Fantastic experience: I’m fairly new to Bionik Strength and so far my experience has been nothing but brilliant. It’s so well equipped, the knowledge and experience of the coaches is impressive and it’s clean and tidy. In particular Nik my coach, teaches me something new and insightful during each of my sessions and I always feel in very skilled and experienced hands. Highly recommend.

This is not an intimidating place with novice and experienced members training side by side. Also on site are sports massage services, beauty treatments and a well stocked cafe .

Fantastic experience: The best gym I've ever trained in! There is just about every piece of equipment you can think of, and plenty I didn't even know about before. It's clear the owners have put immense thought and effort into creating a high end gym with a welcoming family-like atmosphere, as they are always around and supportive of everyone's goals and achievements. The coaches are all highly trained and deliver professional sessions with all their clients, cutting no corners in providing personalised and effective training and conditioning programmes. If you're looking for somewhere to train, regardless of ability level, this should absolutely be your first choice. Every penny spent here is worth it.
