The Studio

Fantastic experience: Been attending the studio for nearly 2 years now and it’s a top tier experience. The weightlifting and conditioning classes are challenging and incredibly rewarding, with expert coaches (Emily & Owen) who really know how to push you while maintaining a focus on form and safety. Have never been fitter or stronger. The facilities are exceptional—great kit, spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the high-end amenities you could ask for. First class.

Fantastic experience: An amazing space, kept to the highest standards in every way. The small group classes have been such a positive experience for me, particularly after many years of going into a gym floor and not knowing where to start or what to do. You're looked after from start to finish by the instructor (Lauren, Em and Owen have been brilliant!), prioritising form and helping with injuries as well. The yoga and reformer pilates classes have been a great addition to the class offering and I often find hard to choose to which class to go to! The smoothies and shakes are amazing too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful space, it's much more than a gym, it's a sanctuary where you can work out, relax, do some work with a coffee, chat to members of the community. I've been attending various classes and can already see a huge improvement in my stamina and energy levels. Owen and Emily are so knowledgeable and supportive!

Fantastic experience: After almost a year with The Studio, I can confidently say that the facilities, changing rooms, and overall atmosphere are great. The coffee and lovely lounge area make it a place where you really enjoy spending time. It’s amazing to see the progress after each workout, and both Owen and Emily make every session special and easy to incorporate into a routine. You end up looking forward to going to the gym and feeling like part of this great team. Highly recommended experience!

Fantastic experience: The Studio is hands down the best gym experience I've ever had! The facilities are fantastic, with everything you need to work out and unwind. The workspace area is a real bonus—I regularly work from there, and it's so convenient to have a quiet space to get things done before or after a workout. The protein shakes are delicious and the coffee is great. The classes are varied and very personalised, which keeps things fresh and fun. They team really pay attention to individual needs, and the sessions are tailored to all fitness levels. Changing facilities are also top-notch, always clean and spacious, which is a great touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The Studio is a gem. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym I've ever visited. If you don't like 'gym/roid heads' flexing and you just want to workout and make a better lifestyle change come here. Owen and Emily are amazing and professional at all times. Owen even has a gym dog Poppy. Plus support your locals!!

Fantastic experience: An amazing place to learn how to train properly. Owen and Lauren are brilliant coaches. The care they take in training people how to lift with a focus on mobility and correct technique is rare. The members are a great crowd which only serves to enhance an already great ethos.
