Fantastic experience: Joining JSF was one of the best decisions I’ve made. They are so knowledgeable about what they do and their support and encouragement is inspiring. JSF is much more than a gym - they have not only improved my physical health, but focus on mental health and overall well-being which makes it a place like no other. The guys are great craic too so they actually make going to the gym fun! Set workouts that only take 1 hour means it can fit in around a hectic timetable. I would highly recommend JSF to absolutely everyone!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym and amazing coaches, these guys know their stuff when it comes to your health and fitness. They are all about getting you healthy body and mind.
