Fantastic experience: honestly love this gym. one thing I'll say is many gyms I've been too I've never felt I belong there. my size doesn't make me fit in. but here from day 1 meeting Rob and him showing me round I felt at ease. I explained what I wanted to achieve and why and rob welcomed me from day one. it's a very friendly gym where people smile at people like the old days. plenty of equipment and never a queue to get on something. 24 hours makes it great and very secure which also being a female is a must for Me. super clean and cleaning products always around to encourage members to clean after use. hand on heart reccomend and love this gym.

Positive experience: Nice gym, everything you need. My only question is whether the music volume could be reduced slightly as it penetrates through the earphones.

Fantastic experience: I’m been a member of Train24 for 2 years now, I love it here! It’s nice to go somewhere where it’s always kept clean and have staff friendly enough to help you out. Don’t be fooled by its size, there’s plenty of equipment for everyone and for those working out in unsociable hours you basically have the gym to yourself!

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined train24 and it was the best decision I’ve made!! Absolutely love the gym, Really good equipment and always clean and tidy. From the first day I started to now the owner Rob has been super kind and welcoming nothing is ever too much to ask! Train24 has a very family feeling about it and a great atmosphere which is so nice especially when you go alone. I would highly recommend this gym 10/10 ☺️

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Welcoming atmosphere, perfect for beginner like me. The gym owner made choosing right equipment easy and helped me to know what I was doing so could get the results I want more effectively. The gym and the equipment is really clean and there is a great range too, so not waiting around to get my workout done (like have at other gms esp on arm day ). I can train anytime when suits me which is great as work FT and have two boys. I love this place highly recommend 10/10

Fantastic experience: Train24 is definitely the best gym that I have ever joined. The kit is awesome and there is more than you will ever need. Open 24/7 which really suits a busy lifestyle. Nothing is too much trouble for Rob. He's been incredibly helpful. Everyone in this gym is supportive. It's a real community there and a great atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I moved from the Village hotel to Train24 about 4 months ago and it was the best decision we made. It’s got a great atmosphere with fantastic equipment and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Rob, is always on hand for any advice and support and is extremely knowledgeable. As a bonus, you’re never restricted on times as the gym is open 24/7 and it’s a great price. Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete the gym will cater to your needs.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Train24 for 4 months and it's the best decision I ever made to leave a chain run gym. Train24 has all the gym equipment & more, you would get at chain gyms, but the difference being, you don't have to wait to get on the equipment. People who use the gym are so friendly & helpful. The owner very aware of how you are using the equipment; and will give you advice on how to get the best out of the equipment, avoiding any injury. Facilities very clean. Don't hesitate to join. Best decision you will ever make

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, there is really great range of fantastic equipment. All the members are fantastic and the owner is really friendly and welcoming. Gym is always very clean and 24/7 which is amazing for different lifestyles. The gym is great for everyone if you are a beginner or someone who regularly trains the gym is equipped for everyone. With plenty of people willing to help. Highly recommend such an amazing place to train with a really supportive and positive environment.

Fantastic experience: I've signed up to many gyms in many countries due to the privilege of traveling and working overseas. However I have to say this is the best gym and membership I've ever subscribed to. Plenty of equipment, friendly staff, but above all the members are varied and super friendly. Does not matter if you're a young body builder or, like me in your 50s just trying to stay in shape, everyone is chatty, offering tip's and advice if needed. No pretentious members anywhere. Whether you are 19 or 90 there is something for everyone. Open 24 hours a day, so if you're shy or body conscious you won't find a better gym to train in.

Staff are so welcoming and friendly, not to mention extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to help. It’s 24/7 which is perfect for me when I’m on call as it means I’m always able to get my training sessions in, even around my crazy working life! Talk about value for money!! Hands down best gym I’ve ever been to and can’t recommend it enough! Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned gym goer, you need to head down to Train24!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with all the equipment that you need. No problems getting on any of the equipment either. A real 24/7 gym open 365 days a year whilst being the cheapest in the area in a perfect location.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best equipped gym we've ever been to. Great price for 24/7 gym, especially the couples membership. As someone who has gym anxiety problems I find there's plenty of times where there's not many people there, mostly first thing or late evening. Never waiting for equipment to be free and they are always bringing In new machines too. Staff are the best, and will give you tips and advice to improve your workouts.
