Fantastic experience: Great gym, a lot more machines than I thought, love that the majority is plate loaded, more time under tension I'm just getting into strongman and there plenty of that there!

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Newtownards by some distance. Clean, very very well equipped, great opening hours, spacious, amazing atmosphere and an absolute bargain price.

Positive experience: Great gym, feels like a community inside. owner is as friendly as anything and the membership isn't pricey. Would be a little daunting if it was the first gym you ever went to but personal training sessions are offered that would get you accustomed to the place.

Fantastic experience: Great gym run by Ricky who is also a fitness and physique competitor who has won several trophies throughout Northern Ireland. Ricky runs several classes on site including aerobics and strongman/woman based sessions. The gym is a no nonsense setup with hardcore machines and weights with dumbbells up to 57.5kg. Ricky is usually in the gym and is friendly and approachable for advice and tips. The gym also sells an extensive range of high quality supplements. Membership deals are attractive and Ricky is always running special offers on both his membership and supplements so it is well worth calling in for a look.
