Fantastic experience: Great club with an amazing atmosphere. Love this place!!

Fantastic experience: Been training boxing, BJJ and MMA here for almost a year now, tried multiple gyms before this one but never found as positive an atmosphere, coaches so willing to help you develop, or members so welcoming and funny as I have found at onedojo.

Fantastic experience: Had 4 sessions now in jujitsu. Martyn on Fridays is class. He is Very patient and very methodical in how he explains things so I’m learning plenty. Had my first session on a Monday with Rob and equally as good. Both have different styles of teaching and both I find very easy to understand .We have a laugh along the way which I find important, but we get put through our paces to get fit also.

Fantastic experience: WARNING, LENGTHY REVIEW BUT WORTH THE READ!!!!! I’ve been training here for a few months now and when I say it feels like walking into the family home I mean literally. From the second I first stepped into the dojo I was greeted with a positive vibrant energetic welcome! I immediately felt welcomed and at easy compared to other gyms in the area that felt too advanced for a beginner. In addition to this extremely pleasant start to my journey back I to BJJ, the classes are top notch. To put things into context, I’ve had a very short exposure to the art of BJJ previously but I am still very new. The classes are beginner friendly and NOT RUSHED OR OVERLOADED at all. The basics and fundamentals are taught and broken down to ensure students understand the process. You can ask questions at ANY time without a blink of an eye or complaint from ANYBODY (students or instructors). The adult classes are growing which makes training great fun. I’ve saved the best for last! The kids and family classes! Not kids are kids and they can be a handful at times but the improvement I’ve seen in the kids since they have started is INSANE! Their lever of focus and attention to detail has massively increased. Their excitement for training is next level and the comfort they feel in class thanks to the instructor is heart warming. I can go on about the endless list of positives the class generates inside the kids but the best thing I can suggest is pop down and try the FREE week of training. I promise you will not be disappointed. If you have read this far then why not give it a go? You have nothing to lose but everything to gain! Fantastic experience: Great gym , always felt welcome. So many classes to choose from, my kids absolutely love it. The family class is great for the parents to get involved with there kids. Would highly recommended this gym , great atmosphere , great coaches.

Great friendly atmosphere. The dojo is inviting for anyone from any background and level. Great location martial arts centre with top BJJ and Boxing coaches. And best boxing ring in Fareham. Fantastic experience: Incredible gym I was nervous starting at first but everyone made it very easy to get comfortable. I highly recommend joining if you want to get in shape learn BJJ, striking or self defence Martyn will help you get comfortable at the gym very quickly and gregorio is an excellent coach if you want to get in shape or learn all kinds of grappling or striking this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: This dojo has been an amazing find for me. I feel refreshed every time I train here. Very friendly bunch of people to train with. Gregorio, Bobby and Sam have been excellent in patiently breaking down moves. Martyn works hard to ensure the services offered are top notch. Fantastic experience: Recently joined to start training Brazilian Jui-Jitsu and MMA and have found it a great place to train. The coaches are always there to help and everyone is welcoming and eager to help you out if you have any problems. There are classes on every day which helps with my schedule so I can train multiple times per week and the facilities are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Martyn is a great coach! I was nervous about starting kickboxing as I hadn’t done any exercise for a long time but he makes you feel at ease straight away. His knowledge is fantastic, he will breakdown moves and sequences if you need help and will explain things in ‘simple’ terms. My fitness has improved so much since starting at one Dojo and I have had so much fun along the way. I would thoroughly recommend the female only kick-boxing session, it’s a great way to have fun, learn new skills and improve your fitness.

Fantastic experience: Women's kick boxing at One Dojo is great fun and really good exercise for all experience levels. Within a few months, starting as a complete beginner, my fitness and skill levels have improved massively.

Ive trained with Tyrone before and know how great his skillset is so its great to be under such a skilled coach again. Really friendly place and felt like I fit straight in.
