Fantastic experience: Having lost about 40 lbs on my own through calorie counting over a 6 month period I noticed I had flat lined and was starting to regain weight again. I knew how to count calories and do cardio but had no idea when it came to weight training. This is where Jerome came in. From day one I liked his no BS approach to weight loss. No cutting out favourite foods or going keto and being miserable without carbs. I was given a simple daily protein target to hit to help me feel full and a gym programme to ensure I retained the muscle I had. Worked with Jerome from July 2023 to May 2024 and have lost another 40 lbs going from 195 lbs to 153 lbs (88 kg to 69 kg) in this space of time. Not only did I drop a lot of fat but I've grown a bit of muscle and definitely toned up what I have. Jerome has been a great guy and been very encouraging throughout the process understanding that life sometimes gets in the way of progress for a bit and that a week or two of maintaining on a holiday etc is normal. This isn't something I've come across from other PTs. The mental change has been fantastic. Instead of being concerned about regaining weight I've learned to listen to my body, eating more on the days I am more active (e.g. jogging) and less on days where I don't feel up to doing much. It all balances out at the end of the week. Pausing training for a few months but coming back to Jerome in September to start a bulk overall a great guy and fab to work with.

Fantastic experience: Whilst on an all inclusive holiday in August, being a slovenly glutton, I stumbled across Jerome's well considered advert and absorbed his free 7 day educational material and I soon realised what had been holding me back for so many year - me. What I needed was someone to hold me accountable. Yes I learnt more about nutrition and weight training, things I already knew were bolstered, but the main difference was that he was there to ensure that I didn't fail. And if I did, you know what, life gets in the way, we get up and go again. This is the long game. I didn't get out of shape quickly so shouldn't expect to get in shape quickly. If you're looking for the next quick fad diet, Desk Jockey Fitness is not for you. This is about setting you up to succeed through eductation, feedback, science, and encouragement. There's no doubting this can be daunting, but there is no cheating it. It will take dedication and commitment for you to achieve your goals. Only you can do it. Jerome isn't there with you in person, but knowing that he is supporting you, coaching you, checking in on you, is enough for habits to form and behaviours to change. The biggest things I have learnt from him is about consistency. My problem was that I was great 5 days a week (calorie deficit, gym) but when the weekends came around I'd undo all my hard work. Now I have proof that 7 days a week 'on plan' gets results, but that if life gets in the way every now and then, let it, it is there to be lived and enjoyed. Jerome has provided me with a solid foundation of belief and knowledge and his inspiration and passion are helping me reach my own personal goals. His style is super relaxed and pragmatic, so no Sgt Major antics here. He is just a good guy trying to help you get in shape which will work wonders for you physically and mentally. I cannot recommend Desk Jockey Fitness highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I'm 44 and a dad of two, I can't tell you enough I good I feel about myself after signing up in Jan. I was in real rut and it was just what I needed to get me started and the fact I have lost so much weight, no longer go hunting for snacks and understand the science behind all this is amazing. I have lost 12lbs in 7 weeks! something I have not got close to achieving in the last 2 years trying by myself. Jerome has not only achieved what I needed but has surpassed it. His programme has massive amounts of knowledge about weight lifting, nutrition and life coaching. The videos he has produced contain lots of really interesting information about what you do in the programme and why. Such a fascinating journey in muscle gain, weight loss and positivity. Most importantly of all, the revelation that you are allowed to fail sometimes, as long as you regroup and refocus and ultimatelly carry on. I have lost 12lbs since I started in Jan, my body shape is changing, becoming more defined and I fee like I have more energy and positivity. I can't recommend highly enough!! Having tried, Keto, Low Carb, running and HIIT excercises to lose the excess weight I added during Covid I was really low, had zero motivation and was literally grabbing sweet treats more than once a day. For me this was a psychological issue that I neeed to get to grips with and reset not only my body, but my mind too. I have always been reluctant to pay for fitness and tried to do it ALL by myself and it was clear I was losing this battle. I had seen Desk Jockey fitness on Facebook previously so I had an awareness of it. When my weight continued to climb after Christmas 2022 I made a decision to invest, not in fitness but in me. I'm a dad of two and have a highly stressful job so I don't really get any time for me and my needs, my weight was getting me so down and depressed I needed that to change. So rather than thinking about investing in fitness, I see it as investing in me! That was when I joined a DJF 6 week trial. It was the best decision I have made for a long while and I couldn't be more happier. I needed to sort and filter all the confusing and conflicting weight loss info and advice online, someone to create an efficient weight lifting program that could get me results quickly. I also needed someone to be accountable to becuase I had lost all faith in myself and I needed someone to stop my bad habit and routines and to change the mental narrative in my head! - My inner voice hates me by the way, always critical, never positive. I have learned a lot since joining Desk Jockey Fitness, about weights, nutrition, how to look after myself and how to break bad habits. So a massive thank you for getting my 2023 off to a fantastic start!

Fantastic experience: I am a fairly active guy. I spend a lot of time walking dogs and doing activities like football, swimming, and gym-based fitness. I often found myself comparing myself to others and getting quite annoyed, down in confidence, and that I wasn’t as fit or didn’t look as good as they did. I constantly belittled myself and disliked how I looked in the mirror and with my shirt off. Whilst on the programme, I lost 10kg in 6 months. I reaped the rewards, feeling much stronger and fitter than I ever had before. The compliments I received and the difference I noticed physically from looking in the mirror were terrific. My confidence skyrocketed, and I definitely felt happier with how I looked and my newfound energy and fitness level. Being on this journey with Jerome has given me the structure I needed to make lasting changes in my life. This has been as simple as noticing what I’m eating or building a habit of exercising correctly. The most significant and most valuable parts for me have been the accountability, the ease of accessing the programme, and the clear and concise way it’s laid out. Fantastic experience: I'm Ben, 32 and a Technical Director from Lincolnshire. Over the 6/7 years leading up to starting the programme my life and lifestyle changed dramatically. From an active job as an electrical engineer working shifts, to a desk or travelling based job, spending nights away in hotels and grabbing a quick fast food lunch whilst on the road. All of that was starting to have an impact on my energy levels and my appearance, with both of those things affecting my self confidence. It soon became a viscious circle of no motivation, low energy levels and increasing weight. I was the biggest I had ever been, out of breath when I shouldn't have been and spent all summer covered up in baggy clothes. I started to change things myself and saw some progress in weight loss but quickly stalled and realised I needed something more. I came across Desk Jockey Fitness on Facebook and booked in a call to find out some more information. Right from the start it sounded like it would be a good fit. Fat loss or weight loss doesn't have to be rabbit food and feeling hungry all the time. As someone who enjoys food, that got my interest straight away. I signed up to a 24 week plan with Jerome and that's where my journey with Desk Jockey Fitness started. Right from workout 1, day 1 I started to feel a difference. The sessions to begin with were quick, needed no equipment and were easy to fit in to a busy work/life schedule. The progress came quickly and soon I started to see the changes as well. Seeing the results in the progress photos had a huge impact on my motivation, energy levels and self confidence. The physical change everyone can see and that is one thing, but the mental change for me was and is even more important. Work started to seem easier to keep on top of, family life at weekends was fuller and busier because I didn't feel like sitting on my backside all weekend after a 'busy week'. All of this had come from, in the grand scheme of things, a few simple changes. Tracking what I was eating made the process a lot easier. Of course to begin with it's hassle but very quickly I realised that this was the key to any chance of success. On top of that the accountability was the biggest help for me. Someone there keeping an eye on me and giving me a kick up the a**e when I needed it. The group chat is a great place for newbies as well. Loads of help and advice but most of all a group of guys all on a similar journey. There's no such thing as a stupid question! At the end of my 24 week programme I'm sat here writing this 10kg down since I started and feeling a completely different person. I'm wearing clothes that had been confined to the 'maybe one day' section of my wardrobe and have some confidence back. If you feel like you're stuck in a rut but know you want to change something then talk to the guys at DJF. Physical change is one thing for a long and healthy life but the impact on your state of mind is equally if not more important!

Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d ever use a personal trainer. I think I resented the idea of paying for anything fitness related. I was always of the mindset: “Why should I pay for something when I can go out running or work out from home for free?” That all changed, however, when I started carrying a bit more weight than I was used to and I couldn’t shift it. So I got in touch with Jerome. A bit of context: I’m 5ft 11, the wrong side of 40 and have two young boys with an inordinate amount of energy. A couple of years ago I had a hernia operation, and during my rehabilitation I didn’t exactly watch my diet, consequently weighing in at 14st 33. My tops went from being a medium to a large, and I didn’t exactly like what I saw in the mirror. So I decided to make a change. At first I thought, I can do this myself. So I ran and did HIIT workouts five times a week for a good six months. But the weight stayed the same. It was at that point I saw Jerome’s advert on Facebook. So I looked into it. In the four months since I joined DJF, I have dropped down to 12.75 stone, my belly has practically flattened out and my abs have decided they want to say hello to the world. I couldn’t be more happy with the advice that Jerome has given me to this point. His knowledge when it comes to diet (the biggest single factor in my weight loss) and working out, has helped me drop the pounds and put on muscle at the same time. His app is simple to use, keeps track of stats and workouts, and syncs with other fitness apps as well. Throw into the mix a healthy dose of Jerome’s weekly accountability messages on Facebook and you’re set up to succeed. I personally feel great again. I haven’t been at this weight since university, over 20 years ago. My confidence is back to wife-annoying levels, I feel like my diet has improved no end, and I now have a bucket-full of energy to spend on my boys. On top of all that, Jerome helped me sort out my insomnia – something that had been blighting my sleep for over two years now. I can honestly say, if you have a desire to make a positive change in your life, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jerome as a personal trainer. His training programme fits into your daily life, is easy to implement and, with a bit of consistency and will power, provides all the necessary tools for you to reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: I am a desk worker, Mon-Fri, 9-5, who gets hardly any exercise. Over the past 10 years I have gained an extra 4 stone, and it was showing in my physic which was having an effect on my confidence. Having to buy larger sized clothes to hide my stomach and never walked around inside my own home without a top on. I have tried diets, cutting out certain foods, and the results never showed and nothing came of it, so I gave up. Scrolling through Facebook I came across an ad for Desk Jockey Fitness (DJP). I am generally skeptical about these ads, thinking they are fake, a scam or what is offered will not work. I contacted DJP and was surprised that within an hour I got a reply. A telephone interview was scheduled and I still was a bit skeptical. After speaking with a member of the DJP Team, explaining why I wanted to lose weight etc. I was told that Jerome would be in contact with me to start my journey to becoming who I want to be. That phone call came, I was still skeptical and was informed I needed to download certain apps to track my progress during the DJP programme. Then came the fee talk, and I was shocked with how much it cost per month, I thought it would be a lot more, so was pleasantly surprised. Apps downloaded and my journey began. It was hard getting to grips with working out 3 times a week, as I have never worked out before and controlling my calories was hard to do, and the cravings for certain foods. But after time, the workouts were like a routine and tracking calories was easy. After a few months I took some progress photos and my stomach was going flatter, I was less tired, less hungry and had more energy and was not getting out of breath when I used to. The surprise for me was being able to lift my heavy lawn mower out of my shed without any struggle now I had muscles. Being able to play football with my nephews without any struggle, walking more, and buying clothes in my size, which is now a L and was a XXL. The main impact was being able to wear jeans after so many years, without finding it hard to get a size that fits, and now using a belt, as before I didn’t need one. I feel more confident now in how I look and people always comment on how much weight I have lost. I can walk down the street in just a t-shirt without my stomach sticking out and not feeling embarrassed. I was able to go abroad 2 months ago and not wear a shirt around the pool… I felt so good. The DJP programme has changed my life, in how I look at food, how I feel, and how my confidence has grown. Compared to how I felt before the programme I feel I have been transformed into a new person. I have lost just under 2 stone within 5 months and have 2 stone more to lose. If I can do this, anyone can. My stomach is basically flat, which is something I haven’t seen in 10 years and I am now down to a 36” from a 46” waist. To lose 10” on my waist in 5 months is amazing! I cannot recommend DJP enough and Jerome is a true inspiration. Jerome is there for you when you need help, advice and does weekly live broadcasts with great tips. Thank you Jerome for everything, you have made me the man I always wanted to be.

Fantastic experience: Ive tried diets and all the normal things to shift the extra weight nothing really worked or haven’t enjoy it so gave up quite quickly so giving this program a go was something I’ve thought about. Jerome contacted me and went through everything very different so joined up and from day one had everything set up for me…goals, training programs and any questions I had help with answering anything. First couple of weeks dropped weight and I felt my body change from the training and was actually enjoying it. It was hard to get use to the training but the positive comments and help I had from Jerome was perfect what to do, how to exercise correct fir the most gain or what works better. I’ve dropped more then I thought was possible in 6 months and I feel stronger and look sooo much better!! Fit in clothes I’d given up with and feel great shopping for more! Massive mental health gains. The focus and suppose was amazing from the start would definitely say give it a go! Any questions and support has been there and the group also there for ideas definitely a massive boost to my body image! Can not thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: I started this programme 3 months after my son was born, in a full time office based job and my only goal was to shift a little weight and for my clothes to fit better (didn’t want to buy the next size up… again). At that time I couldn’t even conceive of any higher goals. I was self conscious, holding my stomach in all day, sweating more than I used to, I had spots on my back and generally felt unhealthy and unhappy with my look. The programme helped me by being a place where I could ask questions, get a better understanding of what I was doing and why, and really helped me get over all those little thoughts and reasons why I’d normally give up. The results exceeded my expectations, my goals kept changing as my confidence grew and I now feel like anything I want to achieve, I can! I’ve lost a substantial amount of weight and in all the right places, not only do my clothes no longer feel tight, but I actually have to buy the size down! Everyone has noticed, I’m getting a lot of compliments and most importantly I feel 100% more comfortable in my own skin. I’m not sweating at work anymore, the spots have cleared up, I’m stronger and can’t wait for the summer to finally feel happy topless.

Fantastic experience: Hi I'm Joe ,38 year old father of five I was over 20 st and hated to look in the mirror .I never had the energy to play with my kids and always wanted to loose the weight and feel better .I had tried loads of different diets and tips but nothing seemed to work .I saw Jerome's ad and thought I'd reach out ,he chatted with me and got a real feel for what I was wanting and designed a bespoke plan to me .that not only worked but was achievable ,I'm now almost 2 st lighter and look and feel so much better .I wear vest tops with confidence and play with the kids .he literally gave me my life back and I don't feel like I had to go through hell to get there I actually enjoyed it .I have retrained my brain on nutrition and the way I see food .I didn't have to give up foods I liked and still lost the weight .when I was not seeing much results he explained things to me to keep me going and I'm so glad ,as normally that's when I would drop the path I was on but perseverance and determination and a push from Jerome and I'm reaching my target goals thanks to the programme . Fantastic experience: When I first started with Jerome, I had already been trying to lose weight for the previous three months. I had been trying to stay under 1,500 calories with a mix of 30 minutes of exercise biking and weight lifting. With no real success, I decided to respond to one of the many ads that Facebook was throwing at me now that it knew I’d been searching for weight loss stuff! Jerome was that ad. What sold me on Jerome’s, rather than someone else’s was just that he seemed genuine and came from a similar “sitting at a desk all day” background. As a graphic designer, that’s very much me! Jerome and I had a call to see if training with him would be right for me and I signed up for the required three months. I filled in some questions on the kind of equipment I had available to me and any limitations. Jerome set up a training routine for me. This also included the dietary side of things, which I feel was one of the most important things for me. I had been getting my protein intake completely wrong and Jerome fixed that. I went from 50g protein intake to 140g. The exercises themselves were a mix of full body workouts, which were easy enough to stick to, but challenging enough that they could be continually improved on over the three months with either more reps or more weight. Having a set of workouts to adhere to, rather than doing it blindly was useful. Progress photos were taken once a month. I didn’t feel like I had made progress between the start of month one and beginning of month two. However, Jerome put the photos side by side and offered a better, more analytical review of both photos. In month three, when compared to month one, there’s differences there that I can now see. I can’t claim to have lost weight while part of the program. The scales are almost identical to when I started three months ago. This frustrated me. Why join a fitness program if not to lose weight? Despite this, after three months of consistent working out, I’m losing my belly and parts of my body look more defined. Body fat is reducing, and muscle mass is increasing. Those things wouldn’t have happened without the three times a week workout sessions I’ve been following as part of the program. Although I could continue the program, I don’t feel like I need to, as I have the tools to continue on my own; The protein intake and the defined workout sessions were the key parts of my fitness that I was missing. If you’re feeling a bit lost as to the best way forward, I’d recommend working with Jerome. Pros: Easy to follow sessions, which can be tailored to your needs as the program continues. Jerome monitors your food and macronutrient intake. Jerome can offer advice on how to improve your technique via videos. Jerome is always available to answer questions and your program comes with a once a week, fortnight, or monthly phone call. Cons: Once the key things were set up in the first week, I was happy to get on with things. The extra stuff like the program’s Facebook group or Messenger group for everyone weren’t useful for me. The “community” side of things might work great for you, though.

Fantastic experience: Due to my sporting background, I had always had unhealthy relationships with food, exercise, and weight. My focus was always to get as light as possible, train as much as possible and generally work out on as little calories as possible. Since retiring from boxing, I was struggling to live a “normal” balanced lifestyle, and this was made worse with lockdown affecting my work and taking the gyms away from me! Jerome has been fantastic at teaching me that you can live a normal lifestyle and still get strong and lean. There were no terrifying and dramatic changes – everything was just on the edge of my comfort zone. Now I would say that I have the most body confidence that I have had in years, and this is on the most calories I’ve been eating consistently. My gym programmes don’t kill me, but they work. I probably wasn’t the easiest work with, but Jerome has always been patient, responsive and flexible. For the first time in my life, I feel that I understand balance and I finally have the tools to manage that myself. I think that’s what makes Jerome stand out from the others; he’s so knowledgeable, but he’s happy to share that and he wants you to life a sustainable, healthy lifestyle without relying on him forever. Fantastic experience: Following a sports injury 18 months ago I had an extended period away from the gym and had lost my confidence and motivation around fitness. At the same time work began to get busy and then the pandemic hit. A summer of working from home coupled with family packs of Doritos on special offer meant noticeable weight gain and declining fitness. I found Jerome and enrolled on the Everyday Athlete programme and I can't recommend it enough. Jerome took time to understand my situation and put together a programme designed to improve diet, reintroduce fitness and weight training, and bring back confidence and routine. I noticed an immediate improvement to definition and toning around stomach and continued to improve throughout the programme, even with traditional gyms closed. Jerome has created a friendly, robust and adaptable programme designed to tackle specific areas as well as enhance overall fitness As a result of completing the programme I reduced body fat, toned stomach and pecs and built muscle in my arms, back and legs. I also improved my diet, reduced fat intake and increased protein. I really enjoyed his direct and straight talking coaching style and the blend of 1:1 feedback and digital tools ensure the programme is easy to follow.

Fantastic experience: Decided a couple of years ago it was time to start looking after myself and trying to get in shape. Being a father of 2 kids and at 47 i was finding after working long hours i was too tired and stressed at times to keep up with the kids due to being overweight feeling lethargic and generally no energy motivation. So i joined the local gym and set about putting things right. I was hitting the gym 3/4 times a week flipping between weight machines and cardio..due to lack of knowledge and confidence i stayed away from the free weights. After 4 months i was finding it a slog and the biggest reason was i was putting weight nn due to lacking in dietary know how. So i scoured about online and decided to follow various PTs..must admit found a few of them overwhelming and then I came across Jerome's page. I read up and signed up for emails..started to receive emails and found that the content related to how i was feeling and how i wanted to achieve my goals so i signed up for a call back. Couple of days later Jerome called me and we had a chat. The chat was not what I was expecting..this wasnt a guy trying to sell you a generic progamme this was a guy who has a genuine interest in YOU..in how your feeling mentally and what your goals are. After the chat which was relaxed and in no way pushy I decided to sign up on the programme. I was excited to get started and once I signed up I was given a plan and nutritional guidance. Going to the gym was a buzz I was now a man with a plan and my diet had changed to suit my goals. The nutrional guidance and gym programme saw me losing 2 stone..i went from a 36 waist to a 32 waist and my energy levels were through the roof not to mention my confidence I can now go on holiday and walk around with my shirt off something ive not done in years. My clothes (new wardrobe)fit a lot better and my arms finally fill out my sleeves. Cannot believe how my physique has changed and how my general outlook on life has too and its all down to Jeromes programme and guidance. On a weekly basis we check in on the FB page and the guys in the group are first class..they give advice when asked for give support and encouragement and when your slipping they give you a gentle kick up the behind to get you back on track. One big thing about the programme for me is that on the nutritional front I have learned to make smart choices..i can still have a beer a burger or a pizza but i now make healthier choices as I can still enjoy these things fitting them into my allowance and it makes the whole process easier. Smart guidance has lead to not only sustainable weight loss but has lifted my mood and confidence and my energy levels. Anytime i now meet folk who i havent seen in a while they comment on my change in physique. If like me your looking for that change in your life then I would highly recommend Jeromes programme. Not only has his programme helped me physically but it has changed my mental health no end and his nutritional guidance has changed my eating habits for life. I cant praise Jerome enough and would just like to say a big thanks. Fantastic experience: As a 44 year old man with a stressful, full time job and 4 young kids, my health and fitness had taken a back seat for a few years. I’d tried various different plans but with little success, until I eventually took the plunge with Jerome. Immediate the whole process made sense. A logical method of eating and training to suit your individual lifestyle, with Jerome there every step of the way to tweak what needs tweaking, answer any questions or just hold you accountable. 12 weeks later I’m back in 32” jeans for the first time in over 10 years, have more energy, more muscle and less fat, and a load more energy. Fantastic experience: When I started with Jerome, I had just turned 17 and was really struggling with body image. Having come from being severely overweight, I began to turn to the opposite extreme, not eating in an attempt to cut down the body fat. My relationship with food was poor, and I had been training hard, but in ways that were not supportive of a healthy lifestyle. Jerome completely changed my outlook on food and fitness. Not only did he guide me on how I can have a healthy relationship with food while still achieving progress, but he also set me up for how to train properly - Using the right techniques for different exercises to make the most effective gains. Jerome was always on the other end of the line if I needed him - both with food guidance, training help and support when days got tough, and I lacked motivation. The programme was tailored to me and my situation. It wasn’t an ‘off the shelf’ training plan - He knew that what would work for me was going to be different from what might work with another client. After my time with Jerome, I have not only achieved progress physically, cutting down body fat and increasing muscle mass. I have achieved a huge amount of progress mentally. I am set up now to go out and train with a good attitude which will, in turn, help me achieve the best progress. My relationship with food is far better now than when I started out with Jerome. Fantastic experience: Hi my name is Michael and I’m 34 years old. I work as an aerospace engineer and spend hell of a lot time at work. I wake up at quarter to six and come back from work at half six. As you can see I’m away for about 12-13 hours a day. Therefore I didn’t have chance to have properly cooked meals 3-4 times a day as required. My energy level was low...and I was always tired. To the time you get home and have something to eat, you don’t want anything but rest on the sofa and watch TV. Gym? What are you all about...? Maybe on the weekend if I feel like it..Or if I push myself and ended up going in the gym ...I was not doing the right things. Wrong technique...wrong amount of reps and weights. So I realized I need professional advice, professional supervision on what I do and what I eat. Jerome’s program looked appropriate to me and I decided to give it go. Fantastic experience: Iam Alex Burnell a 42 year old father of 3 girls working a full time job that has physical and demanding times, my physique I struggled to maintain with have low energy from working so hard and being on the go all the time I went the gym religiously 4 to 5 times a week and could only get so far with my body shape and was struggling with belly fat before I would plateau I felt like I was just going around in circles. I then saw a advert on Facebook from Jerome Rietveld looking for 20 guys who had low esteem and looking to transform themselves on his 28 day course so I applied and a week into his training and food plans I could feel a small bit of difference in my energy which was probably down to a combination of the right food and right amount of workout that he had set up for me by the end of the 2nd week my energy was definitely improving and so was my strength as I was getting to the latter stages of the program I could definitely notice the change in shape in my physique with waists measurements actual weight, shoulder and back where starting to shape nicely. Even with a physical demanding job I have even more get up and go for the gym and even my daily routines at work have become easier because I’m feeling a lot more energetic and now my physique is shaping nicely it means I can wear more t shirts that are fitted instead of baggy ones which make you feel great when out and about and you see people looking at you. Overall Jerome has given me a great boost in my life by actually giving me the right type of plan for my type of person the goals he set where easily achievable because he sets it all out for you to follow easily without all the confusing mumbo jumbo that other trainers waffle on about I’m looking forward to upping my game and being pushed further on the next level of challenge he has for me. Fantastic experience: As I have recently entered my 30s almost the heaviest I had been in my life I was feeling sluggish, bloated with the lack of ability to par take in sports I participated in at a very high level previously. That and extreme low confidence both in and out of clothes which was far removed from how I felt through my teens and early 20’s. I came across Jerome through a free 28 trial and that has led to a full 4 months working with him. Why? Because throughout the programme I have not only been able to use his incredible knowledge on training but nutrition too. I instantly found that I could eat more especially when focusing on goal oriented foods with focus less on extended gym periods but the correct gym periods for my goals. Also there was a refreshing look on overall lifestyle and behaviours which for me was nice to receive from a PT and for me provided a well-received lift to want to achieve more. With this I have achieved results far greater than expected not only physically but emotionally and more dramatically improvement on my body confidence. The whole time I have been on the programme, I have enjoyed the balance between training and the understanding of how foods affect, not only my training but my actual day to day wellbeing. Throughout this programme I have seen constant improved strength coupled with changes to my body. Some of these are subtle however the weight loss is so visible even close friends / family and work colleges have noticed the change in my appearance. All this has given me the much needed confidence boost in and out of clothes but also given me the belief to participate in sports again The learning and knowledge I have gained from this programme has been life changing for me. As I continue the next stage of my journey the knowledge gained on how food affects me daily, overnight, before and after training has given greater success and will be something that I apply throughout the rest of my life. I would gladly recommend Jerome to anybody but be prepared to work hard (as he will push you) but from my experience be prepared to have to go and buy a whole new wardrobe as none of mine fit anymore!!! which tells me it has been done properly so thank you Jerome.

Fantastic experience: When I signed with Jerome I was 38 and although active I’d probably just slipped into the ‘Over weight’ BMI classification. I was certainly the heaviest I’d ever been, lacking energy and becoming conscious of how I was looking for the first time in my life. The programme gave me structure, information and accountability I needed. It’s not rocket science, follow the programme, stick to the nutrition targets and the weight drops off and muscle gains and definition occur. I started as a complete gym novice, signed up to one on a Sunday and started the programme on the Monday. The programme gives you the video and form to follow. Track your progress through the app. Over time I dropped 8kg (78kg down to 70kg) while building muscle and strength along the way. My own confidence increased significantly, and the visible changes drew positive comments from friends and family. Energy levels also improved. Would definitely recommend Jerome, good guy offering a professional service.

Fantastic experience: Hi am Gordon, 36 year old dad of 2, I have been overweight since high school and always felt down and did not like what I seen in a mirror but I did not do anything about it until in later life. I was in general a weak guy at 6ft 1! Since joining the programme I have enjoyed my workouts that Jerome set for me and also the nutritional side was good, I thought it was going to be a lot harder than it was. I feel more confident going to the gym although not taking my top off in public but it’s a start of confidence then keep going I think. It’s definitely changed my habits for the better, food, exercise which I enjoy and no cardio which is good . I now feel a lot stronger upper body which I never ever though I could. Fantastic experience: I joined Jerome's 28 day program because at the age of 31 i am a single bloke who felt like my life had stagnated and all i was doing was going through the same stuff each day. Was lacking any real confidence in myself and all training methods and diets just didn't seem to be working for me. So at the beginning of the program Jerome set up a meal plan for myself which was very simple to follow all i had to do was hit the correct calorie and protein targets which even for myself who had never really been anything special in the kitchen could follow and enjoy completing. The target was also enough that i felt full thew majority of the time and didnt go through the day hungry like some previous diets have left me. To go along with the nutrition target i had a set training program which was all detailed perfectly and simple to follow which challenged me everytime. To help me along the way i had support whenever i needed from Jerome with any questions and advice i needed, Also with weekly updates of how my progress was going i had good accountability which pushed me that bit extra to ensure i completed my goals. Even after just 28 days i have lost a good deal of weight along with a fair amount of body fat and feel a lot less bloated than before, i wake up each day happy with the progress i'm making and with a lot more energy for life, this program has given me a new lease of life and it feels great. Fantastic experience: When I first started Jerome’s programme, I was a busy 33-year-old with a demanding job in the healthcare profession. Working long hours, I found myself suffering with depression, I had no motivation and lacked energy. weighing 113.3 kg on day one. The structured routine of the training and nutrition plans helped me a great deal. I was able to make time to commit to the programme which gave me something to focus on. I was advised to use my time more effectively in the gym as opposed to doing countless hours on the treadmill, by being given a clear training plan It was not long before I noticed significant changes in my energy levels. By following the training plan and recommended nutrtitional advice I learned a great deal and discovered where I have been going wrong in the past. I received guidance and support which I found helpful. The apps were a useful tool in keying in my daily calorie intake and logging my training progress to keep me on track. Fantastic experience: Dear all, My name is Anthoniy, my friends call me Tony. Before I started working with Jerome, I felt a bit lost in the battle with my weight. I did struggle to correctly plan my food and training and nothing seemed to be working for me. I did think that the problem comes from my genetics… Well, it didn’t! I am a transgender and also struggled a lot with being confident in my body, I did want to be more muscular in order to shape my structure in a more masculine way. Now that the 28 days of the programme have finished, apart from losing fat and that I have gained muscle, I feel more energetic, happy and confident with my body. Trusting the process and sticking to it is not too hard, as you can see results on the scale every other day! Fantastic experience: I am a 37 year old guy, I work in a sedentary job, and have a busy homelife with a 5 year old daughter: so lack of time, energy and confidence were 3 major issues in my life. Before starting with Jerome I had started to lose weight on my own, but had hit a plateau and was really struggling to lose any more weight or get the body I wanted. Fantastic experience: Hi I decided to take part in Jarome’s 28 day challenge. The main reason I wanted to try this challenge was because I was not happy with the current situation of how I looked in the mirror how I felt in the morning and also how I thought others perceived how i looked. Also I have tried numerous different activities and programs to try and shift some of my weight but most seem to be unsuccessful until I met Jarome. From the very first moment I spoke to Jerome PT and we kind of set up together a plan that would in 28 days set me a goal to to shift some of this weight and also make me feel better about myself. Also with Jerome PT is on hand at all times via is app which also found absolutely amazing because the other guys in the brotherhood also on there you can talk get things done together it’s like being part of a gym squad all in one place but you do things at your own convenience and your own time. Also Jerome also set out a detailed plan for calories and protein fat and carbohydrates which I have never had anyone do before when I’ve had PT sessions from them so it’s not just the app that he gives you with all the workouts that but help you it’s also the nutrition advice you’re friends with his program. Another good point about having Jerome PT take charge of my schedule was he set out goals and targets to hit. He also checked in on you once a week via phone call and sets out for the targets and goals over his accountability with you or your previous week based on calories protein and how you work out of gone you can also hash out any problems that you have encountered during the week over this call. I found Jerome PT very friendly and very easy to talk to and even after completing this 28 day challenge I personally feel that I now carry more energy more stamina and a better feel about my general look when I look at myself in the mirror. I still believe I have some way to go to reach my ultimate goal but the start that I have made Regards to the plan and with the possibility of a very good chance that I will be going back to him for further PT and nutrition sessions in the future I will most definitely get to my target weight and also my peak physical condition. In a nutshell basically if you want to lose weight you could ask any PT to take you under their wing but if you want a brotherhood with a PT the cares,looks after you checked in on you pushes you to reach that goal that you want then go to Jerome. He will be there to get you to the goals you want to achieve. Thank you Jerome, you really are a 5* trainer.

Fantastic experience: When I started this programme I was an overweight 35 year old office worker. I lacked confidence in my body, hated how I looked in photos, always feal tired and lacked upper body strength (I could just about do 10 press ups and 5 or 6 pull ups on a good day!). Jerome's program started to work straight away, I was more careful about what I ate but didn't starve myself and managed 3 workouts a week. Weight kept dropping off, I lost 2.5 stone in total, went from large shirts to medium a 36 inch waist for my trousers to a 32 and all whilst building up significant muscle and strength. More than just the phsyiphy changes though,my confidence & energy went through the roof and my general level of happiness is at new heights.

Fantastic experience: At the outset of this programme I wasn’t feeling very body confident, I would be uncomfortable if my wife or kids saw me with my top off as I felt that I wasn’t in the best of shape and wasn’t setting the best example to my children or feeling particularly attractive to my partner. I was working 6-7 days a week, not eating correctly, feeling low on energy and motivation which in turn was preventing me from doing anything about it, the archetypal vicious circle! I started the programme and immediately regained my motivation and bought into it entirely. As the days and weeks went by and I started to see the results both visually and on the tape measure my mood lifted as a direct consequence. My energy and motivation returned in all aspects of my life. You could say that I had my MOJO back!!!! I now feel much more confident and this is showing not just in my appearance but also in my personal behaviour. When meeting new people or at work I am no longer worrying myself with their visual perception of me, as I am now much more confident and comfortable with how I look.

Positive experience: Hi, I am a 40 year old male, who was lacking in body confidence and feeling lethargic, I wanted to try and program to improve my health, fitness and physique to help me feel better about myself. After years of trying various programmes and never committing to it I thought I would give this a go. After the initial telephone conversation with Jerome I felt that there was a plan and goal set. This helped boost my motivation and set me on my way. The app that he uses is very good and is set up in a simple easy to use way, this was very beneficial. Over the course of the 4 weeks, even though I did not manage to complete all of the planned workouts I still found that my body changed to some degree and I managed to increase my size from the programme. This was helped by the keep in contact dates from Jerome. Following the programme I feel better about myself generally and I feel more energetic. It has also given me the push to carry on with training and the diet plan. I have found this easier to follow than other plans I have tried before.

Fantastic experience: Hi my name is David, I am 39 years of age and started a new job which took me from Monday to Friday onto shift work (various hours). Over a period of a year and a half, I gain a considerable amount of weight which left me feeling sluggish, tired and not very confident about myself. I saw Jerome’s ad on Facebook for a free month that includes dietary and workout programs. I was sceptical at first but then I thought what harm is there by just registering so I took the brave step of doing of so. I booked a call with Jerome and he ascertained the necessary information as to where my motivation is in completing the program. My main motivation was to get me back into the gym and get my diet back into a healthy routine. I also did not want to get to the age of 40 and be considerably overweight which will have an affect on long-term health. Jerome explained things in detail as to what is needed to be done from myself and the easy steps to follow in order to achieve my personal goals. As anything, when you first make a start of something it is always difficult but with nutrition guide and the trainerize app to access your workout program was easy enough but the difference came when you have your weekly calls. This is where you discuss how you are feeling from the past week, what worked well and what did not, but more importantly the encouragement that Jerome gave was absolutely spot on. As the weeks went on I felt better in myself but also I had an increase in energy and started to sleep better at night. My clothes started to fit me more comfortably and my confidence grew over time. 12 weeks later....I am a regular gym goer and I am eating a lot more healthily but I have lost 15kgs, which I never thought I would be able to get my weight down. During this time I can honestly say I have enjoyed the program and I have not felt hungry whilst working with Jerome to reach my goals. Fantastic experience: I am a 37 year old father of a three year old boy who was lacking self confidence and for the first time in my adult life being really body conscious. Growing up I was always pretty skinny and I could always eat what I wanted. From about 30 years onwards I noticed my belly would be getting bigger. I travel a lot with work and I find it more appetising grabbing a McDonald’s rather than a salad. What really did it for me was the lack of energy I had. Also, I was constantly unwell with colds and flus at the start of the year. Being on the program has changed the negative thoughts I had about myself. Every week I have noticed improvement in my appearance and in how I feel generally. I feel a lot fitter and a hell of a lot stronger. Fantastic experience: I’m Dave. I’m 42 years old, live with my partner and have a 6 year old son. Prior to the programme, I was training often, feeling tired most of the time and feeling like I was barely making any progress in terms of body shape, confidence and weight loss. With a summer holiday coming up in a couple of months, I was also aware that I felt very self-conscious and embarrassed of my body during last year’s holiday and I’d probably feel the same this year. So, I felt like that I must obviously not be doing something(s) right to make the kind of progress I wanted and to feel better about myself. During the programme I felt energised and focused. The programme enable me to easily pay attention to my nutritional and calorie intake goals as well as having great workouts to do. By doing this, I felt that I was working toward and achievable goal and that progress immediately went up a level. I could see and feel the progress made in body shape and also weight loss. It made me feel much more confident in obtaining my goal to feel and look good. The programme definitely gave me that focus and a consistency that I was lacking. My stomach size is reducing and my posture has improved as a result. I’m really pleased with how the programme has worked for me. It has enabled me to focus on daily achievable goals and it feels great to see and feel the level of progress that I have had. It’s the continuation of a journey for me, but one that the programme has definitely helped me go up a gear along the way. I’m confident that when my summer holiday comes around, I’ll feel way more confident and far less self-conscious. Moving forward, the programme has had a very positive effect on my day to day life. I’m happier because I’m progressing and getting results and I’m way more focused and, frankly, less lazy, when it comes to my diet to go alongside consistent training.

Fantastic experience: When I saw the ad for the free trial I was somewhat sceptical, I was already body conscious, been a 33 year old dad of three, my six pack has long since evolved into a keg, I am now more built for comfort than speed. I was unsure if the programme would help these or make me feel worse, as i felt i might not be able to keep up with it. I was low in self esteem and was not very happy going to the gym etc, as I felt that I was not in the same league as the extremely over muscle gym goers, that is and wasn’t my goal. My goal was to re gain confidence in me. Feel like I had energy to chase the kids round rather than sit and fester on the sofa, and this definitely helped with that, There is a sense of community and brotherhood, you certainly feel supported and also feel that you letting the team down if you don’t succeed, so it keeps you focused, I would recommend this to anyone from your avid goer wanting to tear up the gym and build muscle to your average Joe wanting remove excess fat and just gain some confidence for goer shirtless on the beach. I am now regularly back in the gym chasing my kids and feel healthier happier and my diet has improved I am now more aware what i am eating and the content of the foods, so in turn my skin and my energy has improved. Fantastic experience: have trained and kept relatively fit over the years and like to think I know what I’m doing, but I have struggled for motivation over the past year and it was really showing after an indulgent Christmas, looking and feeling heavy and generally unhappy with my appearance. I was scrolling away on Facebook and an advertisement came up for Jerome’s program, I thought what the hell and applied. Once I had qualified for the program and spoke to Jerome and I was away, my calorie intake and training program set up I was ready to go, the group chats helped as any problems anyone else was encountering I had a similar gripe and I got advice and had some support. Now I’ve finished My training has been revitalised I’ve lost weight and look better in the mirror. I’m now back enjoying training and hoping to carry on losing weight and gaining muscle. Fantastic experience: My name is Dave, I’m a 29 year old Sports Manager who works long hours and weekends. I’ve become very self-conscious about my body especially how certain clothes fit, to the point of having to buy 2 sizes bigger in tops just to feel comfortable in my own skin, which is crazy. I was at the point of being self-conscious in front of my girlfriend and not really wanting to take my top off in front of her. Not only this, but I was always exhausted and felt drained, normal tasks felt like a chore. Having come to Jerome for help, he was a big motivator from our first phone call, assuring me that he COULD and WOULD help me feel better. He assured me that he would hold me accountable for my training and diet, and he did just that throughout the duration. I told him about a previous knee injury that prevents me doing squats and he worked around that providing me with a fantastic and challenging programme. Training hard, eating well and still being able to socialise with friends was all once again manageable and enjoyable rather than the chore it was before. As they say “healthy body, healthy mind”. Once I got started, I was hooked again. I started to really enjoy my training and was regularly seeing improvements in the weights I was lifting, the way my clothes fit, the way my body looks. I have begun to feel comfortable walking around my own home with no top on again. I feel comfortable in my clothes and in my own skin. I feel happier, more confident and a lot more energetic. Fantastic experience: So, I’m a 35 father of 3 girls. For a long time I’ve been unhappy with the way I look, being embarrassed to take my t-shirt off on a hot day or go swimming etc. I have very little confidence in my physique contributing to my anxiety and depression in the last few years. Well, last year I decided to do something about it and joined a gym. After speaking to a couple of gym staff, I worked through a set routine 3 times a week. After 6 months there was no change and I was gaining weight. Something still needed to be done! I saw an article on Facebook and decided to have a chat with Jerome, explained my situation and what my goals were. He gave me some advice re. Nutrition and training and pointed out where I was going wrong. I joined the alpha training programme and was invited to the Facebook group. The group I found brilliant, just regular guys going through the same kind of journeys, on hand to help with advice from experience, moral support on a bad day, and praise on a good day. As I train on my own I found this group very supportive, and kind of held myself accountable to these guys which provided extra motivation for me. After just 4 weeks in to the programme, I’ve lost around a stone in weight, 10cm from around my belly and can see some muscle definition in all areas that I’ve been working on, but couldn’t see because of the fat surrounding them. I’m now confident enough to lose the t-shirt when I’m hot, and people in my life have said how well I look. My energy levels have gone up, not feeling lethargic all the time! I feel great! I still eat what I want to, just smaller portions of the bad things as tracking my food intake has made me eat with more intelligence around food. I feel like I’ve actually accomplished something now, because I have! I can see a real difference in the mirror, and feel a real difference in my mind, no more anxious feelings when the sun comes out. At times in the past I’ve thought this would never happen, maybe it’s impossible? It isn’t impossible, all I needed was help, the right kind of help and some moral support! And I’m happy that I found it here!

The information on nutrition was eye opening and holding you accountable and setting your workout plans really does give you a flexible regime to work around your lifestyle and general goals. (Personally I am coming back from a knee injury so this was factored in as well as a stag weekend) Within two weeks I noticed a great deal of improvement in my strength and fitness and was also feeling less drowsy during the day. I was looking forward to getting in the gym and doing the workouts I had been set something that was lacking before. I now feel a lot more aware of what I’m eating as a result of the programme. I also now have an idea of different workouts to do as opposed to aimlessly heading into the gym to workout. I definitely have noticed a positive physical change in my body and will continue to adhere to the guidelines Jerome’s programme advises. The biggest lesson from this for me is that you have to allow flexibility when working towards your goals. Something which is easily overlooked on diets and other programmes making them unrealistic. Jerome is a great coach and his guidance and advice are second to none. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends looking for a great way to work towards achieving your fitness goals while not being completely restricted on what you can and can’t eat.

Fantastic experience: I was doing some soul searching, and was trying to improve my mental outlook, and I realised that I never really thought positively about myself. When I was considering this, I thought about my appearance, and realised I had never actually thought about how I wanted to look, let alone made any effort to achieve this goal. It wasn’t so much that I didn’t like the way I looked, I had just not considered it or put it as a priority. I decided that ideally, I would like to lose a bit of weight and put on some muscle, and as a bonus I thought its well documented that exercise is good for your mental wellbeing. I soon had to confront the fact I didn’t actually know how I was meant to go about that. I mean I knew I had to go to the gym and eat less junk food, but I didn’t honestly know what that entailed, or how to do it in a healthy, sustainable way. First things first, the program really helped me relax in the gym. I found it a very intimidating environment and felt almost like an imposter, like everyone would stop exercising and look at me when I walked in or picked up some weights. Having the programme set out clearly for me put me at ease that I was doing the right thing and wasn’t going to embarrass or hurt myself in the gym. The other thing I should say is exercising sucks, like that’s why I wasn’t my ideal weight. If I loved exercise and going to the gym I wouldn’t be in this mess in the first place. One aspect of this program I think was essential for my success was being able to talk to Jerome weekly about how the exercise, diet and progress that is being made. It didn’t make the gym any less hard work, but Jerome was able to explain how I should expect my body to change and give me a realistic outlook for each week. He didn’t sugar coat anything and never mislead me, but told me that if I kept doing what I was doing what results to expect. He could also help out if I was having any problems with exercises. For me I really struggled with the pull up motion due to a bad shoulder, so he was happy to give me alternatives. Over time, when I got into the swing of it, it stopped being quite so stressful and more like a personal errand I had to do as part of my routine, which made it easier to keep going back. Talking to Jerome helped me not become disheartened by the hard work and kept me aware of what to expect as time went on. Being shown how to report my statistics properly and keeping a log that Jerome checked again really helped me continue. Like I said, I wasn’t lifting weights because I thought it was a great time, I wanted to see results, and having them laid out in front of me and explained by Jerome was really useful for my morale, and helped me going back in and continuing the hard work. I have noticed that now I am more alert and awake in the mornings, which is an unexpected and positive change. I have noticeably lost weight and have had more than one friend comment on it despite the short time I have been working on the program. Having set out to improve the way I see myself, it is nice to see quantified improvements on the scale and measuring tape to show I am making concrete progress. There was a quiet sense of achievement I felt when I got to use a different belt hole for the first time in years. I’m not going to sit here and say exercising and this program changed my life completely and magically solved all my problems, because it didn’t, but that’s not why I did it. What it did do was give me the tools to eat healthier, feel healthier and look the way I want, and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. If that’s something that interests you, I can honestly recommend it whole heartedly.

Fantastic experience: I started the programme with Jerome at a pretty difficult stage in my life - as a recently separated father of two I was at bit of a crossroads; recently moved out into my own flat and my confidence had taken a hit. Negative feelings came more to the fore and physically this was definitely the case. Even though I’d never had a weight problem, Dad-bod had emerged and I’d spent the large part of a year in and out of the gym trying to combat it without much success. Various gym programmes and running schedules had made small inroads but nothing I was happy with. The programme changed my mindset. Nutrition wise it completely opened my eyes and after a few days of getting used to the more protein heavy foods I got into a great routine that made pretty quick inroads. Coupled with gym sessions that gradually built up I felt like I was making good, stay progress. The most important thing thats come out of it is how its made me view myself. I’ve gone from not being particularly pleased with taking my top of to being a lot more confident. tracking progress helps and small steps do lead to something bigger. I’ve got more definition, Dad bod is shrinking back and I feel so much better in myself, all down to the accountability, guidance and great instruction from Jerome. I cant recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I literally can't thank Jerome enough! I have been on Jerome’s plan for 4 weeks and I almost don’t recognise the person who started out a little over a month ago. When I initially spoke to Jerome I was at possibly one of the lowest points, or highest if I was looking at a set of scales, I’ve ever found myself. Over the years I have tried literally every fad diet imaginable and have always been looking for a quick fix. This approach is probably why I found myself where I did a month ago. My self confidence was shot, my energy levels were at a such a level that just getting off the sofa was a big deal in itself. This changed almost the moment I got off the phone to Jerome. What he said resonated with me, it was clear that he understood where I was at and the way I felt. His no nonsense approach and really simple plan also made something I had previously found quite complicated easy to follow and get my head around. This simple approach, which is far from that on Jerome’s part goes so much further than just eat less and move more, the understanding that I might want a beer every now and again proved to me that he was also a realist. Something that seems so far removed to others who pretend to offer something similar. I found this really reassuring. A month or so later, I feel like myself again and when I say myself I mean myself about 10 years ago, before I got fat. I have never enjoyed the gym but after the first session, I walked out a sweaty mess, and with some of the gym regulars I’m pretty sure close to calling an ambulance on my behalf, but almost unbelievably with a huge smile on my face. I actually enjoyed a gym session, this was unheard of, but I couldn’t wait to go back. The plan was perfect, and I’ve followed it religiously because it has been designed in a way that it is easy to do so. In the time I’ve worked with Jerome my energy levels are starting to get on my partners nerves, I’m more awake at work, I’m sleeping better and possibly most ridiculously I’m getting up early and enjoying the gym. Where before I didn’t recognise myself when I looked in a mirror I’m starting to see the old me come back. My confidence is growing back everyday. I have seen my weight come down steadily and I think possibly more importantly I’ve seen my body shape start to change. The support I’ve received is not something I would have said at the outset would be something I’d find that useful, but the way that it is handled and the accountability it offers is something I’ve come to enjoy and look forward to. This is actually worth every penny alone. If I’m being honest, Jerome’s plan should probably come with a warning. I’ve found it expensive, not the cost of the plan or working with Jerome, that’s priceless, but the cost of all the new clothes you will have to buy unless you like looking an early nineties rapper or a tent.

Fantastic experience: Before the programme started I felt out of control, had stopped buying clothes, felt uncomfortable in a wetsuit and wouldn't consider going swimming or removing my t-shirt on the beach. My weight and lack of fitness was beginning to impact my wider lifestyle in terms of hiking, biking and surfing. Various things were tried and they were either unsustainable or lacked accountability. Finally, I wasn't sleeping particularly well and was feeling generally lethargic. The programme made me feel in control very quickly, making informed decisions in the first couple of days. After this I found the approach to nutrition very flexible - nothing was off limits but this was balanced with the accountability of the programme which encouraged me towards moderation. I found living within the nutritional programme straight forward and diverse from the start, and the advice and recipes provided really helped. Workout wise, the programme was easy to follow, flexible on timing and clear instructions if you weren't sure how to do something. My performances improved every time I went into the gym and the workouts were varied enough to avoid boredom. Everything was tracked and the environment created by Jerome and the tools he used was supportive and made me feel accountable to myself. The impact was almost immediate with positive results on my weight, my measurements, my sleep and my energy levels. This had a knock on positive impact to my moods and my confidence. I was worried the initial results were just the usual "first week" but to be honest the results were pretty consistent week on week. My waist and weight were reducing but my biceps were growing, the holy grail of fat loss and muscle building at the same time!! After a couple of weeks my wife and family were noticing the results and after 3 weeks people round the office were noticing too. The programme had become intuitive in terms of what I ate and when I trained, and has fitted into my lifestyle easily which bearing in mind I am away from home 3-4 days a week is a great help. All of this has meant I feel great. I think the results so far are awesome, and going forward I feel back in control of my life. I can make informed choices, I can plan around my lifestyle, my fitness is noticeably improving and my confidence in what I wear (or don't!) is increasing on a daily basis. This is the most sustainable and realistic programme I have been a part of and I can't recommend Jerome and his knowledge and support enough.

Fantastic experience: Having tried for years to get my fitness on track and hitting various plateaus, I thought I was never going to reach my goals - especially once I had a serious knee injury that sapped my motivation and piled back on the pounds I’d worked so hard to shift. I took a punt on Jerome from a Facebook ad and found that his simple, accessible systems made it very easy to get started. Results were swift, consistent and made sense of the theories at the core of this programme. Fantastic experience: At a young age of 43 I've been wanting to get my body looking good again after putting on the extra weight. Before I started the programme I managed to consistently hit the gym and packed up my bad habits, like indulging fatty foods and smoking.The programme when I joined not only set me up for the gym, so every time I knew exactly what I was doing , it also setup clear and informative detail about nutrician and how important it is to understand macros to get those gains. Positive experience: Before joining Jerome I was training hard and reached a plateau. No gains were being made and this was a disheartening feeling, very frustrating also. I'd ask myself how long would I carry on with no results before quiting. Once on the programme. My eyes were opened to new training formats utilising compound moves which is far less boring and more beneficial and enjoyable. Also showed me how to track food consumption monitoring calories and protein which pushes you reach goals you hadn't properly set yourself before. Once the results start showing you are lifted and different feel alot happier about your efforts.

Fantastic experience: This is not my first trip on the merry-go-round. I must have had ten personal trainers before stumbling across Jerome, yet at the age of 34, I was still fat, lethargic and miserable. Jerome popped up on my Facebook feed and, almost in desperation I clicked the link and set up a call. I didn't think he'd ring, but he did, and we chatted for over half an hour. By the end, I already felt more energised than I had in...as long as I can remember. I was set up on a plan and given some simple rules by which to live. The method was so easy; I didn't quite believe it at first. I believed the results, however. After 3 weeks, I've lost over 8lbs. I feel lighter. I feel liberated. I feel happier and more able to enjoy day-to-day life. What's perhaps most pleasing, though, is the lack of cravings and difficulty sticking to the plan. For the first time ever, I feel not that I will fail...but that I can't fail. Even though there is still a long way to go, I know I'll get to where I want to be, and it's an enjoyable process. In itself, this self-belief is life changing. Jerome's an investment, but he's an investment in yourself, and I've got no hesitation recommending people invest. This is not my first trip on the merry-go-round, and Jerome's the best there is.

Fantastic experience: 1. The negative feelings I had before starting the programme e.g. lacking confidence in physique, low energy etc. - I am generally quite confident about myself so there wasn't a case of me feeling low especially because of my health or how I looked etc. Also my energy levels are usually high and was not a comcern. However- I wanted to be fitter and most importantly, look fitter. 2. My experience while on the programme, how it helped those negative feelings - Jerome knows what he is talking about, full stop. He has this unique way of making things simple where a lot of  other coaches can risk over complicating nutritional sciences by going too much into macro nutrients, micro nutrients, etc. I just wanted a coach who will guide me on what to eat, how much to eat and most importantly what can be practically possible and live a life of a normal guy without becoming a monk! 3. The positive feelings I feel as a result, e.g. happier with the way I look, more confident, etc. - the progress was visible within 3 weeks! Of course I had to commit myself to ensure that I follow my regime as described by Jerome consistently. The happiest moment was when the missus noticed the changes within 2-3 weeks and believe me she won't compliment that easily!! 4. If its changed my life in some way, how? - like I said before that confidence or energy levels where not a major concern for me to begin with. But do I feel happier ? Of course yes! I always feel great when I achieve what o set out to achieve and a big thanks to Jerome and all the lads on his fb group.

Fantastic experience: I have tried a few different fitness plans with varied success, I came across Jerome’s via Facebook and I was impressed with the setup. I contacted Jerome and we discussed my current situation and goals. I had slipped into bad habits and this was affecting my happiness. Over my time working with Jerome I have developed good habits of training and eating well. The technology Jerome’s programme uses is really easy to operate and makes you aware of your progress. Fantastic experience: Before starting the program I was a little apprehensive. I had done other programs but felt I was not getting anywhere fast with my physique. But while on the program I could see the progress slowly coming on. I could see the inches coming off my belly, and my overall strength improved. This led me to feel a lot happier and confident with the way I looked.this program has made realise that I can achieve a lot more than I thought at my age 45 and keep on improving. Fantastic experience: Through the majority of my adult life I have been on the larger side, but in the last couple of years, I had my weight gain get out of control. However it was when I hit 17 stone and had to by an xxl t-shirt that I knew something had to change. I started Jerome’s 12 week program after a 7 day challenge that he put on Facebook. With regards to weight loss and my fitness levels, it was the best thing I have ever done. In the past I had tried few different fad diets, started running, cut out carbs, used meal replacement shakes, tried eating low fat microwave meals, basically all the normal mistakes. All I found was that I was hungry, not losing proper weight and not keeping it off when I did, I was tired and my knees hurt from running without a lot to show for it. As soon as I began Jerome’s plan he gave me a calorie target and protein goal. The diet side of the plan was made to be so simple and it really is. I started tracking my food down to the gram, because I wanted to do it right. It was a bit tedious to start with but I’m so glad I did do it because it educated me as to exactly what my meals and the food I was eating was made up of. It also allowed me to plan what I was eating, which made it a lot easier to still live and eat how I wanted. I joined my local gym the day I started my 90 plan. This was a good move because the workout plan that I was given could then be tailored to fit in a lot more equipment and additional exercises that I just couldn’t do at home. The app is so easy to use and virtually idiot proof. When you get down to the gym or wherever you work out, you just check in and Jerome has done the plan for you including reps and sets. There are even videos on there in case you are unsure about what to do. I started weighing every other day and took tape measurements every week, the results came really quick. I had a huge weight loss at the start which was a big morale boost but I thought it wouldn’t last, but for me it did. The weight just fell off. And because of the plan, it was coming off the right places. My belly, back and waist have shrunk considerably. Losing over 10cm from my belly. Over the course of the 12 weeks. The weekly call from Jerome was very helpful as it allowed me to ask questions I had about diet, the weight training or anything really. I also found the Facebook group incredibly helpful. It was a great way to share advice and keep us all in check with weekly accountability posts. My final weigh in was last week and I had hit my goal of 89.9kg which is about 14st 2lb, I was 107.3kg when I started (16st 13lb). That’s nearly 3 stone in 90 days! I have not felt hungry, tired or worn out the whole time and now I feel better than I have done in the last 10 years. The fact that my t-shirts (large now, not xxl) are now tighter on my arms than on my belly has given me a huge confidence boost. This is definitely not the end of my journey though as the plan has given me the drive to get the body and the level of fitness that I didn’t think would be possible for someone like me. I highly recommend Jerome to anyone who is serious about changing the way they look and feel about themselves. For me, it has honestly changed my life, changed how I look at myself, at food and at my own personal fitness. Cheers Jerome!

Fantastic experience: Playing an 11 a side football match at your teams stadium was a dream come true-what could possibly go wrong? Even after not playing for >10 years, I didn't expect to be leaving the pitch after 50 mins with a badly torn hamstring, a torn calf & a severe headache. Limping back to the car was embarrassing enough but seeing pictures of myself in a football kit with a huge pot belly was the turning point. I had to do something to get into shape & feel good about myself. I came across Jerome’s Get Shredded advert on Facebook & jumped on board initially for a couple of weeks. Having found the exercises & interaction enjoyable, I took up the offer to join the Alpha 12 programme. From day 1, getting to know the other guys on the programme & reading their stories was a big incentive to push myself into what lay ahead. The programme itself is fantastic-the nutrition download & recipes both full of valuable, easy to understand information. I’d always struggled with macros, knowing exactly how much protein & carbs to eat, but not any more. Jerome explains everything in simple terms, setting you a great variety of exercises for the gym or in the comfort of your own house me. The first 2 weeks were tough, the drop in daily calories left me extremely hungry. Rest assured though through the Facebook group, Jerome provided advice on the best low fat, low calorie foods to keep the cravings at bay. It’s actually a crucial part of the programme to check in & track your routines on Jerome's fitness app (which comes as part of the subscription). Providing weight & measurement updates for others to see, gives you the accountability & extra motivation to kick on. Reading the daily posts from the Alpha 12 group on Facebook, seeing how others are progressing, sharing recipe ideas as well as giving & receiving encouragement-it certainly feels like being part of a team, a team with one common goal. From a starting weight of 87kg in August, I now (20th Oct) weigh in at just 80kg but with bigger biceps, a bigger chest & a flat stomach, while my waist has shrunk from a 34”-32”. Today I had a pre arranged phone call with Jerome to discuss how I had found the 3 month course & what my goals are for the future. I've been that impressed with the whole set up that I am now putting my faith in Jerome to help me gain lean muscle & change my body shape again over the next 3 months. My advice to anybody wanting to lose weight, get fit & gain confidence from having the body you want, look no further than the Alpha 12 programme, you honestly won’t regret it. Matt Horobin Age 44

Fantastic experience: I decided to do this program to feel better about my body and gain more confidence in the way I look. I've always hated the weights part of the gym and would find myself gravitating to the treadmill. The program gave me the confidence and information to understand how to use the weights easily and effectively to lose weight and tone up. Over just a 4 week period I dropped 3 kg and look and feel totally different and my confidence is back! Jerome is a calming and motivational influence and he understands that you have a life outside of this. I wasn't perfect at the weekend but I managed to make it work by working hard and eating well as much as I could, thanks Jerome!

Fantastic experience: Before starting the Alpha Body program I was struggling to lose weight and was suffering from a severe lack of confidence. I also suffered from low energy levels and was sleeping a lot. I started the 4 week program and started to see the results quickly. I lost weight but was building muscle at the same time thanks to the diet and training advice. As I was building muscle, I did not lose weight fast but the weekly measurements showed I was losing body fat. I have begun to feel more confident and have had more energy since starting this program and would definitely recommend Jerome to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Before I started programme with Jerome I was feeling not motivated and new that I had not enough understanding of the correct type of food I should be eating to lose weight. I knew that I was on a downward spiral and gaining weight and with my job involving a lot of travel I needed to do something about it. My experience on the programme was very good. I learned about counting calories and Jerome was very good support and always on hand to ask a question if you were not sure about anything. It helped me understand and focus myself on the right food I should be eating especially when I was travelling I found this to be great help. During the programme, I did lose approx. ¾ stone in 4 weeks and my shape changed allowing my clothes to fit better and allowing me to have more confidence in my appearance. Unfortunately, I have been unable to keep up the training due to new job and timeframe. This has led me to stop counting my calorie intake. I do intend to get back at counting the food intake to prevent weight piling on.

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up to Jerome’s Alpha Body Programme. Before signing up I considered myself quite fit, regularly playing competitive football but lacked any knowledge or guidance to tackle the gym and my body proved that. After a serious knee operation last year, I had somehow developed a ‘dad bod’. This had created a lack in confidence in physique. I had got into bad eating habits and due to this lacked the necessary energy needed to perform at the highest level at work and in my new role as a dad. Right from the start Jerome was a great motivator. My lack of knowledge about the importance of a good diet that supplements your training programme became very apparent but with Jerome’s expert advice, tailor made programmes and nutritional plan, things started to all make sense. Easy to use apps to monitor nutritional goals and training programmes, as well as easy video tutorial helped in the gym. I had tried MyFitnessPal app before but until Jerome had set me targets and goals I realised that I had never really understood the importance of the app. After the first week, my confidence was sky high. I expected to be tired but in fact I felt energised. The programme is very easy to fit in around your busy lifestyle. I run my own building company but still found time to get down to the gym three, sometimes four times a week. This programme has changed my life forever. I now understand the importance of a good diet and a realistic training programme. My physique has changed and I feel more confident. I would strongly suggest trying Jerome’s programme and watch your life change both mentally and physically.

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend Jerome and the programmes he offers. Before I started this 30 day programme, my self confidence was low, I didn't have any goals, and the ones I did were not achievable and didn't really have any sort of plan to tackle it. When I started the programme, Jerome was great from the start, talking through my goals, and aligning them into realistic achievable goals, that I could see. This helped in my confidence. I could see my goals clearer and why I wanted to achieve them. Jerome continued support on the programme was invaluable and having weekly coaching calls gave me accountability and pace. In some ways it's changed my outlook on eating in general and I enjoy eating, rather than thinking everything i eat will make me put on weight. My confidence at the gym has increased, now seeing results, so feel really positive about keeping the momentum going.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Jerome as I had been gaining weight and fat over the course of a year since breaking my leg. This meant I struggled to find clothes in my wardrobe that fitted me as my stomach had grown, because of this I always had a bad start to an evening out as I’d been trying to find clothes that didn’t show that my stomach had grown so much which would annoy me! So I had a choice of buying a wardrobe full of clothes or getting into better shape. Even though I was putting on weight I was doing some weights work and some CV but the big problem I was having was my diet so I needed some structure and targets to hit. After seeing the Facebook ad I contacted Jerome and went through the start of the process. During the 28 day plan my energy levels increased and I had no issue fasting for an extended period of time which meant I then had good filling meals later in the day. The weights sessions were fairly quick to complete and varied enough to keep my interest, including a lot of leg weights which I’d not really done much of before opting instead for vanity weights like lats, biceps and chest! I can definitely feel a difference in the clothes I wear now making it a lot easier to pick out clothes for a night, my jeans are a lot more relaxed fit now than being tight fitting and I don’t need to buy a new wardrobe of clothes anymore! Overall in the 28 days I’ve lost over 4kgs and dipped under the 100kg mark which was my aim, this has come with knowledge about how to control my diet and the key numbers of calories and protein I need in order to keep going.

Fantastic experience: Before starting the program, I was overweight and I didn't feel like I looked good in clothes or with my shirt off. I worked out and played sport regularly but struggled to lose weight and keep it off. Once I started Jerome's program, I started tracking my food properly and I religiously stuck to the workouts. The workouts weren't too long but they worked me hard and I've seen lots of progress in my compound exercises (bench press, squats, deadlifts). I dropped from 90kg /14st 2lbs. Down to 79kg/12st 7lbs. I look so much better in clothes and a lot better with my shirt off, I can finally see my abs again and I am looking forward to getting onto a beach and getting my shirt off. A complete contrast to being worried and being self conscious about doing that a few months ago. All the while keeping muscle mass and actually improving my strength. Without being cheesy, Jerome's help has genuinely changed my life. I understand my body, nutrition and how it all fits together so much better. So thank you.

Fantastic experience: As a young professional working in the music industry, its always been easy for me to use my work and busy schedule as an excuse not to look after my health. When I approached Jerome I was in dire need of a change. My sleep pattern was a mess, I had barely touched a gym in six months and my diet went from one extreme to the next. But I was very hungry to start engineering some changes for a better me long term. Jerome was really receptive and flexible to my slightly chaotic lifestyle, tailoring the program in a way that actually fitted to me whilst also helping me work out what changes could be made to allow for a longer term, healthy lifestyle. Under Jerome’s watchful eye I was able to recognise simple but effective lifestyle changes that really allowed me to take control of my health. In just one month of sticking to his regime I dropped 5kg, but the biggest buzz for me was how colleagues, friends and my partner noticed an increase in energy and a general buzz of wellbeing. The information and etiquette he taught me during my time on the program continues to benefit me and I couldn’t recommend Jerome more for people who what a no-nonsense PT who can tailor effective programs to your personal needs/lifestyle without taking you completely off of the map. I'll be hitting Jerome up again in the fall again based on the positive experience I had first time around and knowing that his programs really do deliver.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my first month on the Alpha Body programme and its been a really good experience. Before joining the program I was stuck in a bit of a rut, I had an expensive gym membership that I never used and although I had an idea about what I should be doing and eating I lacked the motivation to put it into practice. When I had the first call with Jerome, we ran through what I was looking for (lose fat and build muscle) and the time frames I had in mind. There was exactly a month before I headed off on holiday, so we set a short term weight loss goal in time for that and a stretch goal for the medium/long term. Before going on the program I wasn’t feeling confident in my body, especially the idea of taking my clothes off by the pool. After the initial four weeks, I have lost over 4kg of body fat whilst actually building a small amount of muscle which is great considering I have been in a calorie deficit for most of the last month. Jerome holds weekly calls to discuss progress and any assistance needed, we review the week that has passed and the week ahead. There is also an accountability post each week on the private facebook group which really helps as slacking off is highlighted here and also where someone has achieved a ‘clean sweep’ this is recognised. Looking forward to the next few weeks and month and eventually progressing to the bulk phase of training. I would recommend the program to anyone looking to cut body fat and transform their body.

Fantastic experience: Prior to working with Jerome, it's fair to say my attempts at getting in shape resembled a scatter gun approach to training, diet and nutrition. With so many methods, techniques, products and (often empty) promises on the market it's not difficult to lose your way in the world of fitness and weight training. I felt I had the motivation but lacked the knowledge and expertise to create the positive results of lean muscle gain I had craved for so long. Thankfully, all that changed once I got in touch with Jerome. By following his expert advice and remaining accountable to his tailor made training programme and nutritional plan, I was soon starting to see the improvements I wanted. Whilst the programme requires commitment and a willingness to work hard to achieve your goals, it is definitely worth the effort when you start to see the changes to your physique and the positive mental changes that occur as a result of healthy living. I would recommend Jerome's programe to anyone who has been meaning to make changes to their lifestyle and get in shape for ages but need a mental boost to help get them started. For those people who are unhappy with their body image but never do anything about it and finally for those who lack the knowledge and confidence to create a successful training programme which will ensure they see the right results and feel great about themselves quicker than you might think! All of these applied to myself and I'm glad I made the leap, cheers Jerome!

Fantastic experience: Hi, My names Wayne and i signed up for Jerome's 28 day Alpha Body programme. I recently turned 40 and years of fast foot and booze has taken a toll and I wasn't getting anywhere with every fad diet / workout I was trying so I bit the bullet and sought professional help! I had developed a good size spare Tyre as well as a lot of extra chins that dented my confidence on a daily basis. It also made chasing my 5 year old daughter around parks and the garden meant almost passing out. I managed to shift a lot of weight when my daughter was born due to having a lot of will power, time and focus, unfortunately this time round I lacked all 3. Starting the programme was daunting, getting to grips with proper workouts, learning about nutrition and calorie counting plus venturing in to the weight room at the local gym are all scary prospects when you are a couch potato but the information given is clear and concise, the apps are easy to use and all you need is a little concentration and you're off. During the 28 days I found myself feeling more awake, more alert, energized and generally a lot happier than i had in a while. I noticed small changes as the time went but it was the final measurements that shocked me, only small changes to my arms and legs but 8 centimeters off my hips and waist was an amazing achievement, I could see my feet again when I went to the toilet! Since the programme has ended I've kept up with the nutritional advise and calorie counting and finally hit the magical 12 stone weight i was striving for. My confidence is up, I am happier in tighter clothes and now i can keep up with the whirling dervish that is my 5 year old! i cant recommend Jerome enough!

Fantastic experience: Before starting the programme I was plodding along, dabbling with fitness programmes on and off with varied success but unable to make significant progress towards dropping the weight I needed to in order to get a trim athletic figure I had always wanted. I was unhappy with my appearance, lacked energy and confidence and was getting extremely frustrated with the lack of any real visible progress. The main obstacle was a lack of knowledge of the key nutritional building blocks I needed to follow in order to make steady and sustained progress. Prior to this programme I had tried to out exercise my diet rather than starting with what I eat and building training around it. With 2 children and a full time job in London, time was also a significant issue for me, both in terms of training and time to research the best way forward. The key thing this programme provided was taking the effort and time out of discovering a workable way to eat and train. The simple nutritional guidelines are easy to follow and with a bit pf planning have effectively slotted into my daily routine and allowed me to still enjoy going out and drinking with friends on occasions by compensating elsewhere. The training schedule is easily manageable with a bit of effort and I managed to make every training appointment scheduled despite other commitments. Once on the programme the changes started to be seen pretty quickly. Weight has started to come off quite significantly and with it my enthusiasm and confidence has improved significantly. My energy levels have also increased measurable and this has given me the confidence to really push on and get to where I want to be with my fitness and appearance. My strength and conditioning has also seen some dramatic gains despite not spending a ridiculous amount of time in the gym, making it much more sustainable. Having the structure provided by this programme has really taken a lot of the effort and trial and error out of the weight loss / fitness journey and I would happily recommend the virtues of this programme and the support provided. Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 30 day alpha body programme and managed to lose around 8kg and over four inches off my waist. I have always been a heavy set guy, who finds it easy to gain weight and incredibly difficult to lose it. So when I started spending long days sat in an office chair and very little time thinking about my diet, my gut grew and my confidence diminished. I have always enjoyed the gym, but never stuck to any programmes or diet plans for longer than a week. But for the first time ever I have managed to stick to a diet and exercise regime for 30 days and I am reaping the rewards. I still have a lot of work to do, but I feel much fitter and more confident. My friends keep telling me "you look great" and I can now squeeze into a pair of trousers (36 wait) which I burst out of in 2015. At the beginning I found weighing all my food and sticking to a strict calorie controlled diet difficult and time consuming, but once I had learned a few healthy recipes and the benefits of loading my plate with vegetables it became second nature. My weight loss wasn't exactly rapid and in the first week I felt a bit frustrated, but as soon as I saw the plan was working, I was determined to see it through and never even considered giving up. I now feel much fitter, stronger and more confident. I'm proud of what I have achieved and determined to keep going.

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up to the Jerome's 30 day fitness programme. Before I signed up I was concerned as I wanted to make it a lifestyle choice and not just for 30 days. The reason I chose to take the programme was because I didn't like the way I looked, this affected my confidence especially when I go on holiday. My biggest obstacle was motivation on going to the gym and keeping to the plan, however during the programme I was consistently reminded of what I had to do, which I found much easier. During the programme I felt fitter as I saw fast weight loss with weighing myself 3 times a week, therefore motivated me to carry on. Now that I have completed the programme I feel fitter and feel like I have loss weight around my breadbasket (waist), which was my target. Something else, is that I now feel more knowledgeable about calories and food intake because of using MyFitnessPal. Fantastic experience: I've just finished Jerome's 30 day alpha body programme and what a great month it's been! Before I started, I hated the way I looked, the way I felt and how much weight I'd put on from travelling but mainly the way I acted about my poor diet. I'd always just put things off and say "yeah next Monday, I'll start then" or "just one treat won't hurt" but it was never just one haha, so for me I guess knowledge of my food and self control were my biggest obstacles to overcome, but I was actually able to conquer it on this programme. I was given specific goals for protein and calories to hit daily and as long as I hit them I could eat and drink what I liked.. Not only did I overcome these obstacles but I saw great results rather quickly; losing over 4kg of fat in just one month, my confidence boosted, my eating habits flip reversed and improved ten-fold so I now track everything I eat, I also feel much more energised rather than sluggish and slow. The great workout routine was actually tailored to my busy life style, being in a working trade doing nearly 60hrs a week I have early starts and long days so Jerome figured out what would best fit around me, my calorie intake was taken into consideration around this too! So all in all the alpha body programme had a great impact on my life, I couldn't be happier with what I've achieved in such a short space of time with the help of Jerome, he keeps you motivated, on track and striving for more results. He's a top bloke and certainly knows his stuff!

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up to Jerome’s 30 day alpha body programme as I felt like I needed a drastic change to my training and diet. I have always been an active person, I am a rugby player and have trained regularly in the gym for a number of years. In the 6 months leading up to starting the programme I was probably in the worst shape I had been in for years. This was down to a couple of injuries, a lack of motivation and a real loss of interest in training. This led to me lacking confidence in my body image and it negatively affected my performance on the rugby pitch. My biggest obstacle to achieving my goals was definitely sticking with the nutrition. At the start of the programme I was sceptical about using My Fitness Pal to track everything I ate, quite simply because it seemed like a lot of hard work. The truth is that it is actually incredibly straight forward, and once you have used it for a week or so it really takes no time at all. I feel that getting to grips with the app and having a real understanding of the nutrition required to achieve my goals, meant that I was able to enjoy the process and see some great results. During the programme I felt very motivated to succeed as I started to see results quickly. Weighing myself 3 times a week allowed me to see progress over a short period of time (it also let me know what effects a weekend away in Berlin can have on your body!). I experienced higher levels of energy than I have on any other diets, largely because if you are eating the right stuff, you can eat a lot of food! Now the programme has finished, I am very happy with the results I achieved over such a short amount of time. There is a clear difference in my before and after photos and I have received a number of comments from friends and colleagues. This is something that I did not expect, particularly with the fact that I went away for a weekend in Berlin and drank alcohol on more than one occasion. Since returning to rugby from injury I feel stronger, faster and leaner, which has reflected in my performances. I have definitely learned what my body requires to lose weight, increase muscle and I have enjoyed doing so. If you are committed to improving yourself and feel you need a change in your lifestyle, I could not recommend the programme, and in particular, Jerome more highly.

Fantastic experience: I found Jerome accidentally and actually I am glad I did. Super knowledgeable trainer, keen to work with you and get you achieve your goals...above all, his emails were music to my ears... absolutely enjoyed reading the emails his was sending out daily plus everything he was talking about was evidence based/backed by science. I guess the only regret I've got is that I didn't get the chance to meet him in person...it goes without saying that I recommend his services to anyone that is committed and wants to get results. This guy is down to earth and very much knows his stuff... thanks pal.

Fantastic experience: Jerome is an outstanding choice for a Personal Trainer in the Guildford area. When I first started working with him I really lacked confidence and needed help recovering from a serious injury. Not only I am now fitter and stronger but I am able to challenge myself physically more than I could before my injury. He is non-judgemental in his approach but this does not stop him from pushing and challenging you. His sessions are always planned for me as an individual and he is very reliable. I think you would struggle to find someone better.

Fantastic experience: Jerome has the drive & knowledge to help you hit your goals. I trained with him at his gym in Guildford for 6 weeks before Christmas. He helped me push through a long standing strength plateau and I couldn't be more impressed with his skills as a personal trainer. I will be starting up another 2 months worth of sessions in the lead up for summer. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Jerome is a great personal trainer, and enjoy the sessions he plans. He is also flexiable as your needs change. There are plenty to choose from in Guildford, but I feel he has very competative rates and I like his easy going manner- although don't let that fool you- he will push you as far as you can go!
