Fantastic experience: eActiv Health Lounge is an excellent gym. Unconventional in some respects, but nevertheless has an effective programme. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Very different gym, no mirrors on walls , no free weights just machines that remember what you were doing and adjust themselves to the weights and positions just for you.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience to join a Gym and continue along from March 2020, Covid came gyms closed but trainers make sure we had online sessions to meet retired and working professionals timings. There is different machines for different body parts and it adjusts your program as build strength, new challenges are introduced in the workout program.

Positive experience: Love the equipment, but need another 5 or 6 machines as can be awkward when busy

Fantastic experience: Amazing new Gym in Wokingham with state of the art equipment. The staff are really great and I love the atmosphere. cannot reccommend enough! def one of the best places to train I have found in a long time.

Fantastic experience: It's more of a health lounge than a gym - super personal attention from staff (Donna, Louise, Gayle, etc), and great connected kit (eGym) that helps you to get stronger/fitter/more flexible without feeling like you're doing a workout. Great flotation tank as well for relaxation and recovery. Highly recommended!
