Fantastic experience: Spacious and clean. All the essentials equipments. Good clean changing and shower area.

Negative experience: I was recently charged £44.99 for a supposed missed payment. I have called the number provided twice in two consecutive days to which they were not able to offer much help. I changed my membership from ultimate to super off peak at the beginning of this month after I had realised I would no longer be able to afford the ultimate. After changing this on my app, the £29.99 was reversed and I was charged £5.00 for the change. When on the call, they said I had received an email about an unsuccessful payment, which I did not, warning me about not having made the payment. This is untrue as I was charged it successfully and I have receipts of this, but the caller says my bank declined it? When charged the unexpected £44.99, I ended up in overdraft which caused me a lot of distress and confusion. To compensate with the payment, I was told my next monthly payment would be deducted by £12. I would like to know why I was charged £44.99 instead of maybe just the £29.99 or the £17.99 when I am now in the super off peak? Shouldn’t I be on the ultimate plan now that I have payed for this month’s ultimate plan? I am really disappointed in how this matter was handled and how it managed to happen in the first place. I am only 17 and cannot be affording to lose any money on some mishandled situation, please sort this out.

Fantastic experience: Clean and well equipped! Staff always around and happy to help

Negative experience: Can’t book a gym induction because the app doesn’t work. Waited for one hour for some help from an employee and got nothing. Employees saw me, but chatting and going on their phones was more important. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Lacking in basic hygiene and unresponsive to feedback. I've been a member for over a year now and very often there is no hand soap in the bathrooms or any other form of sanitizer in the gym. There is nothing to wipe down equipment after use. I've written to the Gym Group and they assured me that they were working on improving these, including more environmentally friendly ways of letting users clean the equipment, but half a year on there has been absolutely no improvement. It invites the impression that the company is just trying to save on resources at the expense of public health. It's very unhygienic to have no soap to wash your hands after working out or using the bathroom and touching equipment. If this continues I will take my workouts elsewhere.

Positive experience: Great gym no contract and is the best part but i thinks there should be some members of stuff at the gym which I don’t think there are

Positive experience: Staff is amazing but the annoying thing is they have 6 squat racks and only one smith machine also they have no incline bench press machine

Positive experience: Good price, for a 24/7 gym. Perhaps not the best facilties, especially changing rooms/showers. Otherwise very solid place, not too crowded and with good amound of work-out machines.

Negative experience: Facilities are ok. Limited to no classes. If you’re in Cambridge then you’ll have better luck with PureGym. Also customer service is very unhelpful.

Negative experience: Thought the place was really dirty and a lot of equipment is really old and broken down. Changed to PureGym after moving to the area.

Fantastic experience: I come with my husband 3 times per week. We really like this gym, it has a great atmosphere . Also it has a very good range of equipment for the members.

Positive experience: Enjoyed my time training but it could get very crowded very quickly and need to pay more attention to the toilets as they were in bad condition at the time when I was there at least.

Fantastic experience: My personal experience with the gym is really good. I usually workout 3 times a week, the gym is spacious and has ample number of machinery to manage crowd so as to not waste the members time. I really enjoy my workouts and classes from the gym group. Kudos to the gym!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in this gym for more than 6 months and that was the best gym I ever worked out.

Positive experience: Pretty much everything I would want or need from a gym. There are the obvious compromises of space is limited and it gets crowded but I’m sure if the gym could double in size it would also like to. Some classes often take up space but then again the gym is for everyone and people enjoy the classes so a worthwhile compromise. I’d also like more squat/power racks for things like free weight squatting and bench but I think everyone who does free weights would ask for that, those who use machines would ask for more machines and those who use the treadmill would ask for more treadmills so I’m sure the balance is fine. Gym is clean and tidy, would potentially like some spray and paper towel dispensers, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Big shout out to James (I think I’m rubbish with names) whose an absolute weapon and top bloke. At the end of the day it’s a gym, come in and shift tin and you’ll be happy. Everything so far is subjective, one bit of objective feedback is being headphones, the tunes are dire, maybe there’s someone who likes soft house to work out to but it ain’t me

Fantastic experience: Pretty good, I feel quite safe here and toilets cleaner then I expected. Big range of equipment, just missing some yoga blocks but I guess it's not so orientated that way. Maybe they would get some if I mentioned it but I can bring mine anyway so... I have literally nothing to complain and also they pretty good at lost nd founds too.

Positive experience: Good for the price kind of. Really busy and they don’t really offer the classes I would like (Zumba, yoga, Pilates). Staff is mostly friendly and everything Is quite clean. Central too. Price has increased recently though which I don’t necessarily think reflects what they offer…

Fantastic experience: I have been in Lotte’s classes for more than a year now (ladies who lift, box fit, abs and legs) and I definitely recommend her! She is always smiley, and funny. I thought that classes would be impersonal but she makes sure everyone has progress and she pushes you achieve more and more. Great coach!

Positive experience: I just took Rhys’s class and it was amazing! He is so encouraging and very helpful, the staff is generally very helpful. I find it too hot (hence 4 stars), especially when it’s more busy and on warmer days.
