Negative experience: I contacted the number listed on Google Maps twice to inquire about scheduling a trial session. The individual on the line seemed dismissive and unaccommodating, making the conversation quite challenging. Ultimately, they concluded by stating it was the wrong number. I am new in the city from Germany.

Fantastic experience: Old school style gym with everything you need. Go back in time and it was formerly the training site of body building champion Mr junior British Isles. Good local gym. Staff nice and owner Kenny is a top man and great laugh.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym, all the equipment and help you need, right on the East Durham Heritage Coast to so a lovely outlook top. The owner, Kenny is a good laugh too! My go to gym when visiting the parents in Horden. 5*
