Thank you for your feedback Jibran; Please accept my apologies if you felt my response was in any way impolite, it was certainly not my intention to be so, and I am disappointed that it has come across this way. With regards to storing bikes, unfortunately we cannot logistically support storing bikes in our member areas for health and safety reasons, particularly during busier periods like yesterday morning. We do offer bike racks outside the gym, but I appreciate that this is not ideal for the folding bikes, which is why we offer to store them in our locked office. The issue yesterday was that staff would not have been available to retrieve it for you for the next hour due to teaching a class. I apologise again that this inconvenienced you yesterday, and moreso that you found my response rude. Do not hesitate to ask for me if you do choose to use our gym again and I would love the opportunity to speak to you again

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback Mantas. I can see that you last used our gym in June 2022, and since then we have vastly increased the number of available machines and benches to address this very issue. I am glad to say that now our busy periods are far less obstructive and are also fewer and further between. In addition, our staff are always on hand to offer assistance to anybody struggling to get an efficient workout due to having to wait for one piece of equipment or other. We appreciate your kind words about the gym, and are exceptionally pleased to have addressed the issues you mentioned! We hope to see you return to the gym in the near future to see all of the great changes we've made (with more still to come!!).

I apologise for the inconvenience caused by the leg extension issue; the maintenance was delayed due to an unavailable and essential part that we were awaiting delivery for. It is thankfully fixed now, and we are actually replacing the machine with a new one from a different provider to improve the quality and speed of service in the future.
