Negative experience: TERRIBLE GYM AND ABSOLUTELY USELESS, YOU CAN'T SAY YOU OPEN 24HOURS 7 DAYS A WEEK WHEN THE DOORS ARE LOCKED AND ONLY OPEN TO MEMBERS, SAY THE CORRECT OPENING TIMES FOR THE PUBLIC, WHO WANT DAY PASSES FOR EXAMPLE PureGym, TO PURCHASE MEMBERSHIP ONLINE

Fantastic experience: Really clean and friendly staff to help. Prices are affordable and the equipment is top tier, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in St Neots! Been going to Gainz for nearly 4 years now. Staff are friendly and helpful, the gym equipment is high quality and always fixed quickly when out of use. Gym members are approachable and I feel very welcome and comfortable here.

Fantastic experience: I moved to this gym from Snap a few years ago & it was the best decision. I’ve always found it to have an inclusive and welcoming environment, friendly staff/members, all gym equipment is well maintained and high spec. It’s open 24 hours, 365 days of the year & even when you’re training “alone” at stupid o’clock, it always feels safe. I’ve been a member since it opened and still love it here.

I’ve been a member for a few years, even tho I haven’t been for quite some time, I’ve recently started back, and enjoying every gym session, I used to feel uncomfortable and out of place walking into a gym but this gym I have never felt like that. Fantastic experience: Gainz, what a great place to train. Great selection of equipment, free weights, machines and CV, which is well maintained and regularly updated. But the best thing about Gainz is the atmosphere, you never feel judged, regardless of your experience, age or knowledge and always made to feel welcome, by friendly staff and those training next to you. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've trained at Gainz for a while now, starting as a novice I didn't really have much understanding of what to do. In a very short time I learnt so much from the other members and staff, everybody is so warm and welcoming and there is no ego on the gym floor. I train regularly and wouldn't change Gainz for anything, there's always newly invested equipment to keep on top of being the best gym in town, great atmosphere and different styles of music.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Gainz stneots now for 8 months now. Zero complaints. The staff, facilities, supplements and atmosphere is unreal. Proper gym, and cannot recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: Gainz is seriously a top tier gym and offers everything I look for. From a great range of lifting equipment to friendly, helpful members of staff. If you're in need of support supplements or even some quality gainz branded clothing, they have you covered. The gym is always neat and tidy, with plates and dumbbells in their correct place rather than loaded on kit or left all over the floor like 99% of other gyms out there. I'd highly recommend Gainz gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness and want a welcoming, fully equipped space to achieve their goals

Fantastic experience: Training at Gainz is an great experience.the people that go there are friendly, the staff are always informative and happy to help and it’s generally a pleasure to work out there.I have trained at Gainz for 18 months and have gone from 90kg to 104kg,I feel twice as strong and feel really good within myself.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. All staff are incredibly friendly, listen to feedback and genuinely care about delivering the best experience for members. It’s always clean, has the best equipment and is consistently stocked with a great range of supplements. It also has a brilliant community where everyone builds, pushes and helps each other to grow. My physical growth and confidence since joining Gainz in October 2021 has improved massively and that’s thanks to the brilliant culture the team there have helped cultivate.

Fantastic experience: Have been with the gym since day 1 and you just don't get much better than Gainz really, not in St Neots or Bedford. The best equipment you can find anywhere. Constantly clean and well maintained. Great vibe during busy hours and nice and quiet during certain hours of the day for those that prefer a more peaceful time to workout, perfect for those who deal with anxiety in crowds etc... Staff are second to none, always willing to help with anything, kind, and friendly. Overall just the best gym around without a shadow of a doubt!

Fantastic experience: Not just a gym! I cannot stress this enough. An inclusive environment full of like minded people, encouraging, rewarding, supportive. There will come a day GPs prescribe places like gainz instead of anti depressants. A gym that considers members wants and needs and evolves accordingly. Perfect

The equipment is always up to date and working and the staff both helpful and friendly, no-one is ever too busy to spot you. 24 hour access is a bonus and makes it easy to fit in with family life. Keep doing what you are doing.
