Fantastic experience: This is my 4th week and it’s the best thing I’ve done. The women are so friendly, Sam the instructor and all the other instructors are so friendly and helpful, I look forward to going, not like the other gyms I have joined in the past. I would recommend this gym to any lady that is wanting to get in shape and meet other ladies all wanting to do the same thing.

Fantastic experience: Within one session my shoulder pain which I have suffered with for over 5years has now gone ... done my second session today.. feeling the burn but feel amazingly energised ... thank you to Sam and Annette for your guidance it's very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I stepped into this gym I knew I'd done the right thing. Sam was so welcoming & helpful. She has been so encouraging in helping me acheive a healthier, happier version of myself. The other members were eager & encouraging. It's a great place to get fit, meet people. Fantastic experience: Lovely gym and amazing staff, have been coming here for nearly 2 years now I have never stuck at a gym before except gymophobics, the ladies are so lovely and welcoming. it's really helped my self confidence and my joints after suffering with arthritis it's been made so much more comfortable coming to the gym most days! i highly reccomend.

Fantastic experience: OMG if you want a ladies gym that is friendly and has a warm welcome this is the place to go. You work out to your own levels no pressure, Sam and all the staff on her team are friendly and great instructors. Also there are a variety of ages that work out. Positive experience: Small, friendly and ladies only. Resistance machines so work within your own strength capabilities. Staff always available to help or answer questions.
