Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Has a real family friendly vibe about it, always a cheery smile and wave from the team as you arrive, even when they are busy. Ridiculous amount of equipment, you can guarantee you'll be able to use what you need without having to wait too long, if any wait at all. Great stock of supplies behind the counter at more than reasonable prices, including protein shakes, protein meals (which they will kindly cook for you in their microwave!). Cost of membership is excellent too, especially for Stamford! My other half is an experienced weight lifter, it has everything he needs to train, plus more. I'm a gym novice myself and there's plenty of machines/weights for me to use (most have instructions on them if you get stuck). I also feel very comfortable at Rhinos, it's not an intimidating environment at all like some gyms can be, nor pretentious, the members are a mix of varying abilities, age and size and all have been very friendly that I've spoken with. Excellent gym, highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Big gym with good range of equipment. If you are older, mornings are the best. The teenage Chads descend from noon onwards.

Fantastic experience: Big gym with lots of equipment and room to spread out. Lots of duplicate machines and barbells so you pretty much never have to worry about waiting for something. It’s not the cleanest gym ever, but definitely has the most equipment compared to other gyms around. Reasonably priced too and staff are friendly.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming! It was my first time and Sam gave me a warm welcome and even detailed explanation of what machines and exercises I needed to work on to improve my desired muscle groups. He even took me over to multiple machines and gave me demonstrations of good form and what weight would work for me! He is extremely friendly and I used to be terrified of gyms. Come to rhinos because they are very welcoming and have an extraordinary amount of equipment that suites anyones fitness needs :)

Fantastic experience: What a lovely and welcoming gym, you can tell it's family run... Yes you get guys with muscles on top of muscles but they don't grunt and groan, they actually do speak and smile which you rarely get in other gyms.. I have never not been able to get on the equipment needed for my work out, it's packed out with kit! You see something new coming in weekly! And you rarely see kit out of order! It's bloody brilliant and at a competitive price.. Considering a gym? Look no further...

Fantastic experience: Great gym with tons of workout equipment - including punch bags and what must be a 500lb tyre, or maybe it's a novelty oversize doorstop? Decent cardio collection, dumbells go up to... really big - 45kg+? Also a set in pounds in case you're old school or visiting from the colonies. Staff are great and there's ample parking

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Rhinos since I moved to Stamford almost 3 years ago and I wouldn't ever go to another gym in the area. It has all the equipment you'd ever need, no matter what sort of training you're into. It's a family run gym and they really take pride in making sure it's as good as it can be for their members, working hard to maintain the quality of the gym and equipment. It's also such a friendly atmosphere, everyone is made to feel welcome!

Fantastic experience: One best gyms if not the best gym in the country. Everything you need is in this gym it caters for everyone cardio power lifting bodybuilding. Is used by some football teams. Rugby teams.. Every one should use this gym. Awsome place. Owners and staff are so friendly. Pts on sight are ex athletes. So can help if you need it.

Fantastic experience: Best gym around everything you could need and more, friendly staff great service, and the gym goers also very helpfull. Great pt Brandon M at a very reasonable price with all the know how on weight loss and gains, also a brilliant array of supliment in the shop nice clean locker rooms and showers and a barber on site. Really must get myself back to the gym as there prices are probs the best in Stamford.

Fantastic experience: Superb gym and environment. Very friendly and the expectations of what a gym should be is always exceeded at Rhinos. The entire Team are always on hand to offer as much advice as possible and you are always greeted with a smile. Definitely a gymnasium for all and cater for all forms of training with their ever evolving list of equipment. We personally have never been to gym quite like this.
