Fantastic experience: First time at the gym,and I was made to feel very welcome. The staff are great. I did not know how to use machines but was shown how to use. I even was doing weights and was doing it wrong,as that's how my old gym told me to do it. Staff came to me and showen me correct way to use . And it felt 100 time better. Cant wait to go back
