Fantastic experience: I’ve been having personal training sessions with Vish for 6 months now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! He’s knowledgable, motivating and keeps all the training sessions fun and different. The gym has everything you can think of and has a great atmosphere

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, great selection of equipment for everyone. Staff are supportive and amazing. You can ask them whatever you need and they will even do rounds to check up on your particularly if your a newbie.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Fitness Factory and Vish to everyone. After years of yo yo dieting me and my best friend finally decided it was time to hit the gym. However this was not an easy thing for us as we just didn't feel confident around others in that setting. My best friend found Fitness Factory and we loved that it had a womens only section to the gym. We had our induction with Vish who not only took us through all the equipment but asked us what we were here for and gave us loads of tips on what we should be doing to reach our goals. After 8 weeks in, I am already seeing a difference and have work trousers that are too big! This is all thanks to the friendly atmosphere and excellent knowledge and motivation from Vish. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I am on holiday in the area and wanted to lift some weights while away from home. Fitness Factory offers drop-in sessions at extremely reasonable rates and, more importantly, with a great friendly welcome and obvious extensive knowledge. The gym is on two levels and excellent use is made of the space available, with none of those bits of equipment that take up space but which no one ever uses. It is fantastic for those wanting to use free weights, including powerlifting, plenty of power bars and a huge range of dumbbells, as well as having the usual body weight exercises equipment - chin up bars, dip stations, and a rig for the more gymnastically inclined. A large padded floor area is great for stretching, core work and other unequipped activities. There is a large bank of cardio machines and a women-only area (can’t comment on the latter as didn’t visit it). I feel fortunate to have found such an excellent place to train while in the area and would have no hesitation in recommending it very highly.

Fantastic experience: Been at this gym a few years now ..absolutely 100 percent love ❤ the hrs and flexibility..choice of payment ..amazing friendly staff( Team) ....and 1 thing the ladies area is so essential to some ...loving the makeover on the ladies area ...brand new equipment and the owner was circulating to introduce the equipment making sure we got the best out of it ...love this gym

Positive experience: This gym is affordable and has plenty of equipment, as well as a dedicated women's area. Additionally there is plenty of parking and it didn't seem too busy/crammed inside. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the equipment, it doesn't seem well kept. Some weights/machines don't have the weight written on them, just a scale of 1-10. Some equipment is rusting and out of shape too. Furthermore, there didn't seem to be any enforcement of covid safety measures, which appeared to be optional.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Fitness Factory. The ladies area offers a good range of equipment which is sectioned off from the rest of the gym. I am always able to access the equipment that I want during my session, even at busy times. The owner, Vish, has also given me a huge amount of support and guidance with my training. Vish has a wealth of knowledge and experience which has meant his advice has been tailored to me and areas that I need to work on. The support I have received at Fitness Factory sets it apart from any other gym I have been a member of. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are always willing to help. The gym has a friendly atmosphere but offers you the facilities and environment for you to achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Old school style, load of gears, helpful staff, relaxed environment, affordable price, ladies area, upstairs space with room enough for floor exercises or boxing. Good for veterans and beginners. I am glad to have that gym just behind my home.

Negative experience: Pros: It's cheap Quiet Cons: The plates are losing nearly all their rubber, and probably weight about 90% of what they should. There is literally one straight olympic bar, the rest are bent. Rubber floor tiles with raised bumps will ruin your feet The loudest and worst music If you're only interested in training chest and arms, this place will do you great! In fact, if that IS all you're interested in training, please do go here, stop flooding the decent gyms. If you're remotely serious about lifting, steer clear. You might just get by if you're on a de-load cycle Yes, I knew what I was getting into when I joined, but I didn't realise how dire the equipment really was, until the sleeves on a (what looked like straight) bar, span around mid deadlift throwing me forwards, and I nearly fell flat on my face/ruined my back. Unsafe and poorly maintained.

All Members who go to this gym are very friendly and helpful too, you can speak to anyone there and they will be more than willing to help or answer any questions you have about equipment or even different techniques. Fantastic experience: FitnessFactory is a great all round gym which caters for all fitness enthusiasts whether your into strength training, CV/fitness, martial arts training or just looking to keep in good shape. It is well equipped with plenty of weight training equipment, CV machines, boxing/martial arts bags and class area. The gym staff are also very friendly and always on hand for help and advise :)

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Telford by a long shot, more weights than Nuffield, much better weights than DW cracking boxing equipment and great members. If you want to train hard, in a well equipped gym with great people go to Fitness Factory!
