Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this boxing gym enough if you’re a complete beginner definitely get yourself down here respectfully coaches and easy to listen to and they work with any abilities that people may have and boxers are also very respectful in the gym they have lots of equipment from punching bags to different boxing bags and they teach you how to spar and how to defend yourself and also teach you the important skills and techniques that you will need in boxing to be the the very best 9/10
