Fantastic experience: Huge array of equipment catering for everyone’s needs. Even when it is busy there are still several options of equipment to use instead. Bluetooth WATT bikes, as opposed to the two spin bikes which have no connection specifications, and better upgraded running machines would be a welcome addition. Great membership rates considering the amount of equipment choice. Stacked supplement shop and clothing on offer too. The manager, Gary, is always approachable and willing to help you out too.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym’s I have been to. Full of people that love to workout and train hard. Staff are really friendly and polite and also has ‘The Lick Kitchen’ outside which is really high quality food and perfect for an after workout meal. All healthy and fresh. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a new gym or to get started. 5 stars 100%..

Fantastic experience: Great gym credit to the area

Fantastic experience: I trained here when it was run by the previous owner and it was a good gym then. Since Luke/Leon have taken over it’s 100x better! The equipment is second to none and there is always new equipment being invested in the gym which is awesome. The gym floor has a friendly atmosphere and always has a good vibe about it. The staff are all very friendly and easy going and are always happy to help you out. Tons and tons of goodies on sale as well at good prices; what more do you need from a gym.

Fantastic experience: Trained here in the past and spent 2.5years away elsewhere. Coming back was like putting your old comfortable slippers back on. Same old faces, many new ones, nigh on zero attitude, lacking in ego too. May need a little work done here and there but am sure it's on the new owners 'to do list'. New food business outside too so 100% worth a visit. There is a reason this gym has been around for years, if you don't know why it's survived, pop in and find out

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Surrey !

Negative experience: I don't usually leave reviews but this place has left a bad taste in my mouth. My contract was never sent to me and the membership app was buggy, such that when I logged in it said I didn't have a membership. I cancelled in person, and was told there would be no further payments taken and everything was taken care of. 3 months later I realised they had still been charging me, so I cancelled the direct debit from my end and called to request a refund. I called 2 or 3 times, and every time they were apologetic and said they would look into it and get back to me but they never did. Today, after I reached out many months later, I was told it was my fault as the contract states I need to cancel via email, and there were no problems as I signed up for a 12 month contract and paid 12 months. This being in spite of the fact I didn't receive my contract and was told everything was sorted. Had I been informed that I needed to email, I would have saved myself 2 months worth of membership fees - not insignificant in a cost of living crisis. I hope the £90 the company made while I wasn't using their services was worth coming across in this way. Edited as I am not able to reply to the businesses response: seeing as we're giving out recommendations, I recommend you train your staff properly so that they don't give out incorrect advice which costs your members money, and perhaps look inwards when issues arise as a result of this rather than point the finger at your customers.

Affordable day pass and brilliant monthly membership for how good all the kit is. Clearly maintained well and effort + thought has been put into the gym!!! Ed

You will definitely feel that people that come here mean business but rest assured that it’s a great place with a lovely team and some very supportive and knowledgeable members.

Fantastic experience: If you died and went to Valhalla this is what the gyms would look like. Went in on a day pass and was immediately given the grand tour. Tour guide maybe spent a little longer than he needed to showing me the upstairs legs area, I was wearing short shorts so I got the hint dude. Clean, fully equipped and more plates than a Greek restaurant before opening. We’ll worth the four hour drive

Positive experience: good gym and friendly people but is cramped. Not their fault, just is the space that they have available. They made steps to try to improve this by moving some equipment upstairs and in side room. I think the vertical rack for putting 25kg plates is a big liability and safety concern, injured my balls badly on this and still is not right and in pain even a couple months after, but is one of those things. They should really get rid of that vertical rack and use horizontal racks for the 25kg plates.

Unmatched atmosphere and equipment for any training level, wether you’re a seasoned pro, or just picking up a barbell for the very first time, all members and staff are always happy to help! And not to mention the new owners who took over throughout The summer and completely smashed it out the park taking everything to the next level! With new equipment, monthly competitions and much much more! If you’re in any doubts if Physique warehouse is the place for you, head down and see the place in the flesh, you won’t be disappointed!
