Fantastic experience: Great gym and good atmosphere. Equipment is decent as well especially the leg section. They've done this place up really well. The members are really down to earth and cool. Most muscle gyms don't have welcoming members but for this place I actually feel welcomed and like being there. Staff, can't fault them at all. Always seem enthusiastic to be at work and always willing to help where possible. Oh and one more thing. The music. Playlist is spot on

Fantastic experience: There is something misleading in the description! Gainz is not a gym! Gainz is a family! Was training at gainz for 2 years, did my first bodybuilding show while with them and I have to say that theres no better place to prep for your show. Supportive members and staff, amazing machines, clean environenment and weights always where they should be!! I miss you so much everyone. May we lift together again one day!!!

Fantastic experience: Summary: If you actually want to train and not just hang-out in a sterile warehouse (that happens to have gym equipment in) with your mates - this is the place to go! Awesome equipment, owners who make continuous effort to improve it, and members who don't just sit idle on the equipment using their phones for extended periods! Unlike all the other simply-stupid style gyms in the area, the gym has character (it's not one of those warehouses) and great staff too. The fact that it's an independent gym also means you are supporting a local business and personally I like that.

Having trained at this gym for nearly a year now I can see lots has changed which shows that the management really care about constantly improving the gym. It's also really good to see that whenever equipment needs fixing it's always done quickly and it's not left broken for months which was a problem at my previous gym. All the members and staff are really friendly and are always up for a chat. Great gym would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I've been training at Gainz for 3 years now and I'm always impressed with how good it is and how it continues to get better. The team have done a great job with the gym, there lots of social events now and are always making improvements to make it better for the members The atmosphere and the facilities are great, everyone is really friendly and it has all the equipment I need for powerlifting. The gym is also kept tidy and everyone is respectful of the kit. I'd absolutely recommend it to everyone! .

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, I've been to various commercial gyms in the past and always felt judged, at Gainz theres no judgement, it’s the most friendly, accepting and supportive gym, theres always someone to ask if you ever need help with anything or be left alone if you want to, the staff are welcoming, helpful and informative and the equipment is second to none, always plenty to choose from with weights and equipment for everyone of all levels.

Fantastic experience: Was training here pre covid & recently joined again. I'd forgotten how hard proper training is! Getting back into it but now have my two teenage sons with me who are showing me up already. Plenty of equipment and options so never queuing. Would definitely recommend if you're serious about training.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in bedford! All members and staff make you feel so comfortable and it’s just good vibes all round. Every time I step foot in Gainz I feel so motivated. There are so many different weight machines & when customers ask, Alex listens. We wanted mirrors in the leg room, we got mirrors. We wanted another stair master we got two! The only negative I can say is the cardio machines are sometimes dusty/dirty and could be a little cleaner. But it doesn’t stop me, gainz has my heart forever ❤️‍

Fantastic experience: Both my sons have joined Gains gym, one of my sons has been training nearly a year before he joins the army August and I noticed how confident and more full of energy he is, now my other son who is in year 10 has now started going for about a month now and already noticed a difference in him aswell he has now he has came out of he's shell and gaining more confidence and more active. Fantastic experience: Having trained in "commercial gyms" for years I was always unsure about making the switch to an independent gym. Switching to Gainz bedford however was by far the best decision I could have made for my training development. The ownership, staff, kit and general atmosphere are all second to none - creating the perfect place for me to train hard and really push myself towards goals I never thought were achievable. Such a brilliant gym, with constant reinvestment by owners who genuinely want to provide the best environment for members. And the best leg room set up imaginable! I wouldn't consider training anywhere else.
