Fantastic experience: A really different sort of gym. Originally I was a bit intimidated by the very slick 'instagram' styling, thinking the staff add the clientele might have a similar focus on looking amazing. However, I couldn't have been more wrong. The staff are really welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. It's clear they all really care about helping you get fitter in whatever way works for you. The clientele range from 70+ to 16, it really is a gym without an ego. I originally joined as a 3 month summer kick start, but a year later I'm still there! Yes it is more expensive than your average gym, but the people are exceptional, the facilities are immaculate and it really is so much more.

Fantastic experience: Station Mill is not only a fantastic gym, but it’s a welcoming place that will ensure that you feel comfortable and un-judged. Scott and the team cannot do enough for you as I have found out since I joined around 4 months ago. The equipment is state of the art and the whole team ensure that you are shown how to use everything no matter how many times that you need shown. The facilities including the shower rooms are always clean, tidy and the decor is welcoming. If you’re looking for a gym that ticks all of your boxes then I would highly recommend that you contact Station Mill and book a visit. I guarantee that you’ll come away impressed and a member.

Fantastic experience: As a complete novice to a gym this has been a really good introduction. Have not felt uncomfortable in any way and the team are always available if you need help or advice. Great quality equipment, lovely changing facilities and always very clean. A real asset for the town.

Fantastic experience: This is the most positive gym experience I've had in 30 years. It's super clean, the staff are lovely and supportive, and I love the variety of the machines. The app is fantastic so I can really track how I am getting on, challenge myself and play the videos to remid myself how to use the kit. My husband joined at the same time as a first time ever gym goer. Both are massive fans and finding it easy to sustain motivation. Well done - a fantastic asset for Alresford

Positive experience: Nice gym. Clean. Good equipment. Nice place to be. Friendly staff. Alresford has needed a place like this for a longtime. Lovely building. The skillmill machine is legit. One of the best to use. Yoga on the top floor is a great spot and with a nice view out of the window. Cafe joined next door is enjoyable also.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of this gym and all its staff. They are incredibly friendly and keen to help you when needed and they take a very personal approach with each of their customers. The gym is fitted with the latest equipment and gives you the ability to track and save your workouts on an app. A special mention to Scott and Candice who are always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I can’t believe how incredibly lucky we are to have such a lovely gym in New Alresford!
