CrossFit^® Aylesbury

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for over 5 years now and can't imagine training anywhere else. The classes are great and ideal if you want to increase your fitness but lack motivation when going to a 'normal gym'. I have also made lots of friends here as the community is great!

Negative experience: Be aware that if you're buying protein shakes from this place you're more than likely being ripped off. Bumped into a worker from this establishment in Aldi earlier today who had totally emptied the shelf of 2 cases of protein shakes that are 99p each. Pretty rude and disrespectful to other shoppers to just empty the shelf but hey anything for a pound note...

Fantastic experience: I could of written this review a few days in to joining CrossFit Aylesbury as I knew it was going to be a fantastic place to train. You feel welcome from the minute you step through the door and the programming is so good I feel fitter now from the 5 months I have trained there than I had from 5 years at a conventional gym. I joined to help train for Obstacle Course Races but I've enjoyed it so much that it's opened my mind to competing in CrossFit competitions too and you really feel the support of the whole gym when you compete in the qualifiers. The community between members is what really sets a CrossFit gym aside from other gyms, in the short time I've been a member there has been BBQ's, a Summer throwdown, weekend WOD get togethers and nights out. Everyone supports one another whether their goals are to win competitions or just learn a new lift or movement. There's a large age range from 18-55+ and everyone's needs are catered for, and workouts scaled as needed. You can be as competitive as you want to be and work as hard as you want to work. I'm so glad I found out about CrossFit Aylesbury and couldn't recommend the gym or the trainers any more highly.
