Fantastic experience: Looks brilliant lots of people use it

Fantastic experience: Have been taking classes here for a year now - Zumba, Seated Zumba, Gentle Exercise and Pilates - and am really feeling the benefits. I slipped on a pig (don’t ask) and landed on my backside recently - a year ago I would still have been sitting there until rescue arrived but, due to my regular Pilates sessions, I was able to get up without any difficulty. P.s. no animals were harmed in this scenario

Fantastic experience: Would just like to give a thumbs up for the Ash Green Sports Centre, has a great little gym along with PT's if required. There are plenty of classes held during the day and evening (Pilates, Zumba, Ballet, Exercise, to name a few). The staff are some of the nicest/helpful people you will come across! Highly recommend . Fantastic experience: All the classes are good for all ages and abilities, and I have tried them all. Barre ballet is not what you may think go to a free class b4 u join it will transform your body. The main gym is clean and everyone disinfects the equipment as they go.. staff are all incredibly helpful towards your end goal. Remember there is a first class free award to try before you stick to a class or gym routine

Fantastic experience: I had my induction with Paul this morning. What a great trainer. He knew exactly what problems I was having with my back and the advice he gave me was priceless. Better than any doctor or physio. Great little gym and friendly staff did nt feel intimidated was a great morning with a great trainer. Thank you Paul for all of your advice ane help.
