Fantastic experience: OUTSTANDING ride this morning with Becky! I loved the motivation, encouragement and atmosphere of the studio. Awesome place to workout and achieve your fitness goals. I always make it a point to take one of the classes here when I am in town!

Fantastic experience: It is such a lovely place to go and work out. The spin bikes are high standard and always clean. The instructors are friendly and always on hand if you need them. Highly recommend it to anyone of any exercising standard.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending these classes since the beginning and have always enjoyed the variety and different times available. There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. During this difficult time, I feel comfortable with the Covid Safe System in place. I would highly recommend this fitness centre; give it a try!
