Fantastic experience: I don’t understand this gym. A day pass is £2 and they don’t have memberships. I haven’t trained in a more well equipped gym to date. Every square foot is covered in kit and high quality kit at that. Went first thing and despite being easily able to identify who the regulars are (from across the gym) still made to feel incredibly welcome from reception and regulars. The gym is like the tardis, every corner has more and more kit, pretty sure I haven’t seen all of the gym. Gym is super clean (was being cleaned first thing too despite being clean already) Changing rooms have hot showers.

Fantastic experience: Cleanest, cheapest and most respectful gym I’ve ever been to. Endless amounts of machines and equipment to use . If only other gyms were run this way

Fantastic experience: Fab gym, best in the north, got all the top brands, panatta central! At least 5 different press machines for legs too! Always updating & changing things to keep it up to date with the times of training. People always willing to help out in there, a rough and ready gym, if you’re there to train & not vlog lol, you’ve picked the right gym!

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Warrington by a mile! I was terrified of coming here originally however Dave is so welcoming & is always around for a chat If you need any advice or help. Everyone who comes to the gym is so polite & nice. it’s usually pretty busy around 6-7am however you are still able to use all the equipment. I love this gym so much & is by far the best value for money

Fantastic experience: Truly the best gym ever, been training there 8 months, gym owner is friendly and always gives advice, people there always help and if you come alone you can always find someone to train with, amazing equipment and atmosphere, train without feeling judgement from anyone, music is good, toilets and showers good, changing rooms are great and not to mention have brilliant lighting, its a miracle how cheap it is considering how amazing this gym is, always new machines coming in and going out, stays open throughout the day, owner sells preworkout, powders, prepped meals, truly the best bodybuilding gym there is!!

Its only £2.50 to use the gym which is an absolute steal for the amount of equipment there. Huge selection of machines and its super clean. Will be definitely using this gym again

Fantastic experience: For over a decade I have been coming to this gym. This has to be the best place to train in the North-West, with a great variety of equipment, machines and free weights. Superb atmosphere also. Everyone is made to feel welcome, from the novice to very experienced. The gym is always spotless and very clean. This has to be the cleanest gym in the UK!

A range of protein powders and supplements which can be purchased as drinks or tubs, protein bars, energy drinks water and even a sun bed. Personal trainers available on request what more could you want
