Fantastic experience: Great class! Put us through our paces & worked with our abilities. Not been disappointed with any of the classes I've tried at REGEN Streatham

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed in the attitude of the management and the circle of sportsmen, especially the ladies, because for one look at any of them, when performing an exercise incorrectly with the risk of injury, you risk being declared a sex freak! The manager, a young boy with a tone of impatient objection, states that if anyone complains one more time you will be kicked out of the hall, without explaining who, how and why made the complaint! If, however, you decide to protect yourself the troubles and wish to cancel the subscription and end the visits, because we are living people and the human gaze is a difficult thing to manage, the fee continues to be charged until the end of the subscription, with the excuse that you were rude, simply because you more passionately decided to provide facts and explanations in your favor! I don't put one star because of the cozy atmosphere! …………………….. Изключително съм разочарован от отношението на управата и кръга от спортуващи, в частност дамите, защото за един поглед към някоя от тях при неправилно извършване на упражнение с риск да се нарани, рискувате да бъдете обявен за сексуален маниак! Управителят, едно младо момче с тон нетърпящ възражение заявява, че ако още веднъж някой се оплаче ще бъдете изхвърлен от залата, без да обясни кой, как и защо е направил оплакването! Ако, все пак решите да се избавите от проблеми и пожелаете да откажете абонамента и приключите с посещенията, защото сме живи хора и човешкият поглед е нещо трудно управляемо, таксата продължава да се начислява до края на абонамента, с оправданието, че сте проявили грубост, просто, защото по-разпалено сте решили да предоставите факти и обяснения във ваша полза! Не слагам една звезда, заради уютната обстановка!

Fantastic experience: Really great gym. Top tier equipment, friendly staff, and always clean. Members respect the equipment and weights are always re-racked. Have had no issues that are common at commercial gyms.

Fantastic experience: It’s been a great experience for me so far. Friendly & encouraging environment, for someone returning to the gym after a long absence Regen was the right place for me to begin my journey towards better fitness again.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 3 months, the staff are very friendly and the PTs are helpful. It has a nice community feel compared to some of the bigger gyms and the classes are great, I would love it if they had more.

Fantastic experience: Today and every Thursday, Jamal is doing Leg, Glutes, and Core class. His golden words are " The band stays on until the end of the class." And so it is... Class is based on a variety of exercises for legs, gluten, and core. We use free weights and resistance training bands. Class is always challenging, and you do not want to miss this! See you on next Tuesday

Fantastic experience: There is a lot of waffle in the world around fitness, gyms and workout routines. If (like myself) you are one of those people who prefer eating waffles over listening to it then I can't recommend Denzel's boxing conditioning class enough. You are not going to be the next Anthony Joshua and you won't learn how to spar. What you are going to learn however is that no matter your skill set, a lack of fitness will make a coward of us all and Denzel pushes you to your limit. It's £40~ a month for the membership, but the abundance of friendly staff, late opening times, clean equipment and classes means that if you put a little in you can get a lot back. It's round the corner for me so travel isn't an issue - but it also means I don't have an excuse. 10/10 gym so far.

Positive experience: It is not a premium gym. It's a tacky gym that's missing some standard equipment. However, the price is good (£10 for a day), and it wasn't too crowded. The staff were nice.

Fantastic experience: Noah & Chantelle made us some delicious protein shake and the gym was very clean and the equipment is new!

Negative experience: A clean gym, but I was very dissapointed with how little reason and empathy they apply when it comes to cancelling your memebrship. First of all, it doesn’t say anything anywhere how to cancel. Instead you have to Whatsapp someone to tell you to email the reception. This step could simply be recorded somewhere on the website. Secondly, if you do not cancel before the 1st of the month you will not only be charged for that month (which is understandable) but the next one as well. After explaining my situation of having to move house mid August to the reception they were still adament I have to pay for two months (including September) as per their cancellation policy. What for? I won’t be using the gym… i have paid a high-joining fee, why do they want to charge me for a month extra? No understanding whatsoever, no flexibility applied. Will not be joining again in the future nor recommending.

Positive experience: Staff friendly however very small capacity (8/9 max a class) and always get booked up extremely quick which is disappointing. Members of the gym vary a lot with being on their phones and taking up too much time on machines. Saw two members put items on their machines to keep them while they go and have a chat with the PTs. Very frustrating and needs to be observed more by staff

Fantastic experience: REGEN has quickly become my favorite gym. The facilities are spotless, and the equipment is top-notch. I love the variety of group fitness classes—they have everything from HIIT to yoga, and the instructors are fantastic. The Theragun Recovery Station is a highlight, making post-workout recovery so much easier. The complimentary towel service adds a nice touch of luxury. Plus, the flexible memberships mean no long-term commitment, which is perfect for my lifestyle. Overall, REGEN offers a welcoming atmosphere and a great fitness community. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! There's lots of choice in Streatham when it comes to gyms, but REGEN is the pick of the bunch no question. Excellent facilities (tons of dumbells, squat racks, benches, cardio equipment, resistance machines, kettlebells, boxing equipment etc), super-friendly and helpful staff, great PTs, great classes, and all very clean, well-organised and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I was in London only for 1 month, however I absolutely LOVED Regen Gym. Whats a fantastic uplifting energy the gym has, full of smiling people. I used to go early in the morning and the gym was never too busy! Challenging classes (I especially like Wagner's classes) and excellent encouraging instructors in the gym! I hope to be back soon.

Fantastic experience: Unreal gym. I used to live round the corner which was ideal. I couldn't bare to drop it so now I bus 45 mins to use it. Good gear.

Fantastic experience: One of the nicest gyms I’d been to with a really excellent team of staff. The gym is kept up to a superb standard that I’ve never seen before - all plates racked in the right order, no dirt, equipment is free all the time, lovely members. Just credit to the staff for keeping it in that way and providing great service and care. Only feedback would be to add a sled on the turfed track, a GHD machine and a concept 2 bike - but hey, beggars can’t be choosers!

Fantastic experience: Regen is a great gym with friendly staff, a range of equipment and motivating classes. A special thank you to Jamal for his Glute Blast and Body Conditioning classes, both of which have helped my fitness and are a lot of fun.

Fantastic experience: Always clean with friendly staff and amazing classes, particularly the boxing conditioning and boxfit classes. Denzel and Jamal are the best trainers. Only feedback would be to add more classes, particularly at the weekend as they are always full!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great gym with excellent, qualified professional gym staff and personal trainers. Particularly, the gym classes are well managed and enjoyable to attend. I must say! The new staff Jonathan G is absolutely fantastic and wouldn’t would love for his spin class to continue especially in the mornings. As for the ladies & gents if you’re in need of an all body enjoyable work out then check out the strength & conditioning class led by Denzel it’s absolutely amazing. Thanks guys for helping me stay consistent whilst loving my new fitness lifestyle. Keep up the good work guys!

I've been there for almost a year and have seen so many additions being made- you can tell the team want to make it great for their customers and it is so so appreciated!!

Fantastic experience: Been attending this gym coming up to a year now and it’s been great from day one. I joined initially for the boxing facilities but soon came to love all aspects of what’s offered. I’ve trained a lot with Denzel and Jamal and both are amazing at what they do Always constructive and always pushing me to progress, or just checking in to see how I am. Also just started spin classes following a boxing shoulder injury and Jonathan Gomez’ energy and passion for what he does is infectious, despite the penalties for lateness Aside from the classes, all the staff are always friendly and happy to help. Thoroughly recommend REGEN to others

Fantastic experience: Simply put, it's a superb gym, faultless. The staff all go out of their way to say hello which makes a big difference, it's always a nice vibe in there. They have pretty much everything you would need and it's always clean and tidy. I train in the mornings mostly before work and it's very rarely that busy. I've definitely begun a regular gym routine now due to my experience at this gym. It's a Streatham gem.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic local gym with friendly staff. Decent free weights, racks and machines. Cardio area. Theraguns. A great martial arts/boxing/circuit space with bags. Every month a free protein shake and 'bring a friend Friday's. All at great value! Moved from Virgin Active in Streatham and a much better gym at half the price. Recommend 'Denzel' too for anyone looking for a PT with emphasis on Boxing/Conditioning.

Positive experience: Regen is a gym. I think the majority of people who attend are looking to lose weight or become more muscular. There may be other reasons but I’d prefer not to speculate. Some of the weights are heavy and some are light. There are machines too! You can run and go for a (static) bike ride. They play music over the speaker system but a lot of people wear headphones so they don’t have to listen to it. This isn’t a luxurious GymBox style venue but I rather like it. The staff are polite and helpful and it’s unpretentious just like Streatham.

Positive experience: Decent gym with all the latest equipment and good value for money. The only thing is they could do with more equipment like dumbbells and mats as these run out at busier times. Also would be great to see some boxing classes in the evenings during the week as opposed to 6.30am.

Positive experience: Love this gym so much! So clean and the classes are so good. Only comments would be the class times are a little tricky to get to in the morning. Would be great to have a class at 7.30 instead of 9.30am. The bodytrax machine has also been broken for around 6 weeks so would be great if that was fixed. And a BOSE ball would also be a great addition!

Fantastic experience: Went to try Regen via Classpass & signed up by the end of the first session! The gym has a community feel, variety of classes, and instructors are excellent (props to Michael, Denzel and Vagner for making me sweat every time). Not to mention that compared to ClassPass this is great value for money and you even get £5 credit to get a protein shake once a month. Also, speaking from experience, as a complete beginner and a woman, gyms are often intimidating. I felt everyone at Regen is supportive and PTs are friendly, which made me want to come back!
