Fantastic experience: Top class gym. There's a good selection of machines in good condition, a wide range of dumbbells, plenty of bars and accessories you don't always find in other gyms (like belts and bands). The people are great, and the gym has a close-knit community vibe. Never gets too full, even at peak times. Good tunes (metal, punk pop, EDM). Decent price for the area, and offers shorter memberships (e.g. weekly) if you need it. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely best gym we have ever been to (and we have been to quite a few now both in NE England as well as down south). There is a fantastic team of people here to support you anytime and the equipment is top class. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Facilities are clean, maintained and atmosphere is so motivational. Never seen it overcrowded yet still comprising of all your ‘must-have’ amenities; get that: they even have fully stocked ‘on-site’ supplements store with clothing and so! Parking on site - I mean what else you could ask for? 5* - Highly Recommended!

Fantastic experience: Body Extreme is the best gym in the North East! There is always a great atmosphere here that makes you feel like family. The owners, Sławek and Asia, are always helpful and take care of our well-being and cleanliness, which is very important to me. The exercise equipment, including Hammer Strength machines, is top-notch, making workouts a pure pleasure. If someone is looking for a small, family-friendly gym, I definitely recommend Body Extreme in Newton Aycliffe!
