Fantastic experience: Best gym by far

Positive experience: Decent gym for people who like a proper workout. More focus on weights than cardio but enough of everything to satisfy everyone.

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym, great kit, friendly staff, lovely independent, absolutely the best gym in the area. Also is an official hammer strength training centre! Love hammer strength kit so again, ideal. I travel from quite some way away as places local to me (Woking) are either too small or the usual chain suspects with far far less decent kit. Recommended!

Negative experience: Evertime I have checked in on gympass I've been stopped. Think owner doesn't know what gympass is either! Makes the experience a bit embarrassing

Negative experience: The manager was incredibly arrogant and rude. I showed me Gympass code and he shrugged it off and made up some excuse about me emailing a code he has right in front of his face that he could have entered in the system himself. Then he went on a rant about him not needing Gympass it doesn't benefit him. I am incredibly disappointed at my 1st ever experience going here.

Fantastic experience: I love working out at this gym. They have lots of great equipment to suit everybody’s needs. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgable and there is a great sense of community amongst the members and staff. I have personal training sessions 3 times a week with Ben and I cannot recommend him enough!

Great equipment, great staff and great members all help to build the experience..! 25+ yrs in gyms, and having been in some more “commercial” setups, I feel I’ve found a place where you can carry out your fitness journey without judgement..!

Fantastic experience: A gem of a gym. Perfect mix of equipment - Hammer Strength , Life Fitness & Panatta. Friendly and professional environment with a good sound system that provides a great atmosphere. Dumbells and plates are always neatly racked and the changing rooms are spotless. Well worth the 35min drive .

Fantastic experience: i love love love the warehouse gym! it’s so spacious, clean and has an abundance of equipment/machines. the staff are incredibly friendly and the food in the cafe is so so good (Chris the chef is awesome and always has a smile on his face). A huge shout out to my PT Ben who is ever so talented, knowledgable and inspiring! one of the highlights of my week are my boxing sessions with him. highly recommend. the best gym, people and atmosphere ◡̈

Fantastic experience: I joined W1 after lockdown. Members are incredibly friendly. Staff are super knowledgeable and always willing to offer help and advice. The café/kitchen is great if you want macro friendly food straight after a session, and the smoothie bar serves the best protein shakes around
