Positive experience: I used them for a personal trainer and it wasn’t the best experience I’ve had; to the point I dreaded going to a session. The individual was nice enough but I thought they lacked knowledge on how to plan a programme for individuals with different health conditions- one plan certainly doesn’t fit all. The gym itself is what you can expect of a small privately owned gym, plenty outdoor space too. I personally didn’t find the owner to be very approachable and neither did he ever acknowledge me but maybe different people get different treatment... who knows. However, I did come across some friendly people so i do think there is a good “community” spirit there. I didn’t really see the hype surrounding them, maybe I didn’t use them for long enough. I would recommend the gym but if you’re using them for a personal trainer make sure YOU find out more about them, their experience, their credentials and most importantly do your own research too.

Fantastic experience: definitely recommend this gym if you want to achieve your fitness goals, first day I went to check it out met BEN and Dan proper made you feel welcome showed me around made me feel welcome you can tell they love their jobs thats what you want they have great knowledge of training. What I love most about this this gym is how old school it is and that you just can't beat in my opinion for all you guys who have trained for years or just starting out can't beat the atmosphere in here everyone is friendly , good equipment everything you need plus boxing equipment and a ring and absolutely brilliant outdoor area to train with so much equipment you definitely gotta check it out...Best gym in the area by a country mile...no contract pay monthly what more do you want excellent value for money

Fantastic experience: Nice proper old school gym and boxing club. Locals are friendly and facilities are open for woman and kids to. Priced very reasonably. Also no ongoing contract, just pay monthly and turn up.
