Fantastic experience: I technically was at the gym but didn't use the equipment, I was there to see the Phisio about a neck problem. My son used the golf simulator to play the Old Course while I was getting treated. What a great place with great facilities as well as great staff. Please give it a try as I'm sure you will come out feeling better than you went in.

Positive experience: The gym is rather busy on the weekend, I believe this is due to shorter opening times, closes at 2pm, if were open to say 5pm, it would be better as members could go slightly later. There is always plenty of cleaning wipes available and the gym is very clean, both the equipment and change area\showers. The staff are very helpful and always available. No water is freely available and has to be purchased on site which i find quite surprising as I am a member at 2 other cheaper gyms and they both have water filter machines available. The cost of the membership for peak times is more expensive than other gyms for similar facilities and equipment. The reason I joined this gym was because it was local and members have a high gym etiquette. A similar local gym in Stirling at the PEAK allows school kids in who are not supervised. The equipment at Ugym is well maintained and has a good selection for most. If you are looking for more isolation work equipment, then the musclehut in Camleon would be a better choice, but they do not have showers, that is reflected in the price of coarse. The Ugym does not have air conditioning and closed early during the summer this year due to heat, as did allot of other gyms with no air conditioning. To conclude I would say if you want a Crossfit gym or are interested in classes or general fitness Ugym is a good choice, but if you are looking for heavier bodybuilding training, then find a gym better suited.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Class gym, instructors and staff go out their way to help others, spent about 30 minutes helping me perfect an exercise and it was no skin of their back. The equipment is unbelievable too

Fantastic experience: Just signed up with uGym this week and I love it! It’s kitted out with extremely high quality equipment and the Covid measures that are currently in place make me feel extremely safe. Everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful (there’s been times when I was unsure of how to use equipment as it always differs from gym to gym however there’s alway been someone willing to help which is fantastic) Overall it’s a great gym and if you are thinking about switching gyms you should definitely look into uGym!
