It has done wonders for my confidence, the instructors are brilliant and the gym has a supportive environment. It's like a family. Fantastic experience: I attended studio 2000 around 2 years ago for 7 months and I can say it is the best Muay Thai gym I have ever set foot in. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Sai Varley, the owner of the gym, is someone who clearly is so passionate about his sport and will teach you the perfect technique, the culture around Muay Thai and even some self-defence applications of what you learn. It's 2 years later and I still find myself remembering what I learned at studio 2000 when practising at other gyms. If you are new to Muay Thai or have been training for a long time, I would definitely recommend Studio 2000

Negative experience: Such a shame my visit wasn't professional at all I was not made to feel welcome. And that was on 2 occasions. To be greeted by the class with only glares as i walk in. where even a smile and a nod of the head is not returned . It must take getting beaten up first.then to return back. To be accepted . How ever the gym its self is very nice. But success should not come with arrogance. Bless you all and stay safe.
