Fantastic experience: I have used this gym on a regular basis for the past 4 months. As a gym novice I was apprehensive to get started so I booked some personally training sessions with Max. He has created specific plan plan and makes sure I'm improving week on week. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly, I would recommend this gym to anyone

Fantastic experience: A really great space to workout, split across 2 floors. Upstairs is more of a functional area with cardio equipment. Downstairs is heavy dumbbells and benches. They even have olympic rings and a boxing bag! Warm, friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: It took me at least 6months to have the courage to walk through the door as I'm not a gym person. But instantly all the staff are so friendly & welcoming which makes a really relaxed & enjoyable atmosphere and welcome to all abilities. The classes are great, and there is never a que for the equipment.

I started out with no confidence and severe anxiety but this is like my second home now and somewhere I always feel comfortable being which is a big thing for me! Fantastic experience: Nice, friendly gym. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The classes are very good, and adapted to all levels of fitness. The gym itself, equipment is excellent and always adding new equipment from feedback. If you are new or an experienced gym person then this is the place to come.

Fantastic experience: The Fitness Forge is brilliant and addictive!! Since joining in August i consistently attend 5 classes a week and would do more if i had the time. Its a relaxed & friendly environment with a great community of people training & exercising. The app for booking is super easy to use and keeps track of all your classes. The team, Max, Victoria & Katie are always on hand should you need any help or have any questions.
