Fantastic experience: If you want an excellent gym...heres the place to be! Both Laminaous and Dovile are excellent personal trainers who not only care about what you want(they listen to everything you say) they will assist you in that goal. If you have an issue with food and diets...speak to them, they will help you. There is different options for you to choose from. My advice is to have either working alongside you, their rate is verrry reasonable as they are both professionals...put it this way you wouldnt find the dedication and passion for their clients anywhere else. But if you already know what you are doing...they will leave you to it!. Yr safety and health is paramount to them...dont forget to ask them about the massages!. Just whats needed after a stressful day at work or a workout. I was so very impressed and this review isnt praising them enough. Please drop in, you wont regret it. Update: laiminous no longer there but Dovile and her partner are as amazing as always and will push you should you need it!

Fantastic experience: A really great gym. Not just for bodybuilders but beginners and those wanting to get back into training or just do some cardio. The two owners are also PTs. I have had numerous sessions with Dovile and she is the most knowledgeable and motivating trainer I have had. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve started training with Dovile a month ago and absolutely loved each of my training sessions. I have a great trainer who truly understands my needs. Her husband Laimonas is very supportive and friendly as well as Dovile. The gym has everything that I want in it, as well as a great location.

Fantastic experience: Iron Wolf Gym is my local gym I want to be fit and well having been physically disabled from birth, I was accepted by the co owner Laimonas from day 1 and love to train Laimonas & Dovile are there for me, I am helped all the way, great team great machines and good friends, at 76 1/2 years still getting stronger.

Fantastic experience: I live in york so the first time i want to IRON WOLF GYM i noticed they have plenty of parking spaces so parking is important to me and i found that the owners are very friendly and very very helpful even the members was welcoming and friendly.. i do recommend Iron Wolf gym very highly as good equipment and lovely people. I always look forward to returning to IRON WOLF GYM as there pt sessions are fantastic And i would like to Thank IRON WOLF GYM for there time and expert advice..
