Fantastic experience: Just joined this gym, and so far, so good. Great friendly environment and helpful staff. The monthly fee was by far the cheapest around. The gym itself is well equipped for every need. I know they run classes and even offer sun beds. 19/06/2024 - absolutely fantastic gym with lots to offer. Made some great friends along the way.

Fantastic experience: Motivating, friendly atmosphere to keep one coming back! I've been a loyal member for a few years now and that's because one can improve at all levels: • there is enough support for beginners and • highly experienced staff will help if you are more advanced/desire expert coaching advice. Although it may seem small, it is well equipped and, I've witnessed this gym upgrade for its customers' needs during my time as a member (new machines, refurbishments, dynamic classes, good membership deals, product variety and others). Best thing: come and get a daypass to see it for yourself; get all the details you wish for and get training!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with really friendly staff that help you in anyway they can. Has a proper family vibe, unlike the bigger gyms and I’ve always felt comfortable whether I’m there with other people or alone. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! ️‍♀️❤️

Fantastic experience: Always recommend this gym to my friends! Really good yearly contract price which I have been renewing for 4-5 years now. Love the classes especially Laura and Karen’s classes who never fail to keep you motivated and upbeat, even when you are not feeling 100%! Denise is always friendly and welcoming. Will continue to highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym, it’s so friendly. Instructors are approachable and supportive. Classes are always fun. If you feel worried or apprehensive about stepping into a gym then I would suggest you give this one a go, you will be made to feel very welcome .

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, very welcoming and friendly staff, always someone there that's willing to go above and beyond to help their clients. Equipment is clean and all in good shape, enough equipment for any type of exercise, one free sun bed a week with your membership, cannot go wrong with that, cheap membership price as well, load of different pre work out and protien shakes available to choose from, one of the best gyms I have signed up too on the island, will definitely be staying with in shape.........

Fantastic experience: I have been here for the first time today and my experience has been very positive. I wasn’t even aware of this gym until recently and visited to enrol after knowing about the gym. Kev was super helpful and so was Denise when I went to enquire about the gym.
