful, well located for the City and all of the facilities are top notch. I have done F45 and liked it, but much prefer the classes at The Foundry - the equipment is better and they are much more varied and fun as I think the workouts are somewhat up to the discretion of each instructor rather than beaming out the same thing on TVs worldwide for weeks on end. The Foundry is expensive but you get what you pay for. Everything is 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Great sports massage from Inka. I was suffering from a tight back from playing golf and squash. Inka gave me a good sports massage that helped relieve the pain I was suffering from. If you need a sports massage and are based in Central London, you should go to see Inka.

Positive experience: Fantastic location. Great coaches. The equipment is in great condition. Changing facilities are clean, towels and hairdryers are avaliable

Fantastic experience: I love the Foundry, the trainers are amazing. The classes & small group training sessions are unique, and well-crafted to all abilities whilst pushing your limits. You'll leave very tired but very satisfied. The new Bank branch is a welcome addition to the family and provides a top-notch training environment in the heart of the city. Love the larger-than-life wall displays of members working up a sweat.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic to see the latest addition to The Foundry - Bank deserves its place in the city. Love the main gym and a separate area for semi private training, and the changing rooms are to die for. Foundry Bank combines the gritty strongman element with the sophistication of the city, and as always the classes are the best you’ll find in London, with the trainers pushing individuals to their own limit whilst building the team community.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best new gym in the city!! Foundry Bank continues it legacy delivering the City's hardest workouts in the form of Strongman, Sweat and Combine classes. Love to come here before work to start my day feeling strong and make use of all their gorgeous facilities too (underground heating... don't you know!). Get yourself down here to join one of the strongest, funnest, brilliant gym communities in the city <3

Fantastic experience: Fantastic new addition to the Foundry family, excellent facilities and easy location. I like the separate rooms for classes and PT, keeps things running smoother for everyone. It's worth knowing the gym is down a little side alley off Lombard St, so can be tricky to spot at first, but there's a huge welcome sign if you look down the alley. High quality classes and small group training, and the team have proven and refined the format elsewhere over a few years now. Cannot recommend highly enough if you are looking for strength based training in the City. Worth the investment in yourself.

Fantastic experience: Amazing new space near bank, facilities are top notch. And because it is the same Foundry team as is behind their existing spaces in Vauxhall and Old Street, the strength and cardio training is brilliant and the community as friendly and welcoming as they come. Go for one City Strongman class and you will absolutely be back for more!

Fantastic experience: I'm assuming this is going to be the first of many 5 star reviews. This is a really well kitted out gym with extremely professional trainers who are friendly and adapt based on your needs and goals. I would highly recommend giving the Foundry a go if you want to see results at any of their locations, albeit this one is really swanky!
