Fantastic experience: Signed up to the 6 week weight loss challenge. Have to lose 8% of my total body fat. At the halfway mark I was at 4.1%! The trainers are all lovely! The circuits challenging but not beyond anyone. The session booking system is efficient and straightforward. The nutrition plan clear and presented superbly. The challenge itself motivating. I haven’t been so committed to something in a long time and doing more exercise, drinking more water and eating so cleanly. Overall, I’m very glad I signed up!!

Fantastic experience: Completed the 6 week weight loss programme. Started at 214.6lbs and 25% body fat. Finished at 190lbs and 17.8%. Sessions and trainers are awesome. Its not easy but if you stick to the plan, you get the results.

Fantastic experience: Ladies and gentlemen, let's give it up for Lean4Fitness challenges! You know, those things that sound like a good idea until you realize you've signed up for six weeks of sweat, pain, and the end of all your favourite snacks. I joined one of these challenges recently, and let me tell you – it’s like they take your comfort zone, shove it out the door, and then lock it! Three weeks in, and I'm already seeing changes. I can feel my abs again! But then I realized, they're not my abs... they just started to wake up from the quarantine hibernation! Honestly, I’m not sure if I’m losing fat or just storing up a ton of abs in the back, like an attic full of Christmas ornaments—“I’ll use these one day!” Now let's talk about the food plan, shall we? It's supposed to be healthy, but what's with the meals looking like they just came out of a fancy restaurant? I mean, I’m over here just trying to figure out how to turn broccoli into a cheat meal! I’m sitting there thinking, “So, for breakfast I can have a broccoli smoothie, for lunch, some grilled chicken, and for dinner…” Wait, is that a quinoa salad or a cry for help? Now, friends, I love food! I used to think that “portion control” just meant eating 6" subway instead of going full footlong. Now, they're telling me I can have all these options, but the catch is my body is basically saying, “Hey! We're not going to let you digest all this at once!” I feel like a human version of Tetris sometimes, just trying to figure out how to fit this into the little squares of my stomach. But here's the twist. The plan doesn't feel restrictive at all. One night, I actually caught myself foot-deep in sliced cucumbers, contemplating when they'd finally start tasting like cookies. It's all fun and games until you find yourself dream-arguing with a piece of grilled chicken about whether you both really want a cheat day. Spoiler alert: We do! But you know what? I’d recommend this to anyone looking to improve their fitness and tone up. Why? Because getting fit shouldn't just be hard work – it should be an adventure! And if you’re lucky, you might even learn how to make kale taste somewhat edible. That’s the real achievement! Life is short, folks, so let’s embrace our smoothies, sweat it out, and maybe just maybe regret our life choices a little less post-challenge. But hey, let’s just hope I don’t end up being that person who fiercely defends their right to eat chips at the next barbecue because I exercised all week. “Excuse me, I’ve burnt around 400 calories – therefore, I’m entitled to an all-you-can-eat nacho plate!

Fantastic experience: I decided to join Lean 4 Fitness as I wanted to improve my health and wellbeing. After trying different activities and diets and loosing interest and motivation quickly I heard about Lean 4 Fitness and I can honestly say I have enjoyed every session as each one is different so no chance of getting bored. The trainers are there to motivate and push you to do better each time and the small classes are perfect and each one is so friendly I definitely recommend trying if I can do it and look forward to each session any one can. I feel my strength has improved and clothes are looser win win looking forward to continuing my journey with Lean 4 Fitness

Fantastic experience: 4 weeks into my 6 week plan. Anyone just starting on a 6 week plan, don't be fooled by results after week one. It gets harder. Meal plans are strict and you have to follow them to the letter. The results do show and the gym sessions actually become enjoyable too. Everyone who attends, be it 6 week challengers or paying members are really supportive. The staff are helpful with ideas if you want to target personal body improvement areas. If you're up for a challenge that's going to change your outlook on health and wellbeing, do it. You won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I started the 6 week challenge with Lean 4 fitness 2 weeks ago and loving it and can feel the good changes in my body and mind. The instructors are excellent at their roll of pushing us so people reach their goals, classes are small and if you have any injuries a different exercise is suggested. Diet is strict with a lot of protein to get through but I’m determined to stick it out, even after 2 weeks I feel these new habits I’m making are going to stick. If you’re wondering wether to join don’t hesitate, I’m so glad to be so focused and I know I’m going to reach my goal by the end of the 6 weeks.

Fantastic experience: Tomorrow is my last session on the 6 Week Challenge and I am already freeing up the time for more sessions with Lean 4 Fitness. The folks are really helpful and encouraging, taking into account my ME/CFS, adapting exercises on the fly, and making sure I don't go beyond what I can do while still making HEALTHY progress. Fantastic experience: 4 weeks into the 6 week challenge and still feeling motivated. The instructors are very encouraging and no session is the same as the last so it stays interesting, as well as challenging! The diet is only tough if you are socialising but I've been strict and not broken it. Feeling so much better, look it too so I'm told so that will get me to the end.

Fantastic experience: Four weeks into the Six week challenge and loving it! The first week was hard as everything ached, Second week was better because the aches weren’t as bad, third week no aches and started noticing my clothes not being tight as well as my limits in the workout being stretched further out. Fourth week coming out of a workout with a real buzz and feeling great, people commenting on how much weight I am losing, my resting heart rate is down from an average of 70(pre challenge) to 55 (today). The personal trainers, without exception, are extremely knowledgeable, know how and how far to push me and you know during a workout that you are working every muscle group in your body (even ones you didn’t know you had)! The nutrition side is quite a change but once it makes sense it is easy to stick to. Looking forward to feeling the results of week five!

Fantastic experience: I started the 6 week challenge after years of neglecting my diet and exercise. This was a fantastic choice to build better habits again! All the staff/trainers are amazing and the sessions are well planned out. You are worked hard and you will sweat buckets but you will feel so euphoric afterwards! I also love the small group sizes and it’s great for somebody who may have a bit of gym anxiety. The food plan is hard to adjust to but you soon get used to it - I am only half way through the challenge but I can see that my energy/strength and general outlook on my health/taking care of myself has improved dramatically. I would highly recommend this for people who want to take the plunge into a healthy lifestyle but don’t know where to start. Even if you don’t reach the end goal it is worth every penny just to start making those huge changes and have the support that you do from the team :)

Fantastic experience: Just coming to the end of week 4 have lost over 17lbs. The meal plan is nice and easy to follow, the sessions are hard but everybody is so motivated it just pulls you along. A big thanks to all the staff for getting me motivated again.

Fantastic experience: I joined Lean4Fitness with my daughter to do the 6 week challenge, as we are going on holiday in July and felt unfit and overweight. It has been a real challenge for me as I have never taken part in this type of exercise before, or joined a gym. The first few days, I wanted to give up but found the strength to persevere. The exercise has been quite hard for me physically, as I have hip, knee, wrist and abdomen problems. I’m very grateful for the patience of every one of the instructors, each instructor has been amazing and encouraging and has managed to tailor each session for me individually, as I am less able than most of the others members. I’m delighted and was surprised that at the 3 week point I had lost 11.6lbs. The food regime was difficult at the beginning, but I am now am finding it much easier. I never feel hungry and really don’t miss the sugar. It’s clear that I have been eating badly for years now, and feel much better for following the strictness of the regime in this challenge. For anyone who doubts they have the ability to take on this challenge, I am the example that it is possible, with my various joint problems and turning 70 next month, I would recommend anyone just gives it go. Hopefully my progress will continue during the last 3 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I’m now into week 4 of the 6 week challenge & I’m so glad I decided to do it. Got to admit that on day 1 I wanted to cry & quit already & that was just looking at the food allowance! However, I stuck with it & have adapted very well to cutting out sugar & eating clean. I have more energy & less bloating & just feel so much better in many ways. The exercise sessions are hard & challenging but are only 40 minutes long & the time goes fast. I love that the classes are no more than 12 & everyone is friendly & non judgmental. The staff are very encouraging & push you that little bit harder, which is good for me & certainly helps me in my mission to get fit. Would highly recommend this 6 week challenge to anyone who feels they need to do something drastic to change their eating habits & exercise regime.

Fantastic experience: Having never enjoyed any exercise apart from jogging before, I've been really surprised at how much I look forward to the gruelling sessions put together by the PTs at Lean4fitness. The small class size means you get great support and mentoring which makes you more confident in the workouts you are doing. I'm 3 weeks into the 6 week challenge and am on track to lose the full 20lb, which I was skeptical about at the beginning. After a couple of days o got into the swing of the new food planner and if done properly, you won't go hungry! It's definitely not easy,but nothing worthwhile is, huh?!

Fantastic experience: I have just entered into my fourth week of the six week challenge and I have never felt so good! By the end of week 3 I had already dropped 10.6 pounds and lost 4.9% body fat. The challenge is nowhere near as difficult as I thought it would be. The classes are the best thing about it. Every instructor is amazing and they push you to your limits! The classes are very intimate and everyone is so friendly. I would highly recommend the 6 week challenge to anyone who is looking to get fit and healthier!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I will admit to being more than a little bit sceptical when I signed up to the 6 Week Challenge....Four weeks in and I'm feeling fantastic - yes, have lost loads of weight and body fat but more importantly I'm feeling fitter and stronger than I've felt in years with bags of energy. The classes are great, with loads of variety and an amazing team on hand to support and push you when needed. The diet took a bit of getting used to and is a bit repetitive but I've always felt super full and it really does work. Would absolutely recommend signing up and I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey

Fantastic experience: I lost almost 1st in my first 3-weeks. Week 4 completed now. No further weight loss but I know my body is changing. My weight is slimmer and tummy has more definition, although still some way to go here! The classes are great, all trainers are so helpful and motivational, challenging yet sympathetic. If you can’t do an exercise, always showing alternatives. Everyone I’ve met is so motivational too. I’m loving all classes and really look forward to them.

Fantastic experience: Loving the classes and the whole journey of getting back to a me I recognise and am happy with! The classes are tough but everyone is supportive and encouraging and the feeling after a good sweat out is addictive. Fantastic experience: Just at the end of week 4 of the 6 week challenge and feel amazing. I’m enjoying the exercise a lot more than I thought I would and am doing things I never thought possible! The gym is extremely well managed, the PTs are polite, encouraging and friendly and there’s a real sense of camaraderie among the gym goers. I lost nearly 1/2 a stone / 3.9% body fat in the first 3 weeks and am looking and feeling better than I have in a long time. I feel like I’m being physically and mentally recalibrated and it’s good. This gym and regime is a nugget of gold in a difficult world. If you think you want to do it, go for it!

Fantastic experience: I am in the 4th week of the 6 week fitness challenge and have absolutely loved all the workouts. Everyone is so friendly and supportive; members and trainers alike. I have noticed that my stamina and cardio fitness has increased and am really surprised at how much I am actually able to push myself. This is really helped by the trainers encouragement and enthusiasm. Each session is different which really helps to stay motivated. I have not achieved as much in terms of fat loss % yet which was a bit disappointing but I have lost quite a few pounds and dropped a dress size so that is keeping me motivated to continue the program. However I have had some good advice from the trainers to tweak a few things with the nutrition which I am hoping will help. But I am really enjoying the whole process and hope to continue to make progress and achieve my goals. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to kickstart their weightloss/fitness journey in a safe friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: Just about halfway through and perversely enjoying this process. The meal plan is there already set out with a wide range of food, just make sure you spread out your meals and shakes in even intervals. The trainers are superb and equally supportive. I haven’t had my end 3 week review yet but no matter what the scales say, I can see my body changing already, which is really motivating. So pleased I signed up for the 6 week challenge. Was getting into an unhealthy rut at 60 and now enjoying my best life. Just go for it, it’s a 6 week challenge and I’d be surprised if you didn’t then carry on with them. Don’t know how that works yet, but I’ll be there.

Positive experience: The HIIT training is fantastic and the trainers are excellent, however, the diet side of the program is tough and I do feel that this should be shown to clients before signing them up as it was not what I was looking for and I would not have parted with my money had this been shown to prior to signing.

Fantastic experience: Currently 4 weeks into the the challenge and I am so glad I signed up! As someone who has never stepped into a gym before, I have thoroughly enjoyed every workout. Every session is varied with a different PT and they are truly an amazing team of people! Thank you to Lewis, Thomas and Amber who were so knowledgeable in giving pointers and were enthusiastic. I really look forward to each workout and am able to push myself each time. My goal is to lose 6% body fat and by week 3 I’d already lost 5.7% so I was so thrilled. The diet takes time to adjust to and needs planning but I’ve grown to enjoy experimenting with new foods I wouldn’t usually eat. For me the protein shakes took a while to get used to but I found strawberry flavour was the best and giving the shake time in the fridge made it easier to drink. I really look forward to my last few sessions and seeing my final results. Thank you to everyone at Lean4fitness - I really recommend this challenge to anyone who needs great motivation to get on track with your weight and diet.

Fantastic experience: I have seen the results of people loosing weight and feeling good about themselves. The program works if people stick to it. You need to be 100% focused and ready to change certain habits, but if you do you will reap the benefits.. The staff here are very accommodating

Fantastic experience: It's got to start somewhere right! I signed up needing a change. The meals plans are tough to get your head round to begin with, but once you have everything its pretty easy. The workouts are very effective, you go from feeling tired when you get there to energised when you leave. Having that goal at the end really focuses you to keep going and you feel better from the meal plan and workouts in the first 2 weeks. A good friendly environment, everyone is there for the same reason and supports each other.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, if you stick with the regime, you will get the results. If you REALLY stick with the regime, you will go well above the basic expected results! Three weeks in and 8 pounds lighter, due to work commitments, I haven't been the best following my meal timings, but the meal plan is easy enough to prepare in advance. People from 30s to 80s follow the same workouts. Yes, they can be hard to start but not impossible, and trainers can help you adjust with something a bit easier for your physique. I definitely recommend this for people who are willing to commit. I love the group element, and if you're the kind of person who steps into a gym and is unsure what to do, it's great when you have someone set up your daily workout for you!

Fantastic experience: My journey with food and body image has been a struggle throughout my life. I've experienced periods of under-eating and overeating, and I've always felt self-conscious about my body since my GCSE prom pictures, even as a 23-year-old now. However, within just one week of taking on this challenge at Lean 4 Fitness, my perspective on food has completely transformed. Food preparation no longer feels like a chore, and I genuinely enjoy nutritious meals. By week 3, I've already lost 4% of body fat and witnessed a noticeable change in my physique. Fantastic experience: This is a great place to get fit, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and excellent at helping you. Every session is different, you will notice a difference in your fitness in such a short period of time, along with the nutritional programme you will loose body fat very quickly. Im 4 weeks in out of the 6 week challenge and have so much more energy, for the other sports I do. Thoroughly recommend giving this place a try for the nutritional & exercise programme, If you've never done any sort of sport/training before this place is a great place to give it ago!

Fantastic experience: Not long started my programme but really enjoying it. The sessions have loads of different exercises which hit all body parts. The trainers are friendly, and make sure everyone knows how to do all the exercises, which is handy if you’re new or not done any kind of training in a long time. The fast-paced environment and the fact that all the sessions have all been pre-prepared for you means you can get in, get it done and then get on with your day. Helpful that they also provide a healthy eating plan for the programme, especially for those not great in the kitchen. There’s a lot of tasty meals to try out and keep on target for reaching your goals.

Fantastic experience: Having become bored by my usual gym routine I decided to give Lean 4 Fitness a try and am very glad I did. The work outs are different every time and the trainers are excellent. There is no judgement from anyone just small friendly, supportive groups. You need to be committed to making a change to your eating and exercise habits but it is worth the effort. I now look forward to my workout sessions instead of looking for excuses not to go.

Fantastic experience: Was a little sceptical at first, even after I had signed up to their six week challenge...but I'm only 2 and a half weeks in and have already lost 5kg! It took me 2 years to do that in a regular gym!! Trainers are all really friendly and the diet they give you leaves you with plenty of meal options. At no point have I felt I needed to eat more, it still fills you up. As long as you commit to it, train with them 3 times a week, you'll smash your goals. plenty of others have before me. Highly recommended if you want to get into shape and feel better about yourself.

Fantastic experience: I needed something to kick start my journey and lean 4 fitness is the perfect answer. The sessions are hard and the trainers push you to your limits, but if it wasn’t hard there wouldn’t be a challenge. The food is better than expected and I don’t feel hungry at all which is good. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished week 3 of the 6 week challenge. I am so happy with the positive changes im seeing in my body already. The diet really works and I don't feel hungry. The workouts are hard but fun, the trainers are motivating and the other members are supportive, and share advice. Highly recommended. I have tried many diets and multiple gym memberships over the years. This is one that has really worked for me!

Fantastic experience: I'm into week 4 of the 6 week challenge, and I feel amazing. The 1st week is hard going, but if you push through, it does get easier (as in less aching!) I'm already lifting heavier weights and have lost 3.9% body fat in the first 3 weeks, my body feels more toned. The classes have a limit of people so are never crowded. Everyone there is on their own journey but its a great atmosphere. The trainers are great too, pushing everyone to go further. If your thinking about it, don't think, do it, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Not going to lie - the exercise is a shock to the system but that's after decades of inactivity. After four weeks my stamina has improved and its all very nearly fun. The team at Christchurch is friendly and supportive.The food plan is easy to follow and, compared to lots of other eating plans, really tasty. Go one, give it a go. What have you hot to lose?

Fantastic experience: Just finished week 4 and 10 lbs lighter. The food plan is simple and you soon get used to it. The classes are great, everyone works to their own fitness level and the instructors are great at pushing you on when you think you can’t do another thing. My body shape has changed, I feel fitter and sleep better. Don’t let your age put you off. I’m in my seventies and wish I’d heard of this 10 years ago !

Positive experience: Really enjoying the exercising aspect of the 6 week challenge with plenty of PT variety and mixed combinations of HIT every week. The trainers are all kind, helpful and encouraging when they need to be and there is a bespoke feel to this gym versus others. I have found the dieting part of this particular challenge harder to adapt to and being vegetarian there appear to be fewer (tasty) options. However, it is only 6 weeks and I can see that the diet does foster good habits and isn’t meant to be a long term thing. Overall, happy that I took up the challenge!

Positive experience: Just completed 4 of the 6 week challenge. Lost nearly 10lbs so far. Highly recommend if you want to chsnge your eating habits and fitness level. Gym is 3 times per week and no two classes are the same, so no boredom factor. Instructors great at motivating you. Go for it!

Fantastic experience: Lean 4 Fitness provide a very well thought out fitness and eating plan and the venue is a great place to burn your calories! I'm 4 weeks into attending the gym (3 times a week) and what started as a bit scary has become the norm. Fantastic experience: I owe my newfound love of exercise to lean 4 fitness. The journey I have been on with this incredible gym is something that could only happen in a really supportive environment. The staff are amazing not just the trainers but also the office staff like Elaine ! Each trainer has a very specific style and will motivate you, play different music and use different exercises depending on their personality. The women who attend are really excited to get sweaty and are so supportive. It’s a such an amazing gym atmosphere that promotors confidence with so many different types of bodies and different levels of gym expertise.

Fantastic experience: Coming to the end of week 3 of 6 and loving the results. The team are so friendly and helpful and always small group exercise. The PT have time with all participants, and push you, in a good way. I'd recommend as I'm loving the results.

Fantastic experience: I’m in my final week of the challenge and feel so much better. The trainers are motivating and the sessions are varied so there’s no chance of getting bored with the same routine. I love the the diet and haven’t felt the loss of any of my favourite foods. The best part is that I am at my target weight and fat reduction is visible. Highly recommend the 6 week challenge. It’s the best thing I have done for myself in years.

Fantastic experience: Excellent classes - always different and always hard work but fun! 4 weeks into the challenge and I can see and feel a real difference in my fitness and shape. The food plan is not difficult to follow, and SO MUCH to eat, there is no way that you could be hungry. I would recommend to anyone wishing to improve their fitness & tone up.

Fantastic experience: Just started the fourth week of the 6 week challenge. The meal plan is straightforward and makes sense, and although can be tricky to stick to in all honesty, it’s effective. The main thing for me is the gym sessions. They work you really hard but you do have the chance to build up from your own personal level. The PTs are so encouraging and the atmosphere is really supportive. If, like me, you need to re engage with exercise and are starting pretty much from scratch, it’s perfect as the sessions fly by and you feel good afterwards. A perfect High Intensity, low impact range of exercises which really get your heart rate going but with a real focus on individual ability. Wished I’d have joined sooner!

Fantastic experience: Like others, I have seen their adverts on social media for ages and just thought it was some bs. Finally scheduled a tour and Tom was so sweet and gave me all the info I needed. Signed up that day and started my journey a few weeks later (I had holiday so couldn't start straight away). I should have done this ages ago when I first saw the adverts! I'm just finishing my fourth week and finally looked back at my pre-Lean4Fitness photos and wow! The difference is amazing! All the PTs are amazing and will work with your unique body while pushing you to your limit when needed. They are not the yell-at-you-until-you-break-down sort of PTs (unless that's what you're into, I'm not judging), they're there to make sure you're doing the work outs correctly and as fast and hard as you can. The food plan is tailored to weight loss and muscle gain and pretty straightforward, albeit simple. When they say your body acclimates to the food intake within a week, they're not lying! If you have any doubts in the program then let me be the light to shatter them. As hard as it looks, this is easy. They give you all the keys to weight loss and better self-esteem, you just have to use them.

After only three weeks I have lost 5.3% of fat simply by following the nutrition recommendation and exercising. Can't see what comes next but I feel INCREDIBLE. Fantastic experience: 4 weeks in to my 6 week reviews6 week challenge. What a transformation already the results are great. The fitness sessions are intense but you feel great afterwards. Instructors are very supportive and encouraging. 3 week review to ensure your on track and any help needed. Great way to loose those pounds. Great staff and a great bunch of ladies.

Positive experience: 4 weeks into the 6 week challenge and I have to say the workouts are great. I’ve met loads of different trainers and done a whole range of different exercises. The format and range keeps it interesting and helps to keep you motivated. The only issue I have is with the food/weigh in side of things. Despite the difficulty I’ve followed the diet by the book with no cheating and after 3 weeks my body fat% was actually up despite me losing 6lbs. I think this might be due to my height being put into the scales differently at the beginning and at my weigh in. I had no idea it was going to be important and apparently it wasn’t recorded anywhere so make sure you keep track so that when you weigh in you use the same measurements. The true test will be at the end of the 6 weeks to see if I actually manage to achieve my target or not because I’m doing everything I can!

Fantastic experience: I'm just over 3 weeks into the 6 week challenge. I've already achieved my 20lbs goal set by the challenge. I'm aiming to try and double this by the 6 week mark, amazing team who are all really supportive and push you in the classes to do your best. The diet can admittedly be difficult, but if you get creative you can actually have some really nice meals... so don't be put off by this. The challenge takes a lot of will power, but if you're serious about changing your dietary and exercise habits or looking to lose weight. Definitely commit to this and the rest will follow.

Fantastic experience: Signed up for the 6 week challenge of losing 20lbs after seeing friends that were also doing the challenge and they looked amazing. Week 3 and 11lbs lost already the personal trainers are all great, really friendly and keep you motivated, im loving the training sessions, it's hard but each session is different so you don't get bored, I would 100% recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: I’m on my 4th week of the 6 week challenge, 12 training sessions in. I’m loving it! The trainers vary the sessions every day so you never do the same set twice, they also adapt exercises for injuries. Everyone at Lean is super friendly and supportive. The 6 week challenge is hard but super doable and you will be surprised at how fit you feel after a few weeks. I started by pressing between 4 and 6 kg weights and 8kg kettlebells, I’m now pressing 7.5kg weights, 12/14kg kettlebells and can squat with a 15kg weight plate. I’m super happy with lean and can’t wait to continue my fitness and weight loss journey with them!

Fantastic experience: Signed up for the 6 week fitness program and so glad I did. It has been the kick I needed to get back into fitness and building better eating habits. The PTs accommodate all injuries and abilities, its friendly and non judgemental. The results are incredible, 4 weeks in and I'm feeling a million percent healthier and happier. If you've been thinking about it for a while, do it. You won't regret it!
