Fitta Bodies Gym

Fantastic experience: I trained at Fitta Bodies Gym back in December 2023 for a week while visiting Bury St Edmunds. I recently trained there again for 2 weeks. It has that old-school bodybuilding vibe to it. They have various machines for each muscle group + copious amount of attachments for the cable machines. The equipment is well maintained and everything moves smoothly. Father Ted always has a story or two to tell =D It was a pleasure to meet Lee and Amy, who were both down to earth and easy to chat to.

Fantastic experience: It's a really good gym Staff are very friendly and always up for a little chat. Gym is super clean and well maintained, highly recommend. If you live locally then give this independent gym a try.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in bury, very welcoming staff and all the customers seem great aswell. Alot of different hammersmith equipment all in great condition and a very tidy gym.

Fantastic experience: Was travelling with work, needed a day pass, £5, absolute bargain. Everyone was friendly and had access to all the weights needed. Will definitely come back again next time Im in the area.

Positive experience: Stayed in Bury St Edmonds for work and decided to take a walk round to this gym to see if I could train. The owner was very welcoming and day pass for £5 was a bargain. Lots of oldskool equipment here, some great pieces from Strive and all the regular Hammerstrength equipment you would expect from a bodybuilding gym. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is I would have loved to have trained earlier in the morning and they do not open until 09:30am.

Fantastic experience: Always visit this gym when visiting family in Bury St Edmunds. It's a really good gym and the only one I know of in the area with any strongman equipment. Fantastic experience: Since joining fitta bodies 12 months ago, I have sadly lost a lot of sweat, stress and skinniness. This gym is home to some of the best physiques and one of the greatest minds in the industry, Ed Selsby. Words cannot justify the knowledge and wisdom that Ed has imparted to me in the last year. He transformed my body by putting on over 2 stone of quality lean muscle and then tapered it down to a level that saw me placing in my first ever men's physique show, I'm honoured to call him my friend. If anyone like me wants to genuinely change their life for the better, you need to head to FittaBodies.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place joined this gym in my early 20,s now 29 with 5 years as a competitive amateur bodybuilder and i have traveled to compete representing the UK TEAM to Italy and Ireland at the Nabba world championships 2013/14 placing 5th and 3rd i would not b where i am or with the body i have if not for the help of Edd selsby owner of FITTA BODIES GYM and a man i am honourd to call my friend
