Fantastic experience: The best gym ever! Been here for 3+ years and I have nothing bad to say. Lovely staff all over the gym, and the bar and reception. Very helpful and supportive. The classes are really good and the gym is equipped and has a lot to offer for everybody! Including families and everyone!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym, I've been coming here for years and I can honestly say the staff especially Michael the manager go over and beyond to look after their customers. I have absolutely no complaints and I can't see myself ever changing to another gym. Brilliant gym with all the facilities includinga cafe, bar with free drinks for members. Exellent membership prices and discount for nhs staff etc. What not to like!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff and amazing gym experience! Whether you are a beginner or advanced, the instructors will set up a tailored training plan to help you reach your goals, whilst having fun in a super dynamic and motivating environment. If you’re tired to feel your legs everyday, join Daniela in her Body Blast class: your legs and abs will be on fire (and probably numb for a couple of days…). Highly recommended for the expertise and welcoming attitude of Dani, Lisa, Rachel, Mike, and the rest of the staff at Lifelines!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym and great atmosphere. I joined a month ago after being out of the fitness game for some time and I've had nothing but great experiences here. From signing up to the induction to the classes, it's all been great. Being nervous about rejoining a gym and worried that I'd be embarrassed about my lack of fitness, all I can say is I've had the upmost support.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with excellent staff! I've been happily coming here for the past four years, and the experience has always been top-notch. From the moment you walk in, through your workout, and right up to enjoying an after-workout drink at the bar, the team is always welcoming and serves with a smile. It’s never too crowded, and there’s a great selection of classes. My only wish is that they stayed open slightly later on weekends—but hey, you can’t have it all!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Lifelines on and off for years, the gym has a really nice environment and family friendly atmosphere. The trainers have helped me massively with my weight training and there advice has been really helpful. Keep up the good work !

Fantastic experience: I just want to say a massive "thankyou" to the super staff at the gym. This is the friendliest gym I have been to. The staff have always been happy to help me with my techniques and offer helpful suggestions. They are approachable and nothing is ever too much. They keep this place clean and tidy which makes it all the more pleasant to use. There is a vast array of equipment and a free weights area too plus great classes which they also run in their busy schedule. Thanks guys your all amazing

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! The instructors are absolutely great, friendly and helpful. The gym is always super clean and the changing rooms and showers are new and beautiful. Nice people coming in too, at some point you will get to know their names and it feels like a family All PT are very experienced and as i was already coming gym for a few years, they made an initial program for me more advanced and i am definetly seeing results. Monday morning class (all classes are free) is the thing my life needed without knowing, the spinning classes are also absolutely amazing. And yoga on Tuesdays is perfect for a more relaxed but good workout. This gym is perfect and since I joined I am happy and more motivated to come. Try it! You wont regret it.

Hi Chloe, our gym has a very friendly environment, that's why we consider ourselves to be the friendliest gym around. Our staff are also extremely helpful and friendly and are always on hand to offer support and advice.
Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Lifelines now for over 15 years, and it is the most well run gym in Luton and the surrounding areas. Great mixture of free weights and machines, spotless environment, respectful members and great staff. Highly recommended for both beginners and experienced gym goers.

Negative experience: Clean gym. Poor membership and cancellation practices however. But that seems to be typical of gyms these days.

We understand your concerns about membership and cancellation practices, and we want to assure you that we strive to be transparent and fair in all our policies. Unlike many gyms, we don't believe in locking our members into long-term contracts. We simply ask for one month's notice should you wish to cancel, giving you the flexibility and freedom to manage your membership according to your needs. We are disappointed to receive such a rating when our cancellation policy is clearly displayed on all our literature, website etc.

Fantastic experience: Lovely, clean, tidy and recently refurbished gym. Also the friendliest gym around! I live 25 minutes away but still travel to this gym as it's the best in the area in my opinion!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good range of modern equipment and weights. Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Clean changing rooms, fantastic showers. Bar area is also great for working, good coffee and food available.

Fantastic experience: Lots to like about this gym: Very recent refurb so lots of new equipment and shower area. Always clean and tidy, good atmosphere, and friendly staff and members. Squash and badminton courts and a very good bar/ restaurant area. Not too busy at peak time and plenty of free weights and machines to cater for everyone. Happy I joined and would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. All instructors are friendly and welcoming and always on hand to give additional training advice. Reception staff are also extremely helpful. Spin classes are really challenging and fun but yet still accessible for newcomers. I have been a member here for a while and joining Lifelines has felt like joining an extended family. Love it! x

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and recently refurbished gym with lots of equipment. You don't need to wait for equipment. I've been going for over 3 years and won't be changing any time soon!

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly and diverse Gym community. Gym equipment is more than suitable for different types of workout/classes and body building. All ages, cultural backgrounds; a really family friendly environment. The lounge/leisure bar is great to have a great Mocha, refreshments, Drinks and food. And Sports bar shows all the top football and sporting events. Staff are amazing and friendly and always helpful. Car parking facilities when you use the centre is great. And to top it off the cost of membership is very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Changed to this gym after the previous gym I used seemed very overcrowded at certain times. Very friendly atmosphere and facilities are excellent. My only regret was not joining here sooner.
Fantastic experience: Great gym with good equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. I looked at other gyms in and around Luton, but chose this one as the facilities are great. The staff are friendly and helpful and other members are sociable. Opening times and location close to the M1 allow to go either before or after work. More than happy that I've made the right choice.

Fantastic experience: I have tried many other gyms in and around Luton and Lifelines is by far the friendliest, cleanest and best located with plenty of free parking. All of the instructors are very approachable and knowledgeable and they have recently invested heavily in brand new equipment. Great value for money with access to free classes and racquet sports.

Fantastic experience: A great gym, very friendly. The staff go above and beyond, always willing to help. I have been to many a gym's and this gym is the longest I've stayed at (years and years!) and wouldn't think of changing!
Fantastic experience: I try to keep up in shape! The best way for me is group sport! Something like zumba or volleyball! I like the activities here and I come as often as I can!
