Fantastic experience: I used to train at this gym back in the mid-late 90's when i was around 17/18 years and a very nervous kid who lacked confidence. Times have changed since those days and I've moved around to other towns and joined other gyms local to me. But one thing I'll never forget is how friendly Mr and Mrs O'Malley were and how I could train in that gym and not feel intimidated by other hardcore bodybuilders. Believe me, this gym was as raw as it gets. None of that fluffy nonsense. I started my training life here, and it was the place where I built up my own self confidence and self esteem. I havent been back to Warrington for a very long time, but I do hope Walter is doing well and that his gym is still going strong.
