Fantastic experience: I initially begin doing the online workouts during lockdown which kick-started my love of working out! Now, I try to get to a class every weekend. Love the workouts, trainers, music, vibe - the lot. Defo recommend x

Fantastic experience: Best workout classes in London. Trainers, vibes and workouts are unmatched! Been a member for a couple years now and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. You will get a sweat on like nowhere else.

Fantastic experience: Love love love BodybyCiara HQ! Killer workouts, banging tunes, amazing trainers, exceptional shakes made by the one and only Dom and the customer service is 100%, whether thats in the gym or over email/phone. The gym has a great family feel to it with constant positive energy, from the moment you arrive you are greeted with big smiles and hugs from everyone. It's clean, super chic and overall a great environment. x

Fantastic experience: Honestly, the best gym ever!!!! The atmosphere and trainers are second to none. Every time I go I come out feeling so positive, happy and motivated and book another session in lol. Can't recommend Body By Ciara enough.

Fantastic experience: This gym is EVERYTHING! I’ve been training at HQ for way over a year multiple times a week. I travel from South east London and it’s worth every minute spent commuting. Dom is always so welcoming and makes the best protein shakes. The trainers are so experienced and will push you to best your best in every session, they will never let you just cruise along, they will always make sure you have weights that push you and challenge you, equally if your a newbie or have injuries they will make tailor the exercises to you as well. The playlists are exceptional too! Overall just a really personal, friendly and unbeatable gym! I don’t know what I do without Ciara and the gang.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start, I have been going to Body By Ciara HQ classes for a year and I love everything about what Ciara has built. The classes are intense, the trainers a lovely and the atmosphere is energetic & empowering. I look forward to coming here every week! They also offer the most delicious dairy-free protein shakes. I definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: The Body by Ciara gym & trainers are an absolute tonic. It is my happy place after a long day or week at work. Expect killer workouts & contagious energy. A warm welcome is always received from Dom on the reception desk & he makes the best shakes for when you're finished your workout. The gym is like no other in London & is always clean. I definitely recommend getting the membership for the value for money!

Negative experience: This health club offers the worst service I have ever encountered and the staff are extremely unprofessional. I rang the club 6 times before I could get accurate information after having spoken to numerous staff members such as a personal trainer.The actual owner (Ciara) of the club rang me back regarding a complaint I wanted to make and she was extremely rude, she verbally told me that she was there when I was speaking to her colleagues but her staff told me she was teaching a class every time. She did not want to handle the situation professionally or deliver any customer satisfaction. I would never ever recommend this health club to anyone I know. Ciara is clearly not open to constructive criticism but every good review has a response. When she received feedback that wasn’t great she didn’t like it.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, however, we are sorry to hear that you had such a negative impression of our gym. We take all feedback seriously and would like to apologise for any inconvenience or frustration you may have experienced. Please appreciate that your phone line was so bad you had to ring us 6 times and at the end of that we still weren’t aware of what you were ringing about. We would like to clarify that our gym is not a health club, but rather a personal training space, and we strive to provide the best service possible to all of our clients which, if you look at all the other reviews, we feel we are doing. We apologise if you were not satisfied with the level of service you received when attempting to contact us. Regarding your complaint, which is purely based on a phone conversation since you have never been into our gym, we again apologise if you felt that you were treated unprofessionally by any of our staff members, including the owner, Ciara. We can assure you that our staff are trained to handle complaints and feedback with the utmost professionalism and respect.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? This gym isn't like your ordinary gym. The trainers are lovely and those who attend regularly become family. It is a safe space to work through your fitness goals. Today they held a wellness event and it was amazing and worth every single penny. If you live nearby. I deffo recommend you attend and give it a go

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the classes at Body by Ciara HQ. The classes are pure intense hard work from start to finish, and you feel fantastic (and suitably sweaty & red faced!) afterwards! All of the trainers are just genuinely lovely people, make you feel so welcome, and part of the squad, they take time to get to know you and encourage you through out the sessions. Just Love love love it.

Fantastic experience: Love, love and love great buzzing energy full of belly laughter from the moment you step in. Variety of Top, Top trainers pushing you pass your own limitations. Outstanding gym facilities and delicious protein smoothies to round up a great gym session.
