Evolution Gym NI

Fantastic experience: Like most people I was pretty nervous about heading to the gym for the first time, upon entering Evolution I was greeted straight away and was taken on a tour of the place. The amount of machines was incredible and the all are in perfect condition. The building was very clean, temperature was perfect and everyone was friendly. Been a few times now and have zero complaints about Evolution!

Fantastic experience: As a 46 year old menopausal woman going to the gym again was nerve racking. I need not have worried. The community, the gym, the people are second to none. The equipment is unreal with constant new additions! Never in a million years would I imagine I would lose 3 stone by training weights. I’ve changed my entire body shape and mind for the better and I feel incredible. Jay and Laura you have built the best gym ever! #Fact! So much flexibility to cater for all, I especially love the top floor room and the vibe of being darker as I feel more comfortable here

Fantastic experience: I am currently training with Laura from Evolution gym online but go to the gym in person when i am in the area. The gym has everything you could possible need to physically get to the best version of yourself and the environment created by Laura, Jay and all the staff, ensure that its a place where all are welcomed, supported and encouraged. Whatever your goals, be it a beginner or life long fitness person. Evolution gym is the one.

Fantastic experience: The 1st gym I ever went to was Colin Shirlows it was situated where the diamond centre is now,really old school but served its purpose,your gym was recommended to me by our son,I'm so glad that I joined up,very friendly staff, excellent equipment and of course the free coffee,I just do what I'm able to do which really helps with health both physically and mentally

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym definitely best in North Coast area. It has improved dramatically since I was at previous premises last year it is 3 times the size, has an excellent range of weight machines including a prime chest press, plenty of dumbells ranging up to 50kg and a cardio room with plenty of treadmills, stairmaster and assault bikes. Staff are friendly and welcoming to holidaymakers, with weekly passes and daily passes available. Opening hours are great open from 6am on weekdays so why not get up early when on holiday to continue your fitness goals then rest of the day is yours to relax. There is also a coffee bar so you can pick up a fancy coffee if desired free as part of your membership.

Negative experience: Doesn't like to turn lights on upstairs even goes to the length of taping them up to stop people using them. Uses a few LED lights. Equipment is of a good standard but also doesn't like using his Aircon when place is full, it does get quite ripe upstairs.
