Fantastic experience: I love, love, love my weekly workouts with Tom! My sister and I have been going to PT for 8 months now and have a laugh every time whilst getting a tough workout done. Tom is great at tailoring the workouts to suit and push both of us. The sessions are always fun and well thought out. Tom has given us a new love for exercise and his gym is well equipped to help anyone reach their goals.
Fantastic experience: I always thought PT wouldn’t be for me as my previous gym experience was going to group classes. However, training with Tom over the past 8 months has been challenging, inspiring and most of all great fun. Whether you’re a regular gym-goer looking to mix up your routine or a novice setting out on your fitness journey, I couldn’t recommend Tom more.
Fantastic experience: I have been training weekly with Tom for the past 12 months. Generally very happy with my training. Tom listens to my goals and update my training schedule regularly. He will make sure I work hard for every session . A lot of motivation and encouragement. He also gives nutrition advice to help me achieve my goals. The studio is very well equipped and maintained. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Tom for the past 6 months or so with a group of friends. It is great fun, he works us really hard and is very easily able to deal with a group of us with differing strengths / fitness levels. He always checks how we are eating, sleeping, stress levels etc and we always have a good chat and a laugh alongside our workouts. He also trains my Dad, who is in his mid 60s, so he is easily able to adapt his training to young or old! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Tom is a great PT and I highly recommend him. He always finds a way to make each session enjoyable and different from the last - it also helps that he has a fun, down to earth personality which makes working out less of an effort as it feels like you’re training with a friend. Tom knows how to motivate you and is very supportive. He’ll often change training plan, which allows me to get the maximum results. Positive experience: I really enjoyed my PT sessions with Tom. Whilst listening to my needs, he was also great at pushing me to do better, I particularly liked how every workout was different, so avoided the fatigue of repetition so often felt with larger gym classes. Fantastic experience: I started training with Tom for a few months last summer to counteract the effects of over indulging during lockdown (1). Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to stop but I saw a change (for the better) in my fitness levels and body shape within a few weeks. A new year brings new challenges and I was able to start training with Tom again. Within 3-4 weeks I noticed a difference in my body shape. It's been 6 weeks now and am visibly more in shape and getting back to my pre lockdown body. Belly fat is decreasing. Shoulders are broader & rounder and biceps getting bigger. My strength has gone up and endurance levels increased. All of which were the goals set from the beginning so to see such dramatic changes so early on is ever encouraging!!!

Fantastic experience: Tom really knows how to get results. I went to him 12 weeks after giving birth, when I had put on 20kg. He knew exactly what exercises to give me and how to slowly increase the intensity of the sessions as my weight dropped and my fitness increased. I am now 5kg lighter than I was pre-pregnancy and I look and feel amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom. As well as getting results, Tom's sessions are also fun and varied.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the Lean/ Fit & Strong Programme with Tom and worked with him for 3 months. I can not reccommend his program enough. It is by far the most complete and value for money personal trainer I have come across. The location of the gym in Clapham is very convenient and he combined indoor and outdoor sessions. Not only I attained the results I was looking for but my fitness level and strength were the best I had in years. I was very impressed with his method and fitness and diet knowledge. And at the a personal level he is a very lovely guy and keeps you motivated during the sessions at all times.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Tom for a good few years now. Initially I approached him to help me get over my back pains. Needles to say that was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The back pain is now completely gone and my fitness level is great. Tom is an awesome trainer! He has super positive attitude which makes you push a bit harder when things get difficult. The workouts are varied and he adjust them to fit your current goals. If you are looking for a PT I am sure Tom will be able to help you!
Fantastic experience: Simply put - starting and continuing to work with Tom has been one of the best decisions of my adult life. Tom was professional and consultative from the start of our engagement, wanting to understand about my work, nutrition, stress levels and any previous injuries I had in order to put together a thoroughly personalised plan that was suited to my every need. Since working with Tom, I have lost more than 16 kilos and it has been one of the most enjoyable experiences doing so: (At times, I swore at him through pain!) however every session is greeted with a smile and motivation to ensure you get the most out of each engagement. Tom is always happy to be flexible to do sessions via Zoom or make last minute time adjustments if my work schedule necesitates so. I cannot thank him enough for his efforts to date and I am so excited to carry on my fitness journey with Tom. Here's to the next 16 kilos!!! Recommended 100%
Fantastic experience: Tom always offers a really varied program. One that is both challenging but achievable and bespoke to your own requirements. I always really enjoy training with Tom and he’s taught me a lot, as well as pushed me harder than I often do myself in the gym! Tom is kind and professional as well and works with you. I feel that Tom’s workouts are really well balanced in the sense that you start slower and warm up and then peak in the middle section with circuits or super sets and at the end then Tom provides an assisted stretch which is really therapeutic and you always leave feeling great. Would highly recommend him.
Fantastic experience: I hired Tom to help me get moving again after a very lazy lockdown experience. He was so friendly, understanding and encouraging that he motivated me to get back in shape without feeling like it was a chore. His workouts are different each time so I never get bored. I am so happy I found him on google and I can’t recommend his services enough! If you’re looking for someone friendly and professional who really knows how to motivate you and help you get the most out of each workout, Tom is your guy.

Fantastic experience: Tom is a good trainer, always smiling and ready to help you reach your target. He is good at motivating you and knows what each client needs based on their goals. I trained with Tom to add muscle to my frame, he knows what to do and one thing he doesn’t do is let you slack or take it easy!!
Fantastic experience: Simply an amazing Gym. Class sizes are small and occasionally it is one-to-one so it is incredible value! Everyone very friendly and Tom is great at mixing up classes so its never repetitive and the Yoga classes are the BEST start to the day! I've lost interest in most gyms/exercise classes I've done before but look forward to these classes. The floor is faux grass and its very bright and airy so almost like exercising outside without the British weather! Could not recommend Robinson's enough!

Fantastic experience: Tom has always been a great Trainer, so motivational and helped me with achieving my goals in the past few years. Be it trying to lose body fat, training for a tough mudder, helping me recover from injuries or helping me prepare for a new challenge he is always supportive, knowledgeable and so much fun to train with! Fantastic experience: Tom is a brilliant PT, I've been going each week since Jan 2015, and have to say he is the most motivational PT I've ever had. Really enjoy the kick boxing, and Tom will also manage to get the most out of all the sessions even when I've got low energy.
Fantastic experience: Robinson Fitness saved my marriage! I used to be a sloth-like eating machine, gaining about a stone every 6 months. I'd heard about Tom via a friend and decided to give personal training a try, as a year in the gym had not worked for me. Sure enough, I've lost plenty of weight, put on muscle and my fat % has dropped from 35% to around 20% in just over a year of one session a week. Now my wife shows me off to her friends and I'm no longer the fat one in my friend group. Tom saved me, now let him save you too!
