Soloman is a great personal trainer/coach with a wealth of knowledge and experience under his belt. Fantastic experience: This has got to be my favourite gym the range of equipment is amazing let's you train all parts of each muscle group not just the basics there is also a wide variety of proteins and merchandise you can buy all at great prices and its run by a nice knowledgeable family solomon the owner is great to talk to and has plenty of experience competing and training I have not long journey but I'm seeing alot of progress already come and join us and get the results you've always wanted!!

Positive experience: I joined the gym after paying for a couple of day passes it has a vast range of equipment and always plenty of room, good music playing constantly. I personally found it a little unwelcoming and not got that friendly atmosphere a good gym should have it does not cater for early morning sessions and closes early on a sunday... it's a good gym so check it out but not for me

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, only been a member for couple of month and already getting settled in and feel right at home, wide range of equipment to cover all your needs, friendly and well trained staff hand picked by the owner "King sol" who is up for helping everyone reach they're goals. Also has a large selection of supplements, clothing, equipment, memberships and personal training sessions all at great prices. Doesn't matter what background you have, newbie, experienced or pro athlete, everyone should try it out. Highly recommended
